本发明涉及物料进出口阀门领域，具体是一种重锤翻板阀，包括上下开口的机壳，机壳内上开口处装有向下的密封锥斗，锥斗底部开口且口部处于同一平面内，其特征是：机壳的相对的两个侧壁位于锥斗口部外侧各装有一个带座轴承，两个带座轴承之间装有翻转轴，翻转轴上装有可以完全盖住锥斗口部的盖板，翻转轴一端伸出带座轴承且固定装有一悬杆，悬杆上套装有一配重滑块，配重滑块上设有锁定螺栓用于固定配重滑块的位置；本发明结构简单，故障率低，即使发生故障，其维护成本低，适用于对现有翻板阀的改进。

本发明涉及物料进出口阀门领域，具体是一种重锤翻板阀。
背景技术
现有的翻板阀包括电动、气动和液压翻板阀等，都是通过强制动力进行工作的。此类翻板阀不利于节约能源；同时其所配备电动、气动和液压等设备故障率较高，增加了维护成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有的翻板阀不利于节约能源，同时其所配备电动、气动和液压等设备故障率较高的问题，提供一种重锤翻板阀。
本发明的具体方案是：一种重锤翻板阀，包括上下开口的机壳，机壳内上开口处装有向下的密封锥斗，锥斗底部开口且口部处于同一平面内，机壳的相对的两个侧壁位于锥斗口部外侧各装有一个带座轴承，两个带座轴承之间装有翻转轴，翻转轴上装有可以完全盖住锥斗口部的盖板，翻转轴一端伸出带座轴承且固定装有一悬杆，悬杆上套装有一配重滑块，配重滑块上设有锁定螺栓用于固定配重滑块的位置。
本发明中所述盖板底部设有与翻转轴连接的加强筋。
本发明在配重块形成的力臂作用下，盖板处于压紧锥斗口部的闭合状态，当物料落入锥斗进口后放置在盖板上，当盖板上的物料累积到一定重量时，盖板下翻开始卸料，卸料完成后由于配重块的作用使盖板再次关闭，实现自动卸料，其运行过程节能，此外，本发明结构简单，故障率低，即使发生故障，其维护成本低；本发明悬杆上套装配重块，配重块可随意调整在悬杆上的位置，调整好后通过锁定螺栓锁定，使本发明能够适应多种比重的物料，适用范围广。

参见图1，本实施例包括上下开口的机壳1，机壳1内上开口处装有向下的密封锥斗3，锥斗3底部开口且口部处于同一平面内，机壳1的相对的两个侧壁位于锥斗3口部外侧各装有一个带座轴承4，两个带座轴承4之间装有翻转轴9，翻转轴9上装有可以完全盖住锥斗3口部的盖板2，翻转轴9一端伸出带座轴承4且固定装有一悬杆5，悬杆5上套装有一配重滑块6，配重滑块6上设有锁定螺栓7用于固定配重滑块6的位置。
本实施例中所述盖板2底部设有与翻转轴9连接的加强筋8。
