本发明涉及物料进出口阀门领域,具体是一种重锤翻板阀,包括上下开口的机壳,机壳内上开口处装有向下的密封锥斗,锥斗底部开口且口部处于同一平面内,其特征是:机壳的相对的两个侧壁位于锥斗口部外侧各装有一个带座轴承,两个带座轴承之间装有翻转轴,翻转轴上装有可以完全盖住锥斗口部的盖板,翻转轴一端伸出带座轴承且固定装有一悬杆,悬杆上套装有一配重滑块,配重滑块上设有锁定螺栓用于固定配重滑块的位置;本发明结构简单,故障率低,即使发生故障,其维护成本低,适用于对现有翻板阀的改进。

本发明涉及物料进出口阀门领域,具体是一种重锤翻板阀。
背景技术
现有的翻板阀包括电动、气动和液压翻板阀等,都是通过强制动力进行工作的。此类翻板阀不利于节约能源;同时其所配备电动、气动和液压等设备故障率较高,增加了维护成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有的翻板阀不利于节约能源,同时其所配备电动、气动和液压等设备故障率较高的问题,提供一种重锤翻板阀。
本发明的具体方案是:一种重锤翻板阀,包括上下开口的机壳,机壳内上开口处装有向下的密封锥斗,锥斗底部开口且口部处于同一平面内,机壳的相对的两个侧壁位于锥斗口部外侧各装有一个带座轴承,两个带座轴承之间装有翻转轴,翻转轴上装有可以完全盖住锥斗口部的盖板,翻转轴一端伸出带座轴承且固定装有一悬杆,悬杆上套装有一配重滑块,配重滑块上设有锁定螺栓用于固定配重滑块的位置。
本发明中所述盖板底部设有与翻转轴连接的加强筋。
本发明在配重块形成的力臂作用下,盖板处于压紧锥斗口部的闭合状态,当物料落入锥斗进口后放置在盖板上,当盖板上的物料累积到一定重量时,盖板下翻开始卸料,卸料完成后由于配重块的作用使盖板再次关闭,实现自动卸料,其运行过程节能,此外,本发明结构简单,故障率低,即使发生故障,其维护成本低;本发明悬杆上套装配重块,配重块可随意调整在悬杆上的位置,调整好后通过锁定螺栓锁定,使本发明能够适应多种比重的物料,适用范围广。

参见图1,本实施例包括上下开口的机壳1,机壳1内上开口处装有向下的密封锥斗3,锥斗3底部开口且口部处于同一平面内,机壳1的相对的两个侧壁位于锥斗3口部外侧各装有一个带座轴承4,两个带座轴承4之间装有翻转轴9,翻转轴9上装有可以完全盖住锥斗3口部的盖板2,翻转轴9一端伸出带座轴承4且固定装有一悬杆5,悬杆5上套装有一配重滑块6,配重滑块6上设有锁定螺栓7用于固定配重滑块6的位置。
本实施例中所述盖板2底部设有与翻转轴9连接的加强筋8。

1.一种重锤翻板阀,包括上下开口的机壳,机壳内上开口处装有向下的密封锥斗,锥斗底部开口且口部处于同一平面内,其特征是:机壳的相对的两个侧壁位于锥斗口部外侧各装有一个带座轴承,两个带座轴承之间装有翻转轴,翻转轴上装有可以完全盖住锥斗口部的盖板,翻转轴一端伸出带座轴承且固定装有一悬杆,悬杆上套装有一配重滑块,配重滑块上设有锁定螺栓用于固定配重滑块的位置。
