Abstract
本发明公开了一种七层共挤高阻隔复合材料及其制备方法。所述高阻隔复合材料包括依次粘结的聚丙烯层1、聚丙烯层2、粘结层1、乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物层、粘结层1’、聚丙烯层1’和聚丙烯层2’;所述乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物层由乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物形成。本发明提供的高阻隔复合材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:采用聚丙烯、粘合树脂和乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物作为原料,利用7层共挤成型机挤压得到隔片,经成型即得。本发明将聚丙烯、粘合树脂和乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物等树脂材料经七层共挤成型机共挤复合,形成高阻氧气、阻水汽的高阻隔复合材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高阻隔复合材料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种七层共挤高阻隔复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
各种树脂材料的阻隔性能各有不同,有的阻氧性能很好,但阻水性能差,有的阻水性能好,但阻氧性能差,还有的材料在干燥时阻氧性能很好,但吸潮后阻氧性能大大降低。目前,本领域存在五层共挤复合材料,具有一定的高阻氧、阻水性能,但是对有些高油脂食品保质期还不能保证,同时,五层材料结构不够结实,材质较软,对运输、使用都带来不利影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高阻隔复合材料,为一种七层共挤高阻隔复合材料,含有乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)阻隔层,采用挤压成型工艺制备,具有优异的高阻氧气、水汽等性能。
本发明所提供的高阻隔复合材料,包括依次粘结的聚丙烯层1、聚丙烯层2、粘结层1、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层、粘结层1’、聚丙烯层2’和聚丙烯层1’。
上述的高阻隔复合材料中,所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层由乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物形成,所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物的分子量可为17万~30万。
上述的高阻隔复合材料中,所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的厚度为50~150μm,主要起到高阻氧的作用。
上述的高阻隔复合材料中,所述粘结层由粘合树脂制成,所述粘合树脂可为聚乙烯醇、可溶性酚醛树脂等;
所述粘结层的厚度为50~100μm。
上述的高阻隔复合材料中,所述聚丙烯层1的厚度为70~130μm;
所述聚丙烯层1’的厚度为500~700μm。
上述的高阻隔复合材料中,所述聚丙烯层2和所述聚丙烯层2’的厚度均为400~500μm;
所述聚丙烯层2与所述聚丙烯层2’的厚度相等。
本发明还进一步提高了所述高阻隔复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
采用聚丙烯、粘合树脂和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物作为原料,利用7层共挤成型机挤压得到隔片,经成型即得所述高阻隔复合材料。
上述的制备方法中,挤压所述聚丙烯层1和所述聚丙烯层1’的螺杆的工作段的温度可为180℃~230℃。
上述的制备方法中,挤压所述聚丙烯层2和所述聚丙烯层2’的螺杆的工作段的温度可为190℃~240℃。
上述的制备方法中,挤压所述粘结层1和所述粘结层1’的螺杆的工作段的温度可为200~220℃。
上述的制备方法中,挤压所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的工作段的温度可为190~220℃。
上述的制备方法中,所述共挤成型机的模头温度可为220~230℃。
本发明将聚丙烯、粘合树脂和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物等树脂材料经七层共挤成型机共挤复合,形成高阻氧气、阻水汽的高阻隔复合材料。
本发明具有如下优点:
本发明利用乙烯-聚乙烯醇(EVOH)、聚丙烯(PP)等不同树脂材料的阻隔特性,依靠PP高的阻水性能,保持中间层EVOH很高的干燥度,使EVOH在干燥情况下保持高的阻氧性,通过共挤复合工艺制成具有高阻氧、阻水性能的7层复合材料,使浅盘食品的保质期延长至两年以上。

具体实施方式
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1、
以聚丙烯、可溶性酚醛树脂和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(分子量为20万)作为原料,利用7层共挤成型机挤压得到隔片,经成型即得高阻隔复合材料;其中,共挤成型机的模头温度为220℃、220℃、220℃、220℃和220℃;挤压聚丙烯层1和聚丙烯层1’的螺杆的工作段的温度分别为200℃、205℃、210℃、215℃和215℃,挤压聚丙烯层2和所述聚丙烯层2’的螺杆的工作段的温度分别为210℃、215℃、220℃、220℃和220℃,挤压粘结层1和粘结层1’的螺杆的工作段的温度分别为205℃、210℃、215℃、215℃和220℃,挤压乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的工作段的温度分别为200℃、210℃、210℃、210℃和210℃。
本实施例制备的高阻隔复合材料的结构示意图如图1所示,包括依次粘结的聚丙烯层1、聚丙烯层2、粘结层1、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层、粘结层1’、聚丙烯层1’和聚丙烯层2’;该高阻隔复合材料的总厚度为1.85mm,各层厚度分别为:聚丙烯层1的厚度为93.5μm,聚丙烯层2的厚度为460μm,粘结层1的厚度为65μm,乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的厚度为92.5μm,粘结层2的厚度为65μm,聚丙烯层2’的厚度为460μm,聚丙烯层1’的厚度为614μm。
本实施例制备的高阻隔复合材料的气体透过率为1.6×10-4cm3/m2·d·atm,水蒸汽透过率为0。
将本实施例制备的材料制成浅盘容器,包装回锅肉等食品,经高温杀菌后产品能储存24个月以上。
Claims (10)
1.一种高阻隔复合材料,包括依次粘结的聚丙烯层1、聚丙烯层2、粘结层1、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层、粘结层1’、聚丙烯层1’和聚丙烯层2’。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高阻隔复合材料,其特征在于:所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层由乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物形成,所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物的分子量为17万~30万。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高阻隔复合材料,其特征在于:所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的厚度为50~150μm。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的高阻隔复合材料,其特征在于:所述粘结层由粘合树脂制成;
所述粘结层的厚度为50~100μm。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的高阻隔复合材料,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯层1的厚度均为70~130μm;
所述聚丙烯层1’的厚度为500~700μm。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的高阻隔复合材料,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯层2和所述聚丙烯层2’的厚度均为400~500μm;
所述聚丙烯层2与所述聚丙烯层2’的厚度相等。
7.权利要求1-6中任一项所述高阻隔复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
采用聚丙烯、粘合树脂和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物作为原料,利用7层共挤成型机挤压得到隔片,经成型即得所述高阻隔复合材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:挤压所述聚丙烯层1和所述聚丙烯层1’的螺杆的工作段的温度为180℃~230℃;
挤压所述聚丙烯层2和所述聚丙烯层2’的螺杆的工作段的温度为190℃~240℃。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:挤压所述粘结层1和所述粘结层1’的螺杆的工作段的温度为200℃~220℃;
挤压所述乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层的工作段的温度为190~220℃。
10.根据权利要求7或8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述共挤成型机的模头温度为220~230℃。
