背景技术
织带是以各种纱线为原料制成狭幅状织物或管状织物,带织物品种繁多,广泛用于服饰、鞋材、箱包、工业、农业、军需、交通运输等各产业部门,30年代,织带都是手工作坊生产,原料为棉线、麻线,新中国成立后,织带用原料逐渐发展到锦纶、维纶、涤纶、丙纶、氨纶、粘胶等,形成机织、编结、针织三大类工艺技术,织物结构有平纹、斜纹、缎纹、提花、双层、多层、管状和联合组织。
现有织带的弹性一般,而且柔软度有待提高,织带一般用来做内衣肩带和内裤腰带,但是长时间穿戴之后,舒适度不佳,比较紧绷,而且会留有较深的印记,都证明织带的弹性不佳,柔软度不佳,而且长时间穿戴之后容易闷汗。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带及其制备方法,解决了柔软度有待提高,织带一般用来做内衣肩带和内裤腰带,但是长时间穿戴之后,舒适度不佳,比较紧绷,而且会留有较深的印记,都证明织带的弹性不佳,柔软度不佳,而且长时间穿戴之后容易闷汗的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带,包括织带本体,所述织带本体包括上层弹力层与下层弹力层,并且上层弹力层与下层弹力层相对的一侧之间通过粘合剂粘合有高弹丝,所述高弹丝的两侧均编织有氨纶线,并且下层弹力层的底部通过粘合剂粘合有吸湿排汗层。
优选的,所述上层弹力层与下层弹力层均为编织状结构,并且上层弹力层与下层弹力层均由氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维混纺而成,所述超细纤维由涤纶80%和棉纶20%混纺而成。
优选的,所述上层弹力层的顶部设置有花边,并且吸湿排汗层的底部设置有波浪形花纹。
优选的,所述吸湿排汗层由棉纤维、竹炭纤维和天丝纤维混纺而成。
高弹丝是用变形纤维织成的一种织物,化学纤维长丝经过一次加热变形制成的螺旋圈形,弹性伸缩率较高,称高弹丝,制成的产品称高弹织物,如锦纶或丙纶弹力衫裤、弹力袜、弹力游泳衣等。
氨纶是聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的简称,是一种弹性纤维,氨纶一般由多根长丝组成,一般为10D/根,现时已有15D/根,甚至20D/根,理论根数愈少,条干均匀度愈好,因重叠形态之机会率愈少,干法纺丝之生产溶液DMAC对人体之肝脏有害,一般10D/根内含控制0.5mg/kg,如15D/根则含0.7mg/kg,超过标准,生产Spandex时,对于打卷张力,筒上支数,断裂强度,断裂伸度,成形度,油附着量,弹性回复率等等,都要特别注意,此等问题直接影响编织,尤以针织生产单面布更加要留意。
聚酯纤维俗称"涤纶",是由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维,简称PET纤维,属于高分子化合物,于1941年发明,是当前合成纤维的第一大品种,聚酯纤维最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫、不粘毛。
超细纤维的定义说法不一,又称微纤维,细旦纤维,极细纤维,一般把纤度0.3旦(直径5微米)以下的纤维称为超细纤维,国外已制出0.00009旦的超细丝,如果把这样一根丝从地球拉到月球,其重量也不会超过5克,我国已能生产0.13-0.3旦的超细纤维,超细纤维的成份主要有绦纶和锦纶两种构成(国内一般是涤纶80% 锦纶20%,还有涤纶100%的(吸水效果差,手感差))。
锦葵科棉属植物的种籽上被覆的纤维,又称棉花,简称棉,是纺织工业的重要原料,棉纤维制品吸湿和透气性好,柔软而保暖,棉花大多是一年生植物,它是由棉花种子上滋生的表皮细胞发育而成的,棉纤维的生长可以分为伸长期、加厚期和转曲期三个阶段,棉纤维是我国纺织工业的主要原料,它在纺织纤维中占很重要的地位,我国是世界上的主要产棉国之一,目前,我国的棉花产量已经进入世界前列,我国棉花种植几乎遍布全国,其中以黄河流域和长江流域为主,再加上西北内陆、辽河流域和华南、共五大棉区。
竹炭纤维是取毛竹为原料,采用了纯氧高温及氮气阻隔延时的煅烧新工艺和新技术,使得竹炭天生具有的微孔更细化和蜂窝化,然后再与具有蜂窝状微孔结构趋势的聚酯改性切片熔融纺丝而制成的,这种独特的纤维结构设计,具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌、冬暖夏凉、绿色环保等特点。
天丝棉是一种纤维素纤维,采用溶剂纺丝技术,干强略低于涤纶,但明显高于一般的粘胶纤维,湿强比粘胶有明显的改善,具有非常高的刚性,良好的水洗尺寸稳定性(缩水率仅为2%),具有较高的吸湿性,纤维横截面为圆形或椭圆形,光泽优美,手感柔软,悬垂性好,飘逸性好。
一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、上层弹力层与下层弹力层的制备:分别选取相应比份的氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维,然后将选取的氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的氨纶纤维纱线、聚酯纤维纱线和超细纤维纱线,之后将氨纶纤维纱线、聚酯纤维纱线和超细纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到上层弹力层与下层弹力层;
S2、吸湿排汗层的制备:选取适量比分的棉纤维、竹炭纤维和天丝纤维,然后将选取的棉纤维、竹炭纤维和天丝纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的棉纤维纱线、竹炭纤维纱线和天丝纤维纱线,然后将棉纤维纱线、竹炭纤维纱线和天丝纤维纱线浸泡在保健液中,浸泡时间为1-2小时,然后将其取出自然风干,之后将棉纤维纱线、竹炭纤维纱线和天丝纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到吸湿排汗层;

优选的,所述步骤S2中,保健液由玫瑰精油水溶液与中药糊混合而成,玫瑰精油水溶液:中药糊=1:2。
优选的,所述步骤S4中皂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵4-7g/L,乙二胺四甲叉膦酸五钠0.2-0.4g/L。
优选的,所述步骤S1中上层弹力层与下层弹力层中各成分所占重量份数分别为氨纶纤维30-40份、聚酯纤维10-20份和超细纤维40-60份。
优选的,所述步骤S2中吸湿排汗层中各成分所占重量份数分别为棉纤维40-60份、竹炭纤维20-40份和天丝纤维30-50份。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带及其制备方法。与现有技术相比具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带及其制备方法,通过织带本体包括上层弹力层与下层弹力层,并且上层弹力层与下层弹力层相对的一侧之间通过粘合剂粘合有高弹丝,高弹丝的两侧均编织有氨纶线,并且下层弹力层的底部通过粘合剂粘合有吸湿排汗层,上层弹力层与下层弹力层均为编织状结构,并且上层弹力层与下层弹力层均由氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维混纺而成,超细纤维由涤纶80%和棉纶20%混纺而成,采用超细纤维进行编织,提高了织带整体的柔软度和舒适度,而且加入了氨纶纤维和聚酯纤维,提高了织带的弹性;
(2)、该柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带及其制备方法,通过下层弹力层的底部通过粘合剂粘合有吸湿排汗层,上层弹力层的顶部设置有花边,并且吸湿排汗层的底部设置有波浪形花纹,吸湿排汗层由棉纤维、竹炭纤维和天丝纤维混纺而成,采用棉纤维、竹炭纤维和天丝纤维编织的吸湿排汗层可以有效的进行吸湿排汗,防止长时间闷汗,提高了穿戴的舒适度。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5,本发明实施例提供三种技术方案:一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带的制备方法,具体包括以下实施例。
实施例1
S1、上层弹力层11与下层弹力层12的制备:分别选取35份氨纶纤维、15份聚酯纤维和50份超细纤维,然后将选取的35份氨纶纤维、15份聚酯纤维和50份超细纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将35份氨纶纤维、15份聚酯纤维和50份超细纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的35份氨纶纤维纱线、15份聚酯纤维纱线和50份超细纤维纱线,之后将35份氨纶纤维纱线、15份聚酯纤维纱线和50份超细纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到上层弹力层11与下层弹力层12;
S2、吸湿排汗层15的制备:选取50份棉纤维、30份竹炭纤维和40份天丝纤维,然后将选取的50份棉纤维、30份竹炭纤维和40份天丝纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将50份棉纤维、30份竹炭纤维和40份天丝纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的50份棉纤维纱线、30份竹炭纤维纱线和40份天丝纤维纱线,然后将50份棉纤维纱线、30份竹炭纤维纱线和40份天丝纤维纱线浸泡在保健液中,浸泡时间为1.5小时,然后将其取出自然风干,之后将40份棉纤维纱线、20份竹炭纤维纱线和30份天丝纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到吸湿排汗层15;
S3、成品制备:利用纺织机将氨纶丝14与高弹丝13纺织在一起,然后将纺织在一起的氨纶丝14与高弹丝13放置在上层弹力层11与下层弹力层12之间,然后将吸湿排汗层15放置在下层弹力层12的底部,利用纺织机纺织在一起,并进行封边处理,利用压花机在吸湿排汗层15的底部压制波浪形花纹17,并在上层弹力层11缝制花边16,即可得到弹性织带;
S4、后续处理:将步骤S3得到的弹性织带放置于皂洗液中,利用皂洗液对弹性织带进行皂洗,皂洗温度为78°C,皂洗时间为53分钟,然后用清水洗净并进行烘干,烘干温度为55°C,烘干时间为105分钟,将其裁剪为适合的长度即可使用。
实施例2
S1、上层弹力层11与下层弹力层12的制备:分别选取30份氨纶纤维、10份聚酯纤维和40份超细纤维,然后将选取的30份氨纶纤维、10份聚酯纤维和40份超细纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将30份氨纶纤维、10份聚酯纤维和40份超细纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的30份氨纶纤维纱线、10份聚酯纤维纱线和40份超细纤维纱线,之后将30份氨纶纤维纱线、10份聚酯纤维纱线和40份超细纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到上层弹力层11与下层弹力层12;
S2、吸湿排汗层15的制备:选取40份棉纤维、20份竹炭纤维和30份天丝纤维,然后将选取的40份棉纤维、20份竹炭纤维和30份天丝纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将40份棉纤维、20份竹炭纤维和30份天丝纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的40份棉纤维纱线、20份竹炭纤维纱线和30份天丝纤维纱线,然后将40份棉纤维纱线、20份竹炭纤维纱线和30份天丝纤维纱线浸泡在保健液中,浸泡时间为1小时,然后将其取出自然风干,之后将40份棉纤维纱线、20份竹炭纤维纱线和30份天丝纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到吸湿排汗层15;
S3、成品制备:利用纺织机将氨纶丝14与高弹丝13纺织在一起,然后将纺织在一起的氨纶丝14与高弹丝13放置在上层弹力层11与下层弹力层12之间,然后将吸湿排汗层15放置在下层弹力层12的底部,利用纺织机纺织在一起,并进行封边处理,利用压花机在吸湿排汗层15的底部压制波浪形花纹17,并在上层弹力层11缝制花边16,即可得到弹性织带;
S4、后续处理:将步骤S3得到的弹性织带放置于皂洗液中,利用皂洗液对弹性织带进行皂洗,皂洗温度为70°C,皂洗时间为45分钟,然后用清水洗净并进行烘干,烘干温度为50°C,烘干时间为90分钟,将其裁剪为适合的长度即可使用。
实施例3
S1、上层弹力层11与下层弹力层12的制备:分别选取40份氨纶纤维、20份聚酯纤维和60份超细纤维,然后将选取的40份氨纶纤维、20份聚酯纤维和60份超细纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将40份氨纶纤维、20份聚酯纤维和60份超细纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的40份氨纶纤维纱线、20份聚酯纤维纱线和60份超细纤维纱线,之后将40份氨纶纤维纱线、20份聚酯纤维纱线和60份超细纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到上层弹力层11与下层弹力层12;
S2、吸湿排汗层15的制备:选取60份棉纤维、40份竹炭纤维和50份天丝纤维,然后将选取的60份棉纤维、40份竹炭纤维和50份天丝纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将60份棉纤维、40份竹炭纤维和50份天丝纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的60份棉纤维纱线、40份竹炭纤维纱线和50份天丝纤维纱线,然后将60份棉纤维纱线、40份竹炭纤维纱线和50份天丝纤维纱线浸泡在保健液中,浸泡时间为2小时,然后将其取出自然风干,之后将60份棉纤维纱线、40份竹炭纤维纱线和50份天丝纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到吸湿排汗层15;
S3、成品制备:利用纺织机将氨纶丝14与高弹丝13纺织在一起,然后将纺织在一起的氨纶丝14与高弹丝13放置在上层弹力层11与下层弹力层12之间,然后将吸湿排汗层15放置在下层弹力层12的底部,利用纺织机纺织在一起,并进行封边处理,利用压花机在吸湿排汗层15的底部压制波浪形花纹17,并在上层弹力层11缝制花边16,即可得到弹性织带;
S4、后续处理:将步骤S3得到的弹性织带放置于皂洗液中,利用皂洗液对弹性织带进行皂洗,皂洗温度为85°C,皂洗时间为60分钟,然后用清水洗净并进行烘干,烘干温度为60°C,烘干时间为120分钟,将其裁剪为适合的长度即可使用。
对比实验
某弹性织带加工厂随机选取40名工作人员进行弹性织带进行测试,将弹性织带做成内衣肩带进行测试,测试长度为20CM,其中选取10名工作人员测试本发明实施例1的制作方法所制作的弹性织带,再随机选取10名工作人员测试本发明实施例2的制作方法所制作的弹性织带,选取的10名工作人员测试本发明实施例3的制作方法所制作的弹性织带,剩下的10名工作人员对现有技术中的弹力织带进行测试,在40名工作人员进行测试之后,对其测试后的效果进行记录,同时记录使用的好评率。
如表图5可知,本发明实施例1的测试效果是四个对比项目中最好的,实施例1中的弹力织带可拉升长度为15CM,而且穿戴的时候十分柔软不紧绷,吸汗效果较佳,因此实施例1的制作方法所达到的效果最佳,实施例2与实施例3与现有技术对比下,现有技术可拉升长度为4CM,穿戴比较紧绷,比较闷汗,吸汗效果不佳,实施例2与实施例3比现有技术较好,采用超细纤维进行编织,提高了织带整体的柔软度和舒适度,而且加入了氨纶纤维和聚酯纤维,提高了织带的弹性,采用棉纤维、竹炭纤维和天丝纤维编织的吸湿排汗层可以有效的进行吸湿排汗,防止长时间闷汗,提高了穿戴的舒适度。

Claims (9)

1.一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带,包括织带本体(1),其特征在于:所述织带本体(1)包括上层弹力层(11)与下层弹力层(12),并且上层弹力层(11)与下层弹力层(12)相对的一侧之间通过粘合剂粘合有高弹丝(13),所述高弹丝(13)的两侧均编织有氨纶线(14),并且下层弹力层(12)的底部通过粘合剂粘合有吸湿排汗层(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带,其特征在于:所述上层弹力层(11)与下层弹力层(12)均为编织状结构,并且上层弹力层(11)与下层弹力层(12)均由氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维混纺而成,所述超细纤维由涤纶80%和棉纶20%混纺而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带,其特征在于:所述上层弹力层(11)的顶部设置有花边(16),并且吸湿排汗层(15)的底部设置有波浪形花纹(17)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带,其特征在于:所述吸湿排汗层(15)由棉纤维、竹炭纤维和天丝纤维混纺而成。
5.一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带的制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
S1、上层弹力层(11)与下层弹力层(12)的制备:分别选取相应比份的氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维,然后将选取的氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的氨纶纤维纱线、聚酯纤维纱线和超细纤维纱线,之后将氨纶纤维纱线、聚酯纤维纱线和超细纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到上层弹力层(11)与下层弹力层(12);
S2、吸湿排汗层(15)的制备:选取适量比分的棉纤维、竹炭纤维和天丝纤维,然后将选取的棉纤维、竹炭纤维和天丝纤维进行依次进行煮练、漂白和丝光前处理,然后将氨纶纤维、聚酯纤维和超细纤维进行清洗、烘干和纺纱后处理工艺,即可得到所需的棉纤维纱线、竹炭纤维纱线和天丝纤维纱线,然后将棉纤维纱线、竹炭纤维纱线和天丝纤维纱线浸泡在保健液中,浸泡时间为1-2小时,然后将其取出自然风干,之后将棉纤维纱线、竹炭纤维纱线和天丝纤维纱线通过混纺机进行纺织,即可得到吸湿排汗层(15);
S3、成品制备:利用纺织机将氨纶丝(14)与高弹丝(13)纺织在一起,然后将纺织在一起的氨纶丝(14)与高弹丝(13)放置在上层弹力层(11)与下层弹力层(12)之间,然后将吸湿排汗层(15)放置在下层弹力层(12)的底部,利用纺织机纺织在一起,并进行封边处理,利用压花机在吸湿排汗层(15)的底部压制波浪形花纹(17),并在上层弹力层(11)缝制花边(16),即可得到弹性织带;
S4、后续处理:将步骤S3得到的弹性织带放置于皂洗液中,利用皂洗液对弹性织带进行皂洗,皂洗温度为70-85°C,皂洗时间为45-60分钟,然后用清水洗净并进行烘干,烘干温度为50-60°C,烘干时间为90-120分钟,将其裁剪为适合的长度即可使用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,保健液由玫瑰精油水溶液与中药糊混合而成,玫瑰精油水溶液:中药糊=1:2。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中皂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵4-7g/L,乙二胺四甲叉膦酸五钠0.2-0.4g/L。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中上层弹力层(11)与下层弹力层(12)中各成分所占重量份数分别为氨纶纤维30-40份、聚酯纤维10-20份和超细纤维40-60份。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔性吸湿排汗的弹性织带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中吸湿排汗层(15)中各成分所占重量份数分别为棉纤维40-60份、竹炭纤维20-40份和天丝纤维30-50份。
