Abstract

本发明提供了一种软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其包括了一主体支架,在主体支架的一端设有圆盘切刀,圆盘切刀通过中心轴固定在主体支架上,圆盘切刀可绕着中心轴转动,主体支架的另一端连接有切割推动气缸。本发明的结构简单易操作,通过上述装置的配合时候,可以大大提升工作效率,同时使用设备自动化操作,可以使得产品的切口更标准化。

一种软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电池领域,特别的涉及一种自动化软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割开口设备。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,锂电池软包电池正得到广泛的应用,锂电池中的电解液在首次充电后析出少量的气体,因此需将真空封止的电池在预充电后在合适部位切开,从切割部位排出气体。
现有技术,通常的做法是,采用剪刀或者刀具进行切割后,用人工剥开或使用真空吸嘴从两侧平面吸附软包电池外壳,将电池外壳从切割的位置吸开,方便排出内部气体。
但是这种工艺的工作效率较差,额外增加了锂电池的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其包括了一主体支架,在主体支架的一端设有圆盘切刀,圆盘切刀通过中心轴固定在主体支架上,圆盘切刀可绕着中心轴转动,主体支架的另一端连接有切割推动气缸。
优选的,所述圆盘切刀22的下方还设有锯齿圆盘。
优选的,圆盘切刀的直径比锯齿圆盘C大0.4-2mm。
优选的,锯齿圆盘C可转动的固定在中心轴上,与圆盘切刀为同心圆结构
优选的,还包括第一压板和第二压板,第一压板和第二压板对应设置,可以实现分离和夹合,第一压板和第二压板用于夹持软包电池外壳铝塑膜的上方。
优选的,在所述第二压板上设有刀槽,刀槽位置与圆盘切刀的位置对应。
优选的,在第一压板的至少下半部分设有第一软性材料。
优选的,在第二压板的至少上半部分设有第二软性材料。。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,可以将电池固定后快速的进行切割,简单快捷,可以批量代替人工作用,切口更加标准化,生产效率会显著提高。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明公开了一种软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其包括了一主体支架10,在主体支架的一端设有圆盘切刀11,圆盘切刀11通过中心轴固定在主体支架A上,圆盘切刀可绕着中心轴转动,主体支架的另一端连接有切割推动气缸。
在使用过程中,切割推动气缸推动支架及圆盘切刀靠近软包电池外壳铝塑膜,压紧,圆盘切刀在切割软包电池外壳铝塑膜时候,圆盘切到会以中心轴为中心进行转动。
本发明中,优选的,圆盘切刀11的下方还设有锯齿圆盘12。锯齿圆盘12同样的可转动的固定在中心轴上,与圆盘切刀为同心圆结构。
锯齿圆盘12是对软包电池外壳铝塑膜进行压痕,使得软包电池外壳铝塑膜在刀口下方形成一道锯齿状的压痕,其目的是破坏软包电池外壳铝塑膜的密封性,有利于后一到工序的排气。
锯齿圆盘12与圆盘切刀11固定在一起,即锯齿圆盘12与圆盘切刀11同步的绕着中心轴转动,可以理解为圆盘切刀11带动锯齿圆盘12同步转动,在锯齿圆盘进行切割时候,同步对软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置进行压痕。
圆盘切刀B的直径比锯齿圆盘12大0.4-2mm,即圆盘切刀11的刀口比锯齿圆盘12的锯齿更靠近软包电池外壳铝塑膜,其原理在于,圆盘切刀B是用于切透软包电池外壳铝塑膜,而锯齿圆盘12只需要形成压痕即可。
本发明中,软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置还包括第一压板14和第二压板,第一压板14和第二压板对应设置,可以实现分离和夹合,第一压板和第二压板用于夹持软包电池外壳铝塑膜的上方部位,使其固定,便于切割。
在第二压板上设有刀槽17,刀槽17位置与圆盘切刀的位置对应。在切割时候,圆盘切刀靠近软包电池外壳铝塑膜,并将其压向刀槽,实现切割。
刀槽位置位于第二压板的第二软性材料的下方。
更优选的,在第一压板的至少下半部分设有第一软性材料15,对应的,在第二压板的至少上半部分设有第二软性材料16。第一压板的第一软性材料和第二压板的第二软性材料的设置,可以通过软性材料的变形更好的夹持软包电池外壳铝塑膜上半部分,使其充分固定,而后,圆盘切刀在刀槽位置对软包电池外壳铝塑膜进行更好的切割。
同样的,在第二软性材料和刀槽的下方,还额外设有第三软性材料18。
软性材料可以是泡沫、塑料、PVC等具有弹性且有摩擦力的材料。

1.一种软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其包括了一主体支架,在主体支架的一端设有圆盘切刀,圆盘切刀通过中心轴固定在主体支架上,圆盘切刀可绕着中心轴转动,主体支架的另一端连接有切割推动气缸。
2.如权利要求1所述的软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其特征在于:所述圆盘切刀22的下方还设有锯齿圆盘。
3.如权利要求1所述的软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其特征在于:圆盘切刀的直径比锯齿圆盘C大0.4-2mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其特征在于:锯齿圆盘C可转动的固定在中心轴上,与圆盘切刀为同心圆结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其特征在于:还包括第一压板和第二压板,第一压板和第二压板对应设置,可以实现分离和夹合,第一压板和第二压板用于夹持软包电池外壳铝塑膜的上方。
6.如权利要求5所述的软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其特征在于:在所述第二压板上设有刀槽,刀槽位置与圆盘切刀的位置对应。
7.如权利要求5所述的软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其特征在于:在第一压板的至少下半部分设有第一软性材料。
8.如权利要求5所述的软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其特征在于:在第二压板的至少上半部分设有第二软性材料。
9.如权利要6所述的软包电池外壳铝塑膜切割装置,其特征在于:刀槽位于第二软性材料的下方,且在刀槽下方还额外设有第三软性材料。
