Description

Anti-hair loss cooling cap for tumor chemotherapy
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tumor treatment and nursing equipment, in particular to an anti-hair loss cooling cap used in tumor chemotherapy.
Background
Tumor refers to a new organism formed by local histiocyte hyperplasia under the action of various tumorigenic factors. Tumors are very diverse, with different types of properties, different tissues and organs involved, different disease stages, and different responses to various treatments, and thus most patients need to be treated in combination. The comprehensive treatment is to comprehensively adopt means such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and the like according to the physical condition of a patient, the pathological type of tumor, the invasion range and the like so as to greatly improve the cure rate and improve the life quality of the patient.
However, the combined treatment saves the life of the patient and inevitably produces various side effects, such as alopecia caused by chemotherapy of the tumor patient. Hair loss after chemotherapy is a relatively common manifestation. This is because the chemotherapeutic agent can kill the cells which proliferate more rapidly, for example, if the malignant tumor is actually a malignant cell which proliferates more rapidly, the chemotherapeutic agent can effectively kill the cells. However, the human body also has some cells which proliferate faster, such as hair follicle cells, and the proliferation speed of the cells is faster, so that the cells are sensitive to chemotherapy drugs, and the hair can be shed after chemotherapy. Although this detachment can recover within months after chemotherapy has ceased, it can still cause significant damage to the patient's mind and body.
The latest medical research shows that a chemotherapy patient can wear an ice cap to deal with alopecia caused by chemotherapy in the chemotherapy process, the scalp temperature of the patient is kept below 15 ℃ through the disease cap, blood vessels near hair roots shrink rapidly, and the absorption degree of chemotherapy drugs by hair follicles is reduced, so that the damage to the scalp and the hair is reduced. Prior art ice caps typically include a jacketed cavity for receiving cold water, which may be intermittently replenished with cold water and partially superheated water removed from the jacketed cavity to maintain a target temperature. Taking the example of keeping the cold water in the interlayer cavity at 15 ℃, when the cold water in the interlayer cavity exceeds 15 ℃, the cold water with lower temperature needs to be injected into the interlayer cavity to keep the temperature low. However, in the process of injecting cold water at low temperature, the blood circulation at the scalp position is extremely low, the skin is frostbitten, even the skin is necrotized, and irreversible damage is generated to the hair.

Detailed Description
As shown in figure 1, the anti-hair loss cooling cap for tumor chemotherapy of the invention comprises a cap body 1 and a cooling massage mechanism arranged on the cap body 1.
The cap body 1 comprises an inner layer 101 made of soft heat-conducting silica gel material and an outer layer 103 made of hard engineering plastic material. The inner layer 101 and the outer layer 103 are both designed and manufactured according to the head contour of the human body, and the inner layer 101 can be flexibly deformed, so that the cap body 1 can adapt to different patients. An interlayer cavity 102 is formed between the inner layer 101 and the outer layer 103, and the interlayer cavity 102 is used for containing cold water so as to keep the head of a patient in a low-temperature state, enable blood vessels to shrink rapidly, and reduce the absorption degree of chemotherapy drugs by hair follicles so as to reduce damage to the scalp and the hairs. The cold water in the interlayer cavity 102 will heat up after a period of time when worn by the patient due to the heat radiation effect of the patient's head and will not function as an anti-hair loss. At this time, new low-temperature cold water can be introduced into the interlayer cavity 102 through the cooling massage mechanism, the original superheated water part is discharged from the water discharge pipe 2 arranged on the outer layer 103, and the rest part is mixed with the newly injected low-temperature cold water to maintain a low-temperature state. In the process of introducing low-temperature cold water, the cooling massage mechanism can also synchronously massage the scalp position corresponding to the cold water injection position so as to properly accelerate the blood circulation of the scalp position and avoid frostbite or tissue necrosis.
The cooling massage mechanism mainly comprises a bearing platform 3, a turbine 4 and a driven shaft 7.
The receiving platform 3 is fixed on the outer layer 103 of the cap body 1. The bearing table 3 is provided with a shaft hole 301 which is perpendicular to the scalp of the patient, and the middle part of the shaft hole 301 is provided with an annular groove 302 which is distributed around the shaft hole 301.
The turbine 4 includes a casing 403, a main shaft 401 rotatably provided in the casing 403, and a turbine disc 402 fixed to the main shaft 401. The casing 403 is provided with a water inlet 405 and a water outlet 404 at intervals, wherein the water inlet 405 is connected with a high-pressure cold water pump through a conduit, and under the condition that the water outlet 404 is unblocked, the high-pressure cold water can impact the turbine disc 402 to generate the power for rotating the main shaft 401. In the case of a blocked water outlet, the high-pressure cold water passage is blocked, and the turbine disc 402 and the main shaft 401 are both in a static state.
The casing 403 of the turbine 4 is fixed to the upper side of the receiving table 3, and the lower end of the main shaft 401 of the turbine 4 is rotatably provided above the shaft hole 301. The lower end of the main shaft 401 is fixedly provided with an active friction piece 10, the active friction piece 10 is a cone with a downward small end, and the conical surface of the cone is a rough surface and forms an active friction surface. The water outlet 404 of the turbine 4 is connected to the annular groove 302 by a passage opening inside the receiving table 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the upper end of the driven shaft 7 is slidably disposed at the lower portion of the shaft hole 301 in the vertical direction, and is flexibly rotatable in the shaft hole 301. A driven friction piece 11 is further fixedly arranged at the lower end of the driven shaft 7, a tapered hole 1101 is formed in the driven friction piece 11, and the hole wall of the tapered hole 1101 is a rough surface and forms a driven friction surface. When the driven shaft 7 moves upwards under the action of external force, the driven friction piece 11 and the driving friction piece 10 can be jointed, and the driven shaft 7 is driven to synchronously rotate through the main shaft 401 through friction fit between the driving friction piece and the driven friction piece under the condition that the water outlet 404 of the turbine 4 is unblocked.
The lower end of the driven shaft 7 is arranged in the interlayer cavity 102 through a through hole formed in the outer layer 103, and a boss can be arranged at the lower part of the driven shaft 7 to be matched with a limit baffle at the through hole position so as to prevent the driven shaft 7 from being completely separated from the shaft hole 301 and entering the interlayer cavity. A rotary disc 6 is concentrically fixed at the lower end of the driven shaft 7 in the interlayer inner cavity, and a plurality of massage pieces 8 for massaging the scalp of a patient in the process of rotating along with the rotary disc 6 are arranged on the rotary disc 6 at intervals. The massage members 8 in this embodiment may be rubber bumps fixed on the turntable 6 or small steel balls rotatably disposed on the turntable 6. Because the inner layer 101 of the cap body 1 is also arranged between the massage piece 8 and the scalp of the patient, the small steel ball can not cause over-hard damage to the scalp of the patient in the rotating process of the rotating disc 6.
The driven shaft 7 is a hollow shaft, the lower end of the hollow inner cavity of the driven shaft is communicated with water spray holes 9 which are arranged at the lower part of the rotary table 6 and distributed at the gap positions among the massage pieces 8; a plurality of connecting holes 701 distributed along the circumferential direction of the driven shaft 7 are arranged on the shaft wall of the driven shaft 7 corresponding to the upper end at intervals. The connecting hole 701 may correspond to the annular groove 302 during the sliding of the driven shaft 7 toward the turbine 4, so that the water outlet 404 of the turbine 4 is connected to the interlayer cavity 102 sequentially through the annular groove 302, the connecting hole 701, the driven shaft 7 and the water jet hole 9. At this time, once the passage of the water outlet 404 of the turbine 4 is opened, the main shaft 401 and the driven shaft 7 are synchronously connected, and the technical purpose of synchronous water injection massage of the invention can be realized.
In order to stop the operation of the turbine 4 when the water temperature in the interlayer cavity is at the target temperature, the water outlet 404 of the turbine 4 is blocked, and the connection between the main shaft 401 and the driven shaft 7 is disconnected. A return spring 12 for separating the driven shaft 7 from the main shaft 401 is arranged between the small end of the driving friction piece 10 and the small end of the driven friction piece 11, and two ends of the return spring 12 are respectively sleeved on spring columns fixed at the small end of the driving friction piece 10 and the small end of the driven friction piece 11. In order to facilitate the detection of the water temperature in the interlayer cavity, a temperature sensor 5 for detecting the temperature of cold water is arranged in the interlayer cavity 102.
The using method of the invention is as follows: before the patient is treated by chemotherapy, the medical staff wears the cap body 1, the rotating disc 6 is abutted on the scalp of the patient by pressing the bearing table 3 downwards, and the driven shaft 7 overcomes the thrust of the return spring 12 and moves upwards to be jointed with the main shaft 401 at the opposite position along with the continuous pressing of the bearing table 3. At the same time, the connecting hole 701 corresponds to the annular groove 302, and cold water is sprayed from the water outlet 404 of the turbine 4 to the scalp of the patient through the annular groove 302, the connecting hole 701, the inner cavity of the driven shaft 7 and the water spraying holes 9. At the same time as the turbine disc 402 in the turbine 4 rotates, the torque power is transmitted from the main shaft 401 to the rotary disk 6 via the driven shaft 7, the rotary disk 6 starts to rotate, and the scalp at the cold water spray position is massaged by the massage member 8. After the interlayer inner cavity is filled with cold water, the medical staff releases the bearing table 3, the driven shaft 7 is separated from the main shaft 401 under the action of the return spring 12, meanwhile, the connecting hole 701 moves downwards to be staggered with the annular groove 302, the water outlet 404 of the turbine 4 is blocked, and water injection and massage are stopped.
During chemotherapy, the temperature of the water in the interlayer cavity is detected by the temperature sensor 5. When the water temperature is lower than the target temperature, the medical staff can press the bearing platform 3 down again to carry out water injection and massage. The superheated water in the interlayer cavity 102 is discharged through the drain pipe 2, and a one-way safety valve can be arranged on the drain pipe 2, so that the superheated water in the interlayer cavity 102 is automatically discharged after the water pressure is overlarge, and the operation is further simplified. The temperature of the water in the interlayer cavity 102 is controlled to be at the appropriate temperature again after the newly injected low-temperature cold water is mixed with the rest of the superheated water. The rotation of the rotating disc 6 in the water injection process continuously massages the scalp at the cold water spraying position on one hand, and accelerates the heat exchange between the original superheated water and the newly injected low-temperature cold water on the other hand, and accelerates the water temperature stabilization.
It should be noted that only one cooling massage mechanism is provided in this embodiment, fig. 1 also only shows the cooling massage mechanism and the cap body 1 near the cooling massage mechanism, and the cap bodies 1 at the other positions are the same as the ice cap or the cooling cap with the interlayer cavity 102 in the prior art, and are not described again. In other embodiments of the present invention, the whole cap body 1 is divided into a plurality of independent sandwich cavities 102 for the head hair region, such as front, back, left, right, etc., and any sandwich cavity 102 is correspondingly provided with a cooling massage hollow mechanism and a temperature sensor 5. The medical staff detects the water temperature condition in the corresponding interlayer cavity 102 through the temperature sensor 5 and determines whether to inject water into the corresponding interlayer cavity 102 and massage. The outer layers 103 corresponding to the two adjacent interlayer cavities 102 are in soft connection with each other through hard materials, so that the start of any one cooling massage mechanism is not interfered with each other. Under the condition that the number of the cooling massage mechanisms is large, a rack specially used for supporting the cap body 1 and the plurality of the cooling massage mechanisms can be arranged, and the rack is flexibly connected with the outer layer 103 of the cap body 1 through a spring or other modes, so that the starting of the cooling massage mechanisms is not influenced.
