Claims (6)

1. A parking management method applied to a data processing apparatus, the method comprising:
when a target vehicle enters an entrance passage of a first parking lot, acquiring request information of the target vehicle, wherein the request information of the target vehicle comprises vehicle identification information corresponding to the target vehicle, and the request information of the target vehicle is used for indicating the target vehicle to request to enter a second parking lot, and the first parking lot is a necessary passing parking lot for entering the second parking lot;
acquiring information of a target account corresponding to the target vehicle according to the vehicle identification information, wherein the target account corresponds to the target vehicle;
when the information of the target account indicates that the parking lot corresponding to the target vehicle is a first parking lot and the target vehicle meets a preset condition of driving into the second parking lot, generating release information, wherein the release information is used for indicating a second parking lot management device to release the target vehicle;
determining the state of a target parking space according to information of the target parking space, wherein the information of the target account comprises the information of the target parking space, and the target parking space corresponds to the target vehicle;
when the information of the target parking space indicates that the state of the target parking space is an idle state information indication, charging the target vehicle according to a first charging rule;
and when the information of the target parking space indicates that the state of the target parking space is an occupied state, charging the target vehicle according to a second charging rule.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the target vehicle does not meet the preset condition of driving into the second parking lot and the target vehicle meets the preset condition of driving into the first parking lot, generating first release information, wherein the first release information is used for indicating a first parking lot management device to release the target vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the release information is preceded by:
and when determining that the second parking lot has a free parking space, determining that the target vehicle meets a preset condition for driving into the second parking lot.
4. A data processing apparatus, comprising: the system comprises a request acquisition module, an information generation module, a state determination module, a first charging module and a second charging module;

the information generation module is used for generating release information when the information of the target account indicates that the parking lot corresponding to the target vehicle is a first parking lot and the target vehicle meets the preset condition of driving into the second parking lot, wherein the release information is used for indicating a second parking lot management device to release the target vehicle;
the state determining module is configured to determine a state of a target parking space according to information of the target parking space, where the information of the target account includes the information of the target parking space, and the target parking space corresponds to the target vehicle;
the first charging module is used for charging the target vehicle according to a first charging rule when the information of the target parking space indicates that the state of the target parking space is an idle state information indication;
the second charging module: and when the information of the target parking space indicates that the state of the target parking space is an occupied state, charging the target vehicle according to a second charging rule.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising: a first information generation module;
the first information generation module is configured to generate first release information when the target vehicle does not meet a preset condition for entering the second parking lot and the target vehicle meets a preset condition for entering the first parking lot, where the first release information is used to instruct a first parking lot management device to release the target vehicle.
6. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising: a driving condition determining module;
and the driving-in condition determining module is used for determining that the target vehicle meets the preset condition of driving into the second parking lot when determining that a free parking space exists in the second parking lot.
