Abstract
本发明公开了一种能够快速得出结果的激光检测装置、检测系统和激光检测方法,该激光检测装置包括相对设置的第一透光基板和第二透光基板,第一透光基板上设置有第一配向层,第一配向层掺有光热转换材料,第一配向层和第二透光基板之间封装有温度响应液晶层。将温度响应液晶制得的液晶盒应用到激光检测过程中,掺杂的光电转换材料具有光热转化的作用,激光照射时,光电转换材料吸收激光的光能并转化为热能,液晶盒中的温度发生变化。入射激光的光强不同,液晶盒中发生光热转化时的温度也不同,温度响应液晶材料的螺距梯度随之变化,液晶盒表面的反射光波长变化,从而可以根据反射颜色直接或间接判断对应的温度和光强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及激光检测技术领域,尤其是涉及一种激光检测装置、检测系统和激光检测方法。
背景技术
在激光器件的制备和测试以及相关的科学研究中,需要对激光的能量、强度、功率等参数进行定量或定性检测。而在日常的生产生活和军工国防等领域,也在一定程度上存在着对激光检测的需求。现有的激光检测器包括热电、光电、热释电等多种不同类型,其主要的工作原理在于将光能转化为热量,再转化为电信号输出。热电吸收材料种类繁多,热电激光检测器由于吸收材料的不同而使得其吸收光谱也有所区别,大体上从紫外到远红外波段都可以使用,测量范围广。光电二极管激光检测器的响应时间很快,响应频率也很高,但对使用的波长有一定的限制。而热释电探测器则是利用热释电体自发极化强度随温度变化的特性而进行工作的,晶体表面吸收辐射后引起温度变化,而温度的变化引起热释电晶体表面电极的电荷变化,电荷的变化产生热释电电流从而进行检测。
尽管目前已有上述的多种激光检测器,但其主要工作原理都在于检测电信号的变化进行输出,实际使用者在操作过程中在面临一些仅需定性检测的问题时,面对的输出结果可能无法及时得出相应的结论。因此,有必要提供一种针对激光定性检测的情况时能够快速得出结果的激光检测装置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的一个技术问题在于如何提供一种针对激光定性检测的情况时能够快速得出结果的激光检测装置、检测系统和激光检测方法。
根据本发明的第一个方面,本发明提供了一种激光检测装置,根据本发明的实施例,该激光检测装置包括相对设置的第一透光基板和第二透光基板,第一透光基板上设置有第一配向层,第一配向层掺杂有光电转换材料,第一配向层和第二透光基板之间封装有温度响应液晶层。
其中,温度响应液晶层是指封装于液晶盒中的液晶材料由具有以下特性的液晶(混合物)构成:在热刺激下能做出一定的响应,具体是指螺距发生相应的规律性变化。温度响应液晶层所采用的液晶材料的非限制性实例包括:由热响应液晶材料和手性添加剂混合而成。
根据本发明的实施例,该激光检测装置至少具有以下有益效果:
本发明将由温度响应液晶制备得到的液晶盒应用到激光检测过程中,在液晶盒的平行配向层中掺杂的光电转换材料具有光热转化的作用,当液晶盒接收到来自特定波长的激光照射时,光电转换材料吸收激光的光能并将其转化为热能,液晶盒中的温度发生相应的变化。入射激光的光强不同,液晶盒中发生光热转化时的温度也就不同,进而使得温度响应液晶材料的螺距梯度随之变化,液晶螺距梯度的变化则带来液晶盒表面的反射光波长的变化,使用者也就能够依据肉眼可见的反射颜色直接或间接判断对应的温度和光强。
另外,根据本发明的实施例,该激光检测装置还可以具有如下的附加技术特征:
在本发明的一些实施例中,光热转换材料选自有机化合物纳米材料、碳纳米材料、金属纳米材料、半导体纳米材料中的至少一种。
其中,纳米材料是指材料的三维尺寸中至少一维为1-100nm之间,或者以其作为基本单元构成的材料,金属纳米材料包括但不仅限于金属单质的纳米材料,也可以是金属化合物或是其它类型的金属纳米材料。上述纳米材料可以是包括但不仅限于颗粒、片层状材料的形态。
在本发明的一些实施例中,金属纳米材料选自金纳米颗粒、银纳米颗粒、钯纳米颗粒、铂纳米颗粒、CuS纳米颗粒中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施例中,碳纳米材料选自碳纳米管、石墨烯、还原石墨烯中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施例中,温度响应液晶层为聚合物稳定胆甾相液晶层。
在本发明的一些实施例中,聚合物稳定胆甾相液晶层包括由可聚合液晶单体和光引发剂形成的聚合物网络以及胆甾相液晶。
在本发明的一些实施例中,胆甾相液晶包括手性添加剂与向列相液晶形成的混合物。
在本发明的一些实施例中,聚合物稳定胆甾相液晶层中包括60-70重量份的向列相液晶、20-30重量份的手性添加剂、8-10重量份的可聚合液晶单体和0.5-1重量份的光引发剂。
在本发明的一些实施例中,向列相液晶是正性向列相液晶,其可以选自E7、E44、E48、SLC1717、SLC7011、TEB30A中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施例中,可聚合液晶单体选自HCM-002、HCM-008、HCM-009中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施例中,手性掺杂剂选自S811、S1011、R811、R1011中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施例中,光引发剂选自Irgacure-651、Irgacure-819、Irgacure-369、Irgacure-2959中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在第二透光基板面向温度响应液晶层的一侧还设置有第二配向层。
本发明提供了一种激光检测装置的制备方法,根据本发明的实施例,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
取或制备第一透光基板和第二透光基板,在第一透光基板上涂覆掺杂有金属纳米颗粒的配向层溶液,并摩擦取向;
将第一透光基板和第二透光基板封装为液晶盒;
将温度响应液晶材料填充到具有平行配向层的液晶盒中,固化。
在本发明的一些实施例中,激光检测装置的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:制备第一透光基板和第二透光基板;
S2:在第一透光基板表面旋涂掺杂了金属纳米颗粒的聚乙烯醇水溶液,摩擦取向,得到第一配向层;
S3:在第二透光基板表面旋涂聚乙烯醇水溶液,摩擦取向,得到第二配向层;
S4:取间隔子放置于第一块透光基板设有第一配向层的表面边缘上,将第二透光基板放置在间隔子上,将第一透光基板和第二透光基板封装成液晶盒;
S5:取正性液晶材料、可聚合液晶单体、手性掺杂剂、光引发剂混合,得到液晶混合材料,将液晶混合材料在液晶呈各向同性的状态下填充至具有平行配向层的液晶盒中;
S6:将液晶盒在紫外光下固化。
根据本发明的第二个方面,本发明提供了一种检测系统,根据本发明的实施例,该检测系统包括上述的激光检测装置。
根据本发明的第三个方面,本发明提供了一种激光检测方法,根据本发明的实施例,该激光检测方法包括将待检测的激光输出至上述的激光检测装置上的步骤,输出后,可根据反射光的颜色判断对应的光强范围。

具体实施方式
实施例1
图1是本发明的一个实施例的激光检测装置的示意图。如图1所示,该激光检测装置包括依次设置的第一透光基板11、第一配向层21、温度响应液晶层、第二配向层22、第二透光基板12,温度响应液晶层中包括由向列相液晶和手性添加剂形成的胆甾相液晶31和可聚合液晶单体与光引发剂形成的聚合物网络32以及间隔子(图1中未示出),第一配向层21中还掺杂有金属纳米颗粒211。在本实施例中,第一透光基板11和第二透光基板12均是ITO玻璃,第一配向层21和第二配向层22由聚乙烯醇形成,金属纳米颗粒211选择金纳米颗粒。
上述激光检测装置采用以下方法制备:
步骤1:在黄光环境下,称取吸收红外光的金纳米棒溶解到5%聚乙烯醇水溶液中,配置成1%的溶液,60℃搅拌直到完全溶解,将掺杂1%金纳米颗粒的聚乙烯醇水溶液旋涂到ITO玻璃(第一透光基板)上,通过控制旋涂的转速及时间来控制形成的第一配向层的厚度为75nm;
步骤2:按照与步骤1相同的方法在另一块ITO玻璃(第二透光基板)上旋涂不含金纳米颗粒的聚乙烯醇溶液形成第二配向层,在第一配向层和第二配向层之间放置间隔子,并对第一透光基板和第二透光基板封装形成液晶盒;
步骤3:称取63重量份的正性液晶E7、9重量份的可聚合液晶单体HCM009、27重量份的左旋手性掺杂剂S811、1重量份的光引发剂Irgacure-651置于棕色瓶中,将该棕色瓶加热至60℃,同时以40r/s的转速搅拌均匀,使其转变为各向同性的液晶混合物并且降低其粘性,然后在该温度下将液晶混合物注入液晶盒,填充完成后,使其自然降温至室温,将液晶盒在紫外光照射下固化,得到激光检测装置。

正性液晶E7购于江苏和成显示科技股份有限公司;
可聚合液晶单体HCM009购于江苏和成显示科技股份有限公司,其化学结构式为:
左旋手性掺杂剂S811(CAS:87321-20-8)购于德国默克公司,其化学结构式为:
光引发剂Irgacure-651(CAS:24650-42-8)购于德国默克公司,其化学结构式为:
图2是本发明的一个实施例的激光检测装置的温度响应液晶层在不同温度条件下对入射光各波段的透过率的示意图。如图1所示,根据各曲线波长的峰(谷)值的位置从左到右分别是温度响应液晶层在温度为44.5℃、39℃、30℃、27.2℃、24.5℃、22.5℃时不同波长的透过率变化示意图。从图1中可以看出,当温度从20-45℃逐渐升高时,温度响应液晶层的主要反射峰值从970-1100nm到640-670nm,即主要的反射光从红外光到红光转变。
由于金属纳米材料(在本实施例中为金纳米颗粒)的光热转换效率高度依赖于与其结构密切相关的表面等离子共振效应,而金属纳米颗粒的光学性质又主要由其尺寸和形貌决定。因此,可以通过改变选用的金纳米颗粒的形貌和长径比等参数而调节其在不同温度下的反射峰使其实现在可见光区域、红外区域或紫外区域内的连续可调。
据此,当采用针对掺杂的金属纳米颗粒的吸收波长的激光照射激光检测装置时,金属纳米颗粒发生光热转化,同样的照射时间下不同的光强度对激光检测装置中金属纳米颗粒转化得到的热能也不相同,光强度越高,转化的热量越高,温度响应液晶层中的温度也就越高,其相应的反射峰也随之偏移,从而显示出不同的颜色变化。
实施例2
一种激光检测装置,与实施例1的区别在于:
向列相液晶、手性掺杂剂、可聚合液晶单体、光引发剂的质量比为63:9:27:1。
实施例3
一种激光检测装置,与实施例1的区别在于:
温度响应液晶层由25重量份的月桂酸钾、6.8重量份的重水、65.45重量份的正癸醇和2.75重量份的手性掺杂剂S1011混合后得到;金属纳米颗粒选择吸收紫外光的铂纳米颗粒。
实施例4
一种激光检测装置,与实施例1的区别在于:光热转换材料选择碳纳米管。
实施例5
一种激光检测装置,与实施例1的区别在于:光热转换材料选择铜铟镓硒(CuInGaSe2)半导体纳米材料。

Claims (4)
1.一种激光检测装置,其特征在于,包括相对设置的第一透光基板和第二透光基板,所述第一透光基板上设置有第一配向层,所述第一配向层掺杂有光热转换材料,所述第一配向层和所述第二透光基板之间封装有温度响应液晶层,所述温度响应液晶层为聚合物稳定胆甾相液晶层,所述聚合物稳定胆甾相液晶层包括由可聚合液晶单体和光引发剂形成的聚合物网络以及胆甾相液晶,所述胆甾相液晶包括手性添加剂与向列相液晶形成的混合物,所述光热转换材料为金属纳米材料;所述聚合物稳定胆甾相液晶层中包括60-70重量份的所述向列相液晶、20-30重量份的所述手性添加剂、8-10重量份的所述可聚合液晶单体和0.5-1重量份的所述光引发剂;
其中,同样的照射时间下不同的光强度对所述激光检测装置中所述金属纳米材料转化得到的热能也不相同,光强度越高,转化的热量越高,所述温度响应液晶层中的温度也就越高,反射峰也随之偏移,从而显示出不同的颜色变化,根据反射颜色直接或间接判断激光的光强度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光检测装置,其特征在于,所述金属纳米材料选自金纳米颗粒、银纳米颗粒、钯纳米颗粒、铂纳米颗粒、CuS纳米颗粒中的至少一种。
3.一种检测系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-2任一项所述的激光检测装置。
4.一种激光检测方法,其特征在于,包括将待检测激光输出至权利要求1-2任一项所述的激光检测装置。
