本发明公开了一种防松螺钉,包括螺帽、螺杆、防滑垫片和防松杆,所述螺帽下方设有螺杆,所述螺帽与螺杆为一体式设计,所述螺帽上表面的中心处设有凹槽,所述凹槽的中心处设有防松杆限位槽,所述螺帽与螺杆的过渡处设有一个内凹的圆弧槽,所述螺杆还包括过渡段、螺纹段、外螺纹和通孔,所述过渡段下方设有螺纹段,所述螺纹段上设有外螺纹,所述螺杆内部设有通孔,所述通孔的上端与防松杆限位槽相连,所述通孔内设有防松杆,与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,设计合理,螺钉整体强度较高,连接稳固可靠且具有防松功能。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,特别是一种防松螺钉。
【背景技术】
目前,产品中的零部件的固定方式大多为螺钉锁附,但是随着运输以及不断的使用过程中,螺钉固定的方式普遍存在着逐渐松脱的现象,这些松动的螺钉会使得产品零部件的连接松动,造成产品失效甚至人员伤亡的严重后果,而现有的技术手段多采用固定胶水将螺钉粘附在零件上,但这种粘附会有成本偏高且胶水固化有时效性,同时,操作也不方便,因此有必要提出一种防松螺钉。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种防松螺钉,本发明结构简单,设计合理,螺钉整体强度较高,连接稳固可靠且具有防松功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种防松螺钉,包括螺帽、螺杆、防滑垫片和防松杆,所述螺帽下方设有螺杆,所述螺帽与螺杆为一体式设计,所述螺帽上表面的中心处设有凹槽,所述凹槽的中心处设有防松杆限位槽,所述螺帽与螺杆的过渡处设有一个内凹的圆弧槽,所述螺杆还包括过渡段、螺纹段、外螺纹和通孔,所述过渡段下方设有螺纹段,所述螺纹段上设有外螺纹,所述螺杆内部设有通孔,所述通孔的上端与防松杆限位槽相连,所述通孔内设有防松杆。
作为优选,所述螺帽的边缘设有倒角,所述螺帽为正六边形。
作为优选,所述防松杆包括上限位块、防松杆杆体和下限位块,所述防松杆杆体的上端设有上限位块,所述防松杆杆体的下端设有下限位块,所述上限位块、防松杆杆体和下限位块为一体式设计。
作为优选,所述上限位块和下限位块为高强度不锈钢圆片,所述上限位块的直径略小于与防松杆限位槽的直径,所述下限位块的直径大于限位块的直径。
作为优选,所述防松杆杆体的上半段为圆柱,所述防松杆杆体的下半段为一个上小下大的锥台。
作为优选,所述圆弧槽与螺帽下表面的夹角为115-125°。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在螺帽与螺杆过渡处设置内凹圆弧槽的方式,增加了螺帽与螺杆之间的连接稳定性,增强了螺钉的抗断裂性能;本发明通过在螺杆上设置带有防滑齿的防滑垫片,增大了螺帽下表面与连接件的接触面积,减少了螺钉松动的可能性;本发明通过在螺杆内设置防松杆,大大增加了螺钉的防松性能。

参阅附图,本发明一种防松螺钉,包括螺帽1、螺杆2、防滑垫片3和防松杆4,所述螺帽1下方设有螺杆2,所述螺帽1与螺杆2为一体式设计,所述螺帽1上表面的中心处设有凹槽10,所述凹槽10的中心处设有防松杆限位槽11,所述螺帽1与螺杆2的过渡处设有一个内凹的圆弧槽12,所述螺杆2还包括过渡段20、螺纹段21、外螺纹22和通孔23,所述过渡段20下方设有螺纹段21,所述螺纹段21上设有外螺纹22,所述螺杆2内部设有通孔23,所述通孔23的上端与防松杆限位槽11相连,所述通孔23内设有防松杆4。
其中,所述螺帽1的边缘设有倒角,所述螺帽1为正六边形。
其中,所述防松杆4包括上限位块40、防松杆杆体41和下限位块42,所述防松杆杆体41的上端设有上限位块40,所述防松杆杆体41的下端设有下限位块42,所述上限位块40、防松杆杆体41和下限位块42为一体式设计。

其中,所述防松杆杆体41的上半段为圆柱,所述防松杆杆体41的下半段为一个上小下大的锥台。
其中,所述圆弧槽11与螺帽1下表面的夹角为115-125°。
其中,所述防滑垫片3的中心处设有连接孔30,所述防滑垫片3的背部设有防滑齿31,所述防滑齿31的底部设有防滑纹。
本发明的工作过程:
本发明一种防松螺钉在工作过程中,可以通过凹槽10将螺钉旋入到螺孔中,当螺钉底部与螺孔底部接触时,下限位块42收到挤压作用,迫使防松杆4整体上移,而防松杆杆体41的下半部分为上小下大的椎台,在上移过程中,防松杆杆体41将撑开通孔23,从而使得螺杆2的螺纹段21向外扩张,从而将螺钉牢牢固定在螺孔呢,实现防松安装,与现有技术相比,本发明通过在螺帽1与螺杆2过渡处设置内凹圆弧槽12的方式,增加了螺帽1与螺杆2之间的连接稳定性,增强了螺钉的抗断裂性能;本发明通过在螺杆2上设置带有防滑齿31的防滑垫片3,增大了螺帽2下表面与连接件的接触面积,减少了螺钉松动的可能性;本发明通过在螺杆2内设置防松杆4,大大增加了螺钉的防松性能。

1.一种防松螺钉,其特征在于:包括螺帽(1)、螺杆(2)、防滑垫片(3)和防松杆(4),所述螺帽(1)下方设有螺杆(2),所述螺帽(1)与螺杆(2)为一体式设计,所述螺帽(1)上表面的中心处设有凹槽(10),所述凹槽(10)的中心处设有防松杆限位槽(11),所述螺帽(1)与螺杆(2)的过渡处设有一个内凹的圆弧槽(12),所述螺杆(2)还包括过渡段(20)、螺纹段(21)、外螺纹(22)和通孔(23),所述过渡段(20)下方设有螺纹段(21),所述螺纹段(21)上设有外螺纹(22),所述螺杆(2)内部设有通孔(23),所述通孔(23)的上端与防松杆限位槽(11)相连,所述通孔(23)内设有防松杆(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防松螺钉,其特征在于:所述螺帽(1)的边缘设有倒角,所述螺帽(1)为正六边形。

7.如权利要求1所述的一种防松螺钉,其特征在于:所述防滑垫片(3)的中心处设有连接孔(30),所述防滑垫片(3)的背部设有防滑齿(31),所述防滑齿(31)的底部设有防滑纹。
