Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drilling, in particular to a combined tool for trimming an end face of a downhole drilling tool and a trimming method thereof.
Background
In drilling construction, some large drilling tools fall to the bottom of a well due to fracture, and the falling objects are buried deeply and have long size and cannot be integrally salvaged, and the screw threads at the top of the falling objects are required to be reproduced for butt-joint salvaging. On the premise of reproducing the thread, the top end face of the falling object is flat, so that the finishing process of the tear face must be implemented.
The current common end face finishing method is to connect a drill rod with a sufficient length, connect the lower part of the drill rod with a grinding shoe, rotate the drill rod, and finish the threaded end face by using hard alloy particles welded at the lower end of the grinding shoe. The method is simple to operate and low in cost, but in actual use, the efficiency is very low due to underground complex conditions: firstly, a dropped drilling tool often tilts in a borehole, a grinding shoe cannot be centered, a drill string often loses a stable state in a trimming process, and even the grinding tool cannot be trimmed; secondly, the drill rod is naturally bent after being stressed, the grinding shoes rotate along with the drill rod to lead to the deflection of the grinding surface, and the end surface of the drilling tool which falls off after the grinding is uneven, so that subsequent thread reconstruction cannot be carried out.
Application number: 201520916494.8, publication date 2016-08-17 discloses a starter type special-shaped fish top trimmer comprising a drill joint and a shoe washer; the drilling tool joint is arranged at the upper part of the shoe washing device; the outer side of the bottom of the shoe washing machine is provided with gauge protection cutting teeth; the bottom of the shoe washing machine is provided with a groove along the circumferential direction, and the inner top surface of the groove is provided with trimming teeth; the central portion of the shoe wash extends downwardly to form a central guide centralizer; the bottom of the center guide righting rod is provided with cutting teeth, and the center of the corrector is provided with a flow passage along the vertical direction; the runner penetrates from the top of the shoe washing to the bottom of the central guide righting rod; the center is used for guiding the righting rod to clean the water hole of the drilling tool, the water hole of the drilling tool is used as the center for milling and grinding, the top surface of the fish roof is ground and flattened, the deformed fish roof is milled and ground to a required size, the lower operation is facilitated, the fishing tool is used for fishing, the problem that the fish roof of the fish is caught at the wellhead is fundamentally reduced, and the method can be widely applied to underground fault handling operation in petroleum and natural gas drilling.
The prior art documents disclosed above have a centralizing function, but are completely different from the centralizing principle of the invention, the disclosed documents are centralizing by a central drill, the invention is that after the whole periphery is centralized, the whole top surface is ground, the core of the invention is not only the centralizing function, but also other invention purposes, for example, the problem of uneven end surface grinding caused by the compression bending of a drill rod is eliminated, and the disclosed documents are not solved, so that the disclosed documents are only related technologies in general, and the technical problems and the technical effects to be solved are different from those of the invention in the whole technical scheme, and have no technical teaching.

The inner diameter of the centralizing cylinder is larger than the outer diameter of the grinding shoe.
The screw drilling tool is an API standard screw drilling tool without bending, and the driving screw is driven by drilling fluid.
The grinding shoe is a conventional grinding shoe for drilling with cemented carbide particles welded on the lower end face.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme that the trimming method of the underground drilling tool end face trimming combination tool is adopted, and in the salvaging process, the upper end of the drilling tool falls into the centralizing cylinder under the guiding action of the centralizing cylinder until touching the grinding shoe; at the moment, drilling fluid is pumped into the salvaging drill rod, and under the pushing of hydraulic force, the transmission screw of the screw drilling tool rotates to drive the grinding shoe to rotate, and the upper end face of the falling drilling tool is trimmed through the cemented carbide welded on the lower part of the grinding shoe; the whole process of the centering cylinder keeps the centering effect outside the falling drilling tool, the shell of the motor and the centering cylinder do not rotate, and the whole stability of the trimming tool is kept.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the righting cylinder guides the falling drilling tool to contact the grinding shoes, and the righting cylinder keeps the falling drilling tool and the grinding shoes relatively stable in the grinding process, so that the righting success rate and the grinding efficiency are high.
2. The grinding shoes are driven to rotate by using drilling fluid through the screw drilling tool, and the grinding shoes are driven to rotate instead of the drill rod. The problem of uneven end face grinding caused by the compression bending of the drill rod is solved.
3. The motor part of the screw drilling tool and the centralizing cylinder do not rotate, so that resistance between the motor part and the inner wall of the well hole does not exist, and the trimming difficulty is reduced.
