The device for simultaneously completing fishing and sealing of a subsea well according to claim 3, wherein: more than 3 adjusting grooves for adjusting the height of the positioning ring (6) are formed in the outer circle of the adjusting cylinder (5) of the slip assembly; the adjusting groove is connected with the positioning ring (6) through a fixing pin (16) and locked through an inner hexagonal cylindrical head screw (17) and an inner hexagonal flat end fastening screw (15).

The device for simultaneously completing fishing and sealing of a subsea well according to claim 4, wherein: the lower joint (11) and the bearing protective sleeve (12) are respectively provided with an oil hole for filling lubricating oil for the tapered roller bearing (14), and the orifice of the oil hole is provided with an oil blocking assembly (19); and sealing rings (20) are arranged at the joints of the bearing protective sleeves (12) at the two ends of the tapered roller bearing (14) and the lower joint (11).
