Abstract

本发明公开了一种人造大理石岩棉一体化板及其施工方法,包括岩棉层,所述岩棉层的上下表面分别设置有无机人造大理石板和玻纤增强性陶瓷基层,所述岩棉层通过粘合剂与所述无机人造大理石板和所述玻纤增强性陶瓷基层粘合;人造大理石岩棉一体化板上开设有直孔,所述直孔中插设有射钉。本发明既有保温的效果,又可以体现的大理石外立面的档次感。岩棉层通过粘合剂与无机人造大理石板粘合,且岩棉层与无机人造大理石板之间还有凹凸配合,使得两者结合更加紧密,不容易脱落。

一种人造大理石岩棉一体化板及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑外墙装饰板领域,具体来说,涉及一种人造大理石岩棉一体化板及其施工方法。
背景技术
现有的建筑外墙保温装饰板多使用单层的保温岩棉板,虽然重量较轻易于安装,但耐腐蚀性较差,沾染脏污后不易做卫生,且视觉效果较差,显示不出建筑的档次感。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的上述技术问题,本发明提出一种人造大理石岩棉一体化板及其施工方法,能够解决上述问题。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种人造大理石岩棉一体化板,包括岩棉层,所述岩棉层的上下表面分别设置有无机人造大理石板和玻纤增强性陶瓷基层,所述岩棉层通过粘合剂与所述无机人造大理石板和所述玻纤增强性陶瓷基层粘合;人造大理石岩棉一体化板上开设有直孔,所述直孔中插设有射钉。
进一步的,所述无机人造大理石板上设置有凸部,所述岩棉层上设置有与所述凸部相配合的凹槽。
进一步的,所述无机人造大理石板上设置有第一锯齿,所述岩棉层上设置有与所述凸部相啮合的第二锯齿。
进一步的,所述无机人造大理石板厚度为15mm,所述岩棉层厚度为30mm-100mm,所述玻纤增强性陶瓷基层厚度为0.7mm。
进一步的,长宽尺寸为900mmX600m。
一种适用于上述任一项所述的人造大理石岩棉一体化板的施工方法,包括步骤:
1)测量及红外水平仪放线;
2)定位射钉,射钉数量不得少于每平米6个,且每块板不少于4个;
3)射钉枪打钉,射钉通过射钉枪斜向上15度固定于基层上;
4)配置粘接砂浆,用快速固化水泥砂浆或其它粘接剂配置砂浆,将配置好的粘结砂浆均匀涂布于一体化板的玻纤增强性陶瓷基层上,并填塞直孔,防止漏水;
5)板材安装定位,一体化板与基层的有效粘接面积不得小于板材面积的50%,拉伸粘接强度不得小于0.1MPa;
6)嵌缝打胶,一体化板之间的板缝为6~10mm,采用聚氨酯泡沫棒或聚乙烯泡沫棒填充密实,中性硅酮耐候密封胶密封;
7)清洁板面。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明既有保温的效果,又可以体现的大理石外立面的档次感。
2、岩棉层通过粘合剂与无机人造大理石板粘合,且岩棉层与无机人造大理石板之间还有凹凸配合,使得两者结合更加紧密,不容易脱落。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-2所示,根据本发明实施例所述的一种人造大理石岩棉一体化板,包括岩棉层1,所述岩棉层1的上下表面分别设置有无机人造大理石板2和玻纤增强性陶瓷基卷材3,所述岩棉层1通过粘合剂与所述无机人造大理石板2和所述玻纤增强性陶瓷基层3粘合;人造大理石岩棉一体化板上开设有直孔4,所述直孔4中插设有射钉5。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,所述无机人造大理石板2上设置有凸部,所述岩棉层1上设置有与所述凸部相配合的凹槽。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,所述无机人造大理石板2上设置有第一锯齿,所述岩棉层1上设置有与所述凸部相啮合的第二锯齿。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,所述无机人造大理石板2厚度为15mm,所述岩棉层1厚度为30mm-100mm,所述玻纤增强性陶瓷基层3厚度为0.7mm。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,长宽尺寸为900mmX600m。
一种适用于上述任一项所述的人造大理石岩棉一体化板的施工方法,包括步骤:
1)测量及红外水平仪放线;

1.一种人造大理石岩棉一体化板,包括岩棉层(1),其特征在于,所述岩棉层(1)的上下表面分别设置有无机人造大理石板(2)和玻纤增强性陶瓷基卷材(3),所述岩棉层(1)通过粘合剂与所述无机人造大理石板(2)和所述玻纤增强性陶瓷基层(3)粘合;人造大理石岩棉一体化板上开设有直孔(4),所述直孔(4)中插设有射钉(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人造大理石岩棉一体化板,其特征在于:所述无机人造大理石板(2)上设置有凸部,所述岩棉层(1)上设置有与所述凸部相配合的凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的人造大理石岩棉一体化板,其特征在于:所述无机人造大理石板(2)厚度为15mm,所述岩棉层(1)厚度为30mm-100mm,所述玻纤增强性陶瓷基层(3)厚度为0.7mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的人造大理石岩棉一体化板,其特征在于:长宽尺寸为900mmX600m。
5.一种适用于权利要求1-4任意一项所述的人造大理石岩棉一体化板的施工方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)测量及红外水平仪放线;
