Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型隔热墙板,其包括由U形的架板和内面板围成的外框架和设置于外框架内的滑动板,架板与内面板上设有相对的螺孔,螺孔内穿设有调节螺杆,调节螺杆穿过滑动板且滑动板两侧的调节螺杆上焊接有将滑动板夹紧的夹紧螺母,调节螺杆的两端端部各设有一个固定螺母;滑动板至少设置有一块且其将外框架内部的空间隔开形成至少一个容置腔,容置腔内设有填料。本方案提供的墙板通过可调位置的滑动板隔离出的可调空间的容置腔,再通过在容置腔内设置不同的填料,以调整墙板的隔热、隔音、吸水性能,使得墙板的各个性能能够匹配墙板安装处的环境,以实现墙板的性能最大化,另外,通过设置黏土层包裹,使得墙板的隔热性能大大提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔热墙板,特别涉及一种新型隔热墙板。
背景技术
目前,隔热墙板隔热效果差,且功能单一,往往墙板在隔热的同时需要有隔音,防潮的功能才能满足用户的需要,因此需要一种多种功能集结在一起的隔热墙板,现有中隔热墙板虽然公开了带有多种功能的隔热墙板,但是其效果差,另外其生产出来后各种性能为固定不变的,无法因地制宜,根据安装地的气候等条件调整为最适宜的结构。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种新型隔热墙板,其通过可调整位置的滑动板来调整容置腔的厚度,再通过填入的填料来制成多功能的隔热墙板,解决了现有技术中隔热墙板性能差,无法调整性能参数的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种新型隔热墙板,其包括由U形的架板和内面板围成的外框架和设置于外框架内的滑动板,架板与内面板上设有相对的螺孔,螺孔内穿设有调节螺杆,调节螺杆穿过滑动板且滑动板两侧的调节螺杆上焊接有将滑动板夹紧的夹紧螺母,调节螺杆的两端端部各设有一个固定螺母;滑动板至少设置有一块且其将外框架内部的空间隔开形成至少一个容置腔,容置腔内设有填料,其中滑动板、夹紧螺母及调节螺杆一一对应,一根调节螺杆对应一块滑动板。
作为优选,填料为隔热填料、隔音填料、吸水填料、黏土中的一种或多种,填料为多种时,一种填料对应一个容置腔。
作为优选,容置腔设有五个,容置腔内从外到内依次设有黏土、隔热填料、隔音填料、吸水填料和黏土。
作为优选,隔热填料为玻璃纤维压制而成的玻璃纤维层。
作为优选,隔音填料为采用聚乙烯泡沫压制而成的聚乙烯泡沫层。
作为优选,吸水填料为采用吸水树脂压制而成的吸水树脂层。
作为优选,外框架表面设有高表面能涂层,内面板表面设有低表面能涂层。
作为优选,架板的底部设有封板,滑动板的底部设有凹腔,凹腔内设有滚轴。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本方案提供的墙板通过可调位置的滑动板隔离出的可调空间的容置腔,再通过在容置腔内设置不同的填料,以调整墙板的隔热、隔音、吸水性能,使得墙板的各个性能能够匹配墙板安装处的环境,以实现墙板的性能最大化,另外,通过设置黏土层包裹,使得墙板的隔热性能大大提升。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例
一种新型隔热墙板,如图1-3所示,其包括由U形的架板1和内面板2围成的外框架和设置于外框架内的滑动板3,架板1与内面板2上设有相对的螺孔7,螺孔7内穿设有调节螺杆4,调节螺杆4穿过滑动板3且滑动板3两侧的调节螺杆4上焊接有将滑动板3夹紧的夹紧螺母5,调节螺杆4的两端端部各设有一个固定螺母6;滑动板3至少设置有一块且其将外框架内部的空间隔开形成至少一个容置腔,容置腔内设有填料,其中滑动板3、夹紧螺母5及调节螺杆4一一对应,一根调节螺杆4对应一块滑动板3。当滑动板3为多个时,调节螺杆4穿过每块滑动板3,每根调节螺杆4上只设一对夹紧螺母5用于夹紧一块滑动板3,在填料加入前通过调节螺杆4调节滑动板3的位置以调整容置腔的厚度,从而将调整填料的厚度以改变墙板的性能。
作为优选,填料为隔热填料、隔音填料、吸水填料、黏土中的一种或多种,填料为多种时,一种填料对应一个容置腔。作为优选,隔热填料为玻璃纤维压制而成的玻璃纤维层。作为优选,隔音填料为采用聚乙烯泡沫压制而成的聚乙烯泡沫层。作为优选,吸水填料为采用吸水树脂压制而成的吸水树脂层。作为优选,容置腔设有五个,容置腔内从外到内依次设有黏土、隔热填料、隔音填料、吸水填料和黏土。通过设置多层不同的填料来实现不同的功能,让墙板能隔音、隔热、吸水,并通过黏土层包裹使得墙板有冬暖夏凉的效果。
作为优选,架板1的底部设有封板8,滑动板3的底部设有凹腔,凹腔内设有滚轴31。在通过调节螺杆4调节滑动板3的位置时,滚轴31封板8接触并在封板8上滚动,可大幅降低调整所需的力,调整更为便捷。

1.一种新型隔热墙板,其特征在于:其包括由U形的架板和内面板围成的外框架和设置于外框架内的滑动板,架板与内面板上设有相对的螺孔,螺孔内穿设有调节螺杆,调节螺杆穿过滑动板且滑动板两侧的调节螺杆上焊接有将滑动板夹紧的夹紧螺母,调节螺杆的两端端部各设有一个固定螺母;滑动板至少设置有一块且其将外框架内部的空间隔开形成至少一个容置腔,容置腔内设有填料,其中滑动板、夹紧螺母及调节螺杆一一对应,一根调节螺杆对应一块滑动板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔热墙板,其特征在于:填料为隔热填料、隔音填料、吸水填料、黏土中的一种或多种,填料为多种时,一种填料对应一个容置腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔热墙板,其特征在于:容置腔设有五个,容置腔内从外到内依次设有黏土、隔热填料、隔音填料、吸水填料和黏土。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种新型隔热墙板,其特征在于:隔热填料为玻璃纤维压制而成的玻璃纤维层。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种新型隔热墙板,其特征在于:隔音填料为采用聚乙烯泡沫压制而成的聚乙烯泡沫层。
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种新型隔热墙板,其特征在于:吸水填料为采用吸水树脂压制而成的吸水树脂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔热墙板,其特征在于:外框架表面设有高表面能涂层,内面板表面设有低表面能涂层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔热墙板,其特征在于:架板的底部设有封板,滑动板的底部设有凹腔,凹腔内设有滚轴。
