Abstract

本发明提供了一种以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖及其制备方法。该技术方案以黄金冶炼尾渣为主要原料,经分拣后烘干,再与粉煤灰、污泥、其他尾矿及专有助剂等成分按配方量混合并搅拌均匀,而后,在压机中将混合料压制成为砖坯,砖坯经专有设备加工后高温烧成,待冷却后分拣入库。本发明充分利用黄金尾渣结构坚硬、疏松多孔的特点,辅以大颗粒的固体废弃物和矿物粉末,在保证孔隙率的基础上提升了产品的结构强度。本发明所制备的海绵砖,其孔隙率较高,透水性良好,且具有较高的机械强度和抗冲击能力,不仅提高了产品性能,而且实现了废物利用,极具市场价值。

以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及海绵砖技术领域,具体涉及一种以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
海绵砖是城市建设中的一种新型石材,内部呈多孔结构,能够充分发挥对雨水的吸纳作用,最大限度的缓解城市内涝问题,起到改善城市生态环境的作用,价格比透水砖高。与透水砖的性能类似,海绵砖也起到吸水、保水功能,但与透水砖相比,海绵砖内部孔隙率更大、材质透水性更好,因此具有较快的透水速度;得益于表面的大颗粒结构和风积沙材质的坚固性,海绵砖表面摩擦性更好,水分也难以在砖体表面凝结成冰,因而具有更好的路面性能。
由此可见,海绵砖的性能极大依赖于材质成分及制备工艺。现有技术中,海绵砖主要以风积沙作为主要原料,并混有人工砂、碎石、水泥等成分,此类材料为建筑工程领域的通用原料,其成本相对较高。与此同时,黄金尾渣、固体废弃物等成分难以得到废物利用,通常作为废弃物丢弃,此类废弃物不仅占用较大的的空间,而且对土壤存在不利影响。在这种情况下,如果能对黄金尾渣、固体废弃物加以利用,则有望降低生产成本、实现废物利用。然而,由于此类废弃物结构松散、结合性较差,因此采用常规方法直接压制的产品其强度较差,易碎裂,不耐用,而且在孔隙率和透水性等方面也不够理想。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对现有技术的技术缺陷,提供一种以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中海绵砖制备原料成本较高的技术问题。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是现有技术中黄金尾渣及固体废弃物等成分难以得到废物利用。
本发明要解决的再一技术问题是当以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料制备海绵砖时,所得产品在机械强度、孔隙率、透水性等方面难以达到使用要求。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖,由黄金冶炼尾渣、粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷以35~40:8~12:8~10:4~16:20~25:5~8的重量比制成。
作为优选,所述黄金冶炼尾渣的粒度为2~3mm。
作为优选,所述粉煤灰的粒度为0.8~1.2mm。
作为优选,所述污泥的含水率为48%。
同时,本发明进一步提供了一种上述海绵砖的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将黄金冶炼尾渣分拣后烘干,而后与粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷按配方量混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得的混合料填布在压机的金属砖模具中,一次加压成型;
3)压制成型后得到砖坯,将砖坯经窑炉高温烧成,冷却,分拣入库。
作为优选,步骤2)中所述加压成型的压力为30~50MPa。
作为优选,步骤3)中所述烧成的温度为1000~1150℃,烧成时间为1~2h。

实施例1
以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖,由黄金冶炼尾渣、粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷以38:10:9:10:22:7的重量比制成。其中,所述黄金冶炼尾渣的粒度为2.5mm。所述粉煤灰的粒度为1mm。所述污泥的含水率为48%。
一种上述海绵砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将黄金冶炼尾渣分拣后烘干,而后与粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷按配方量混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得的混合料填布在压机的金属砖模具中,一次加压成型;
3)压制成型后得到砖坯,将砖坯经窑炉高温烧成,冷却,分拣入库。
其中,步骤2)中所述加压成型的压力为40MPa。步骤3)中所述烧成的温度为1080℃,烧成时间为1.5h。
经检测发现,本实施例制得的海绵砖其孔隙率为40.7%,容重为1.77g/cm3,透水系数为0.049cm/s,抗压强度为82.1MPa;30次冻融后质量损失率为0.66%,抗压强度损失率为1.2%。
实施例2
以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖,由黄金冶炼尾渣、粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷以35:8:8:4:20:5的重量比制成。
其中,所述黄金冶炼尾渣的粒度为2mm。所述粉煤灰的粒度为0.8mm。所述污泥的含水率为48%。
一种上述海绵砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将黄金冶炼尾渣分拣后烘干,而后与粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷按配方量混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得的混合料填布在压机的金属砖模具中,一次加压成型;
3)压制成型后得到砖坯,将砖坯经窑炉高温烧成,冷却,分拣入库。
其中,步骤2)中所述加压成型的压力为30MPa。步骤3)中所述烧成的温度为1000℃,烧成时间为1h。
经检测发现,本实施例制得的海绵砖其孔隙率为38.2%,容重为1.41g/cm3,透水系数为0.038cm/s,抗压强度为75.1MPa;30次冻融后质量损失率为1.22%,抗压强度损失率为1.38%。
实施例3
以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖,由黄金冶炼尾渣、粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷以40:12:10:16:25:8的重量比制成。其中,所述黄金冶炼尾渣的粒度为3mm。所述粉煤灰的粒度为1.2mm。所述污泥的含水率为48%。
一种上述海绵砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将黄金冶炼尾渣分拣后烘干,而后与粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷按配方量混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得的混合料填布在压机的金属砖模具中,一次加压成型;
3)压制成型后得到砖坯,将砖坯经窑炉高温烧成,冷却,分拣入库。
其中,所述加压成型的压力为50MPa。步骤3)中所述烧成的温度为1150℃,烧成时间为2h。
经检测发现,本实施例制得的海绵砖其孔隙率为37.0%,容重为1.31g/cm3,透水系数为0.039cm/s,抗压强度为76.7MPa;30次冻融后质量损失率为1.49%,抗压强度损失率为1.12%。
实施例4
以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖,由黄金冶炼尾渣、粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷以38:11:8:7:21:6的重量比制成。
一种上述海绵砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将黄金冶炼尾渣分拣后烘干,而后与粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷按配方量混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得的混合料填布在压机的金属砖模具中,一次加压成型;
3)压制成型后得到砖坯,将砖坯经窑炉高温烧成,冷却,分拣入库。
经检测发现,本实施例制得的海绵砖其孔隙率为39.9%,容重为1.55g/cm3,透水系数为0.041cm/s,抗压强度为79.2MPa;30次冻融后质量损失率为1.45%,抗压强度损失率为0.99%。

Claims (7)

1.以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖,其特征在于由黄金冶炼尾渣、粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷以35~40:8~12:8~10:4~16:20~25:5~8的重量比制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖,其特征在于所述黄金冶炼尾渣的粒度为2~3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖,其特征在于所述粉煤灰的粒度为0.8~1.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以黄金尾渣及固体废弃物为原料的海绵砖,其特征在于所述污泥的含水率为48%。
5.一种权利要求1~4任一项所述海绵砖的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将黄金冶炼尾渣分拣后烘干,而后与粉煤灰、污泥、有色金属尾矿、废耐火材料、废陶瓷按配方量混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得的混合料填布在压机的金属砖模具中,一次加压成型;
3)压制成型后得到砖坯,将砖坯经窑炉高温烧成,冷却,分拣入库。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于步骤2)中所述加压成型的压力为30~50MPa。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于步骤3)中所述烧成的温度为1000~1150℃,烧成时间为1~2h。
