本发明涉及的是一种提高砂浆效能外加添加剂,主要有Cao、松香皂化酯、Na2SO4、烷基苯横酸钠、酒石酸、尿素、NaCl、甲基萘磺酸钠、三乙醇胺、NaCl2材料组成,合理配制成塑化剂、活性剂、助强剂、掺合而成外加剂,掺入各种砂浆,从根本上满足建筑工程高效、低耗、快速、优质的要求。

本发明涉及的是一种提高砂浆效能的外加添加剂。
发明背景
目前,我国现代化建筑业飞速发展,是经济建设突飞猛进的重要标志之一。但建筑业的基础材料砂浆在性能、质量、施工成本、工作效率方面均存在赶不上建筑业发展的需要。针对建筑行业施工所存在的砂浆和易性差、强度低、低温搅拌难等问题,我们积极研制改进,在吸收国内外同类产品优点的基础上,反复试验,加以创新,成功地发明了砂浆外加剂,提高了砂浆的性能,解决建筑施工中现存的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是提供一种能改善砂浆性能,提高工程质量,节省石灰和水泥的砂浆外加剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:砂浆外加剂分为I、II、III型,均由塑化微沫剂、表面活性剂、助强剂等系列产品,配制的一种粉状复合剂。在施工时按用量比例掺入各种砂浆,能明显改善砂浆的易和性,提高砂浆保水性能和砂浆强度。其中,I、II型用于混合砂浆,III型用于普通水泥砂浆。
本发明提供的砂浆高效外加剂的配方包括:
1)I、II型配方

2)III型配方

由于采用上述技术方案,制作的砂浆高效外加剂无毒、无腐蚀、无污染。它适用于砌筑砂浆和抹灰砂浆,能改善和易性、节约水泥、提高强度、保证工程质量、降低成本、改善工作环境、减少劳动强度。与传统配料相比,使用该外加剂使砂浆的保水性、流动性和粘聚性大为改善,砌筑砂浆稳定,抹灰砂浆的粘结强度得到提高,而且使用方便,易于操作。按照规定掺量使用,可节省石灰粉45-55%,石灰膏50%以上,节省水泥30-35%,从根本上满足了建筑工程高效、低耗、快速、优质的要求。
本发明砂浆高效外加剂的生产工艺流程:
原材料→配料→混料→粉碎→合成→包装→成品。
使用方法:I、II、III型砂浆按水泥重量的2%掺入外加剂,必须撒在水泥中搅拌3-4分钟即可使用。
注意事项:产品在保管、运输中严防受潮、雨淋,能保证产品长期有效。
