Abstract

本发明涉及一种平版胶印的磨砂效果工艺,在承印物的表面,采用平版胶印涂布上光的方式快速印制特殊UV光油,经烘烤快速干燥、固化形成具有特殊砂质感的表面效果;本发明创造是基于丝网印刷磨砂效果生产成本高、生产效率低、且丝网印刷不适于对气味要求较为严格的场合等现有技术多方面不足出发,能较大提高生产效率,降低成本,且更加环保,适于大批量生产。

一种平版胶印的磨砂效果工艺
技术领域
本发明属于平版胶印技术领域,具体涉及一种平版胶印的磨砂效果工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上采用平版胶印对印刷品表面的处理还停留在印刷品的保护层面上,对印刷品表面特殊效果的处理多采用丝网印刷、烫印、击凸等方式,表面磨砂效果处理大多为丝网印刷磨砂工艺,平版胶印磨砂效果在行业内极少见。丝网印刷因油墨的配制、耗量以及干燥要求,生产时会产生较强烈的气味,不适合对气味要求较为严格的场合,且生产成本高、生产效率低,不适于大批量的生产供应。
发明内容
针对上述提到的问题,本发明提供一种能有效降低生产成本、提高生产效率且环保更利于推广的平版胶印的磨砂效果工艺方案。
具体技术方案是,
步骤一:在承印物的表面,采用平版胶印涂布上光的方式快速印制特殊UV光油,所述平版胶印涂布上光的方式快速印制是采用平版胶印专用的树脂版、40或60线网纹辊涂布上光,所述特殊UV光油包括二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯15-20%、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯10-15%、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯5-10%、聚氨酯树脂10-15%、环氧丙烯酸酯15-20%、二乙醇胺4-8%、微晶蜡13-16%、二氧化硅2-5%、平滑剂1-2%、光引发剂6-9%、助剂4-8%;
步骤二:经烘烤快速干燥、固化特殊UV光油形成具有特殊砂质感的表面。
通过以上技术方式,在承印物的表面会形成一层具有特殊砂质感的表面。
进一步,优选的是,所述烘烤采用UV灯烘烤快速干燥、固化。
本发明的有益效果:本发明创造是基于丝网印刷磨砂效果生产成本高、生产效率低、且丝网印刷不适于对气味要求较为严格的场合等现有技术多方面不足出发,通过采用平版胶印涂布上光快速印制特殊UV光油的方式形成一种具有特殊砂质感的表面效果,较丝网印刷磨砂工艺生产效率高、成本低、且更环保,适于大批量生产。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示,特殊UV光油1包括二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯15-20%、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯10-15%、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯5-10%、聚氨酯树脂10-15%、环氧丙烯酸酯15-20%、二乙醇胺4-8%、微晶蜡13-16%、二氧化硅2-5%、平滑剂1-2%、光引发剂6-9%、助剂4-8%;
步骤一:配置好的特殊UV光油1经光油刮刀2均匀的涂抹在40或60线的网纹辊3上,40或60线的网纹辊3上的特殊UV光油1与相向转动的橡皮棍4上安装的上光树脂版5接触实现光油的局部转移(上光树脂版5根据印刷需要制作专用的上光树脂版),而上光树脂版5再与承印物7(主要是纸张)接触实现光油局部转移到承印物上,承印物7下方的压印辊6会给承印物7一个向上的压力,以此保证上光树脂版5与承印物7能紧密接触;
步骤二:经转移涂布后印有光油的承印物7经过专用的UV灯8(单元UV灯功率为100%)烘烤快速固化、干燥形成承印物7表面具有特殊砂质感的磨砂效果。
通过上述平版胶印的磨砂效果工艺能取得与现有技术丝网印刷磨砂效果相近或更好的平版胶印磨砂效果,如图4所示。

1.一种平版胶印的磨砂效果工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在承印物的表面,采用平版胶印涂布上光的方式快速印制特殊UV光油,所述平版胶印涂布上光的方式快速印制是采用平版胶印专用的树脂版、40或60线网纹辊涂布上光,所述特殊UV光油包括二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯15-20%、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯10-15%、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯5-10%、聚氨酯树脂10-15%、环氧丙烯酸酯15-20%、二乙醇胺4-8%、微晶蜡13-16%、二氧化硅2-5%、平滑剂1-2%、光引发剂6-9%、助剂4-8%;
步骤二:经烘烤快速干燥、固化特殊UV光油形成具有特殊砂质感的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种平版胶印的磨砂效果工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中烘烤采用UV灯烘烤快速干燥、固化。
