In the fourth step, when the paper boards are stacked, the paper board stacking device 40 is used for stacking, the paper board stacking device 40 comprises a rope line, the rope line comprises an upper climbing rope 41 and a lower climbing rope 42, the upper climbing rope 41 and the lower climbing rope 42 are close to or far away from each other, a channel through which the paper supply board passes is arranged between the upper climbing rope 41 and the lower climbing rope 42, clamping mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the channel through which the paper boards pass, the clamping mechanisms are used for clamping two sides of the paper boards, the clamping mechanisms are connected with the pushing and folding mechanisms, and the pushing and folding mechanisms move in opposite directions along the width direction of the channel through which the paper boards pass.
The clamping mechanism is arranged on the pushing and folding mechanism in a sliding mode, and the sliding direction of the clamping mechanism is parallel to the width direction of a channel through which the paperboard passes.
Two ends of the upper climbing rope 41 are arranged at one end of the first rocker arm 411, the other end of the first rocker arm 411 is movably arranged on the first lifting frame 412, two ends of the lower climbing rope 42 are arranged on the second rocker arm 421, and the other end of the second rocker arm 421 is movably arranged on the second lifting frame 422 to drive the first lifting frame 412 and the second lifting frame 422 to approach or separate from each other.
The other end of the first rocker arm 411 is disposed on a first ball socket 413, the first ball socket 413 is disposed on the first lift frame 412, the other end of the second rocker arm 421 is disposed on a second ball socket 423, and the second ball socket 423 is disposed on the second lift frame 422.
One end of the upper climbing rope 41 is connected with one end of one of the first rocker arms 411, a first rope guide wheel 414 is arranged on the other first rocker arm 411, a wheel carrier of the first rope guide wheel 414 is rotatably arranged on the first rocker arm 411, the other end of the upper climbing rope 41 passes through the wheel carrier of the first rope guide wheel 414 and is connected with one end of a first spring 415, the other end of the first spring 415 is hooked on the first rocker arm 411, the upper climbing rope 41 is abutted against a rim clamping groove of the first rope guide wheel 414, one end of the lower climbing rope 42 is connected with one end of one of the second rocker arms 421, a second rope guide wheel 424 is arranged on the other second rocker arm 421, the wheel carrier of the second rope guide wheel 424 is rotatably arranged on the second rocker arm 421, the other end of the lower climbing rope 42 passes through the wheel carrier of the second rope guide wheel 424 and is connected with one end of a second spring 425, the other end of the second spring 425 is hooked on the second rocker arm 421, the lower climbing rope 42 is abutted against the rim clamping groove of the second rope guide wheel 424.
The clamping mechanism comprises clamping plates 44 arranged on two sides of a channel through which the paper board passes, bayonets 441 used for clamping two sides of the paper board are arranged on the clamping plates 44, clamping plates 442 are arranged in the clamping plates 44, the clamping plates 442 are lifted and lowered and are close to or far away from the side walls above the bayonets 441, and the clamping plates 44 are arranged on a reset sliding rod 45 on the pushing and folding mechanism in a sliding mode.
One side of the clamping plate 44 is rotatably arranged on the reset sliding block 451 through a hinged shaft, the reset sliding block 451 is arranged on the reset sliding rod 45 in a sliding manner, and the hinged shaft of the clamping plate 44 is horizontal and parallel to the moving direction of the paper plate; the side wall below the bayonet 441 of the clamping chuck plate 44 is provided with a telescopic notch 443, the clamping plate 442 is arranged in the telescopic notch 443, the upper end of the clamping plate 442 protrudes out of the lower side wall of the bayonet 441 or is close to the upper side wall of the bayonet 441, the lower end of the clamping plate 442 is provided with a driven inclined surface 4421, a driving block 444 is arranged below the clamping plate 442, the front end of the driving block 444 is provided with a driving inclined surface 4441, the driving inclined surface 4441 is abutted against or separated from the driven inclined surface 4421, the driving block 444 is connected with a piston rod of a telescopic cylinder 445, the cylinder body of the telescopic cylinder 445 is fixed on the clamping plate 442, and the piston rod of the telescopic cylinder 445 is horizontal and parallel to.
The pushing and folding mechanism comprises pushing clamp plates 46 arranged beside the clamping mechanism, and the pushing clamp plates 46 are close to or far away from each other; the reset sliding rod 45 is arranged on the pushing clamp plate 46, a pushing spring 452 is arranged on the reset sliding rod 45, and two ends of the pushing spring 452 are respectively abutted to the pushing clamp plate 46 and the reset sliding block 451.

the two ends of the upper climbing rope (41) are arranged at one end of the first rocker arm (411), the other end of the first rocker arm (411) is movably arranged on the first lifting frame (412), the two ends of the lower climbing rope (42) are arranged on the second rocker arm (421), the other end of the second rocker arm (421) is movably arranged on the second lifting frame (422), and the first lifting frame (412) and the second lifting frame (422) are driven to be close to or far away from each other.
