when the paperboard after being cut by the paperboard cutting device 20 is guided into the creasing device 30, the lifting mechanism is started, the upper cutter wheel 31 is close to the lower cutter wheel 32, the traction mechanism is started, and after the paperboard is pulled or pushed to pass through a folding opening formed between the upper cutter wheel 31 and the lower cutter wheel 32, creasing operation on the surface of the paperboard can be realized, and reliability of creasing of the paperboard is ensured.
As shown in fig. 15 and 20, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wheel centers of the upper knife flywheel 31 and the lower knife flywheel 32 are horizontal and perpendicular to the outlet direction of the cardboard cutting device 20, and the projections of the upper knife flywheel 31 and the lower knife flywheel 32 on the plumb surface are arranged in a staggered manner;
combine fig. 1 and fig. 2 to show, the durian packing carton includes the crease of four different types at least, is crease a, crease b, crease c and crease d respectively, crease a and crease b are respectively along cardboard width direction interval arrangement, crease c is located between crease a and the crease b and the crease opposite direction to make the cardboard can form triangular accommodation area, crease d keeps away from crease a, crease b and crease c, and the crease direction of crease d is unanimous with the direction of crease c, thereby can constitute the bounding wall of packing carton, equidistant along the length direction interval arrangement of cardboard of foretell crease a, crease b, crease c and crease d, so that the terminal surface state of the final crease of cardboard is as shown in fig. 2;
therefore, the upper knife flywheel 31 is used for implementing the forming operation of the crease a and the crease b, the lower knife flywheel 32 is used for implementing the forming operation of the crease d, and the forming operation of the crease c is described in detail later; when the projections of the upper cutter wheel 31 and the lower cutter wheel 32 in the plumb surface are arranged in a staggered manner, the paperboard can be creased after passing through the channel formed by the upper cutter wheel 31 and the lower cutter wheel 32.
In order to realize synchronous approaching or separating of the upper knife flywheel 31 and the lower knife flywheel 32, the lower knife flywheel 32 is connected with a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism drives the lower knife flywheel 32 to lift in the vertical direction and approach or separate from the upper knife flywheel 31;
treat when cardboard one end of crease operation is close to last break bar 31 and lower break bar 32 below position, start elevating system, make the synchronization of going up break bar 31 and lower break bar 32 be close to, and start drive mechanism and implement the traction or the propelling movement to cardboard one end, make the last face of cardboard and the rim of last break bar 31 support and lean on, can form a recess, make lower break bar 32 support and lean on with the lower face of cardboard, can form another recess, drive mechanism is under the effect, can make the cardboard form a plurality of recesses, the recess extends along the width direction of cardboard, thereby can form the crease at the last face of cardboard or lower face, make things convenient for subsequent folding operation, avoid the bounce-back of cardboard crease thickness.
Further, the lifting mechanism drives the plurality of sets of lower knife wheels 32 to be lifted and lowered sequentially along the vertical direction of the outlet of the cardboard cutting device 20;
since the size of the cardboard in the width direction is reduced by the crease of the cardboard when the cardboard is creased, if the traction mechanism drives the cardboard to move along the channel formed between the upper knife flywheel 21 and the lower knife flywheel 32, the cardboard is contracted in the width direction, and the position where the lower knife flywheel 32 abuts against the upper plate surface of the cardboard and the position where the lower knife flywheel 32 abuts against the lower plate surface of the cardboard are displaced, so that the position of the cardboard crease is not accurate or the crease is bent, so that the crease is not straight, the lower knife flywheel 32 is arranged at intervals along the outlet width direction of the cardboard cutting device 20, so that the lower knife flywheel 32 is sequentially contacted with the lower plate surface of the cardboard, so that the size of the cardboard along the width direction is not greatly changed, after the lower knife flywheel 32 is lifted, the upper knife flywheel 21 is lowered, so that the rim of the upper knife flywheel 21 abuts against the upper plate surface of the cardboard, under the traction force of the traction mechanism, the paper board is enabled to move along the channel formed between the lower cutter wheel 32 and the upper cutter wheel 21, and then the creasing operation of the paper board is realized.
