一种机臂(10)，包括第一子臂(12)、第二子臂(14)和套筒(16)，第二子臂(14)与第一子臂(12)转动连接，第一子臂(12)和第二子臂(14)间形成连接关节(13)，第一子臂(12)和第二子臂(14)转动至同一直线以使机臂(10)展开，第二子臂(14)转动至与第一子臂(12)的夹角小于180度以使机臂(10)折叠；套筒(16)套设在第二子臂(14)上，套筒(16)在机臂展开时向第一子臂(12)滑动、横贯连接关节(13)并套设并螺合连接第一子臂(12)，使第一子臂(12)和第二子臂(14)固定，没有虚位，在飞行时机臂不会弯折，机臂稳定性好，有助于提升无人机飞行时安全性。还公开了一种包括该机臂的无人机。
