技术领域

背景技术
所有植物都需要必需营养素才能完成其生命周期。基于出现植物正常生长和发育所需的量,必需营养素通常分为两类,微量营养素和常量营养素。所需要的常量营养素(以干重计为0.2至4.0%)的浓度比微量营养素(以干重计为小于0.02%)更高。在农业中,必需营养素浓度(或其缺乏)限制了产量、质量和植物生产力,这阻碍了生产者获取利润的能力。这种影响在农业常见的集约管理的种植情况中得到进一步证实,其中产量目标估计用于确定肥料施用。作物中的营养缺乏直接导致产量损失,因为植物只能达到最受限制的营养素所决定的产量水平。因此,农民根据经济学而不是农艺学来决定肥料建议,并且通常限制他们自己田地的产能。因此,从农艺学和经济学角度来看,非常需要从相同数量的投入产生更好响应的管理投入之间的协同作用。
N,N'-二甲基脲是一种专有的有机分子,其最初设计用于抑制植物中的乙烯生成。它通过抑制引起ACC转化为乙烯的活性氧信号而起作用。该分子在抑制过量的细胞乙烯方面显示出显著的效果,从而维持激素平衡、植物生长和生产力。
发明内容

具体实施方式
本发明是一种有效的协同农业制剂,其包含99.9至0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲和0.1至99.9wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物。在一个实施例中,该农业配方包含30-0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲(优选二甲基脲)和0.1至25wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物。在一个实施例中,该农业配方包含30-0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲(优选二甲基脲)和0.1至10wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物。在一个实施例中,该农业配方包含30-0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲(优选二甲基脲)和0.1至5wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物。
上述农业制剂中的至少一种营养素混合物优选选自微量营养素和常量营养素,该微量营养素和常量营养素是非金属、类金属和/或金属复合物。在本发明的一个实施例中,营养素混合物包括锰、锌、镁、铜和/或其他金属的金属复合物。在本发明的另一个实施例中,营养素混合物包括氮、P2O5、K2O和硼。营养素混合物优选以水溶性形式提供,以便它们可被植物吸收。
当二酰基和/或二芳基脲制剂与至少一种营养素混合物(包括含有非金属、类金属和金属复合物的营养制剂)组合时,营养制剂包括但不限于具有或不具有单价和/或二价电荷的植物必需微量矿物质,所得制剂在植物中显示出对单独的必需非金属、类金属和金属复合物或二酰基和二芳基脲化合物具有协同效应的生物响应。当单独与单个成份相比时,组合制剂所得的协同效应在较低浓度下评估的产量参数中引起最大响应。所得制剂显著提高了产品效率、作物产量、质量和生产力,从而提高了农场的盈利能力,同时减少了农业所需的外源化学品的数量,因此,限制了现代农业对环境构成的相关脱靶风险。
本发明有益于农业和园艺业中的作物系统管理和作物产量。当在发芽和植物定植期间施用,这使得根和茎构造得到改善。当在生长阶段施用,观察到生长和发育的速率加快。当在开花时施用,这使得果实或谷粒组得到改善。当在果实大小调节和籽粒灌浆期间施用,这使得光合作用增加,果实更大、更有市场,和籽粒灌浆增加。
虽然本领域技术人员能够根据农业用途制备所需浓度的协同农业制剂的水溶液,但已经发现含有约0.001-1.0M的活性成分(即二酰基或二芳基脲和金属复合物)的溶液是有益的。目前优选含有约0.001-0.050M的水溶液用于土壤和叶面施用。虽然这些溶液可以以本领域技术人员所希望的任何率施用,但已发现前述浓度的水溶液在以约4-16oz/A率施用于叶面或土壤时和15-750ml施用于每100磅种子时提供最佳结果。本领域技术人员会知道将油和/或表面活性剂(即小于5wt.%,或优选小于1wt.%)添加到喷洒在叶面上的水溶液中,将改善反应产物对叶子的粘附性和植物对反应产物的吸收。合适的油包括饱和和不饱和油、醇、酯以及具有疏水和亲水官能团的其它化合物。示例性的油包括植物油,该植物油包括向日葵油和大豆油。示例性的生物学上可接受的表面活性剂包括有机多磷酸盐和乙氧基化壬基酚。同样,本领域技术人员可以为每种所需用途确定合适浓度。然而,认为具有上述浓度的水溶液通常是合适的。这些溶液的施用率应足以提供每英亩约1-100克的反应产物、非金属、类金属和含金属配合物。在替代实施例中,溶液的施用率应足以提供每英亩约50-100克,或70-100克,85-100克的反应产物、非金属、类金属和含金属复合物。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,农业制剂基本上由99.9至0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲和0.1至99.9wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物组成。在一个实施例中,农业制剂基本上由30-0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲(优选二甲基脲)和0.1至20wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物组成。在一个实施例中,农业制剂基本上由20-0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲(优选二甲基脲)和0.1至10wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物组成。在一个实施例中,农业制剂基本上由20-0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲(优选二甲基脲)和0.1至5wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物组成。出于本专利申请的目的,短语“基本上由……组成”应解释为规定本发明的基本和新颖的特征至少是以下之一:当施用水溶液时,增加了植物细胞和整个植物栽培中的植物生长、发育和/或产量。

在本发明的一个优选实施例中,包含协同农业制剂的农业制剂和/或水溶液不包括任何“辐射管理器”,该“辐射管理器”是一种促进UV光和/或高能可见蓝光通过剂。在这些实施例中,本发明不包括屏蔽UV和高能可见蓝光的着色剂,例如聚氧化烯UV吸收剂。在这样的实施例中,本发明不包括可以微粉化或呈现为纳米颗粒的不溶性氧化物,例如钛和/或氧化锌。在这样的实施例中,本发明不包括含有酞菁的颜料。
二酰基或二芳基脲
如美国专利6,040,273中所述,其内容明确地通过引用并入本文,本发明优选的二酰基或二芳基脲是羧酸和具有下式的脲的反应产物:

已经发现,反应将在宽的温度范围内(例如在约10℃至约140℃)进行,仅受反应物和产物的沸点的限制。尽管可以通过任何常规方法加热以加速这些反应的速率,但已发现本发明的方法可以方便地在约15℃至约40℃的温度范围内进行,优选在室温,即在约20℃至约30℃。这些反应似乎是轻微放热的。甲酸和脲生成二甲酰脲的反应在室温下24小时内进行完全。优选将反应混合物搅拌至澄清,然后使其保持静止直至形成反应产物的晶体。认为通过消除两个水分子来进行反应。脲和甲酸进行的反应如下所示:H2NCONH2+2RCOOH→RCONHCONHCOR+2H2O。在该反应中,甲酸与每个脲氮上的一个氢反应生成N,N'-二苯基脲。因此,优选地,对于每摩尔脲,反应混合物包含大约2mol的羧酸。

营养素混合物

Claims (19)
1.一种由植物吸收的协同农业制剂,其包括:
99.9至0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲;
作为水溶液提供的0.1至99.9wt%的至少一种营养素混合物,其中所述至少一种营养素混合物选自由以下所组成的组,
超过一种微量营养素,其选自由硼、锰、铁、锌、铜、钼、镍、钴及其混合物所组成的组,
超过一种常量营养素,其选自由氮、磷、钾、钙、硫、镁及其混合物所组成的组,其中钾仅以氧化物形式提供,和
所述超过一种微量营养素和所述超过一种常量营养素的组合,
可选的油,
可选的表面活性剂,和
可选的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的协同农业制剂,其包括30至0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲和0.1至20wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的协同农业制剂,其包括30至0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲和0.1至10wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的协同农业制剂,其包括30至0.1wt.%的至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲和0.1至5wt.%的至少一种营养素混合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,基于农业制剂的总重量,所述至少一种营养素混合物包括0.001-10wt.%的镁、0.001-10wt.%的铜、0.001-10wt.%的锰和0.001-10wt.%的锌,以及其中的镁、铜、锰和锌是唯一存在所述制剂中的营养素。
6.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,基于农业制剂的总重量,所述至少一种营养素混合物包括0.001-5wt.%的镁、0.001-5wt.%的铜、0.001-5wt.%的锰和0.001-5wt.%的锌,以及其中的镁、铜、锰和锌是唯一存在所述制剂中的营养素。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,基于农业制剂的总重量,所述至少一种营养素混合物包括1-3wt.%的镁、1-3wt.%的铜、1-3wt.%的锰和1-3wt.%的锌,以及其中的镁、铜、锰和锌是唯一存在所述制剂中的营养素。
8.根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,所述营养素是螯合化合物。
9.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,基于农业制剂的总重量,所述至少一种营养素混合物包括0.001-50.0wt.%的所述超过一种常量营养素。
10.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,基于农业制剂的总重量,所述至少一种营养素混合物包括0.01-20.0wt.%的所述超过一种常量营养素。
11.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,基于农业配方的总重量,所述至少一种营养素混合物包括0.1-10wt.%的所述超过一种常量营养素。
12.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,所述至少一种营养素混合物是包含氮、P2O5、K2O和至少一种微量营养素的混合物,其作为所述制剂中的唯一营养素。
13.根据权利要求12所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,基于农业制剂的总重量,所述至少一种营养素混合物包括1-30wt%氮、1-50wt%P2O5、1-50wt%K2O和0.01-1wt%微量营养素,以及其中的氮、P2O5、K2O和至少一种微量营养素是所述制剂中的唯一营养素。
14.根据权利要求12所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,基于农业制剂的总重量,所述至少一种营养素混合物包括3-7wt%氮、15-22wt%P2O5、1-4wt%K2O和0.05-0.5wt%微量营养素,以及其中的氮、P2O5、K2O和至少一种微量营养素是所述制剂中的唯一营养素。
15.根据权利要求12-14中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,所述至少一种微量营养素是硼。
16.根据权利要求15所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,基于农业制剂的总重量,所述至少一种营养素混合物包括约5wt%氮、约18wt%P2O5、约2wt%K2O和约0.1wt%微量营养素,以及其中的氮、P2O5、K2O和至少一种微量营养素是所述制剂中的唯一营养素。
17.根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,所述至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲是二甲基脲。
18.根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的协同农业制剂,其特征在于,所述至少一种二酰基或二芳基脲是二酰基脲。
19.一种水溶液,其包含权利要求1-17中任一项所述的协同农业制剂。
