本发明属于太赫兹技术领域,具体涉及一种具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
目前除异味的方法,用得最多的是活性炭,同时市场上还有利用臭氧消除异味的设备、CH-CUT甲醛催化分解技术除味器、冰箱除臭喷剂。它们分别有除味不彻底、操作麻烦需要维护、有消耗品、价格较高、催化部件娇气怕水怕灰尘等不尽如人意的问题。
目前的物理保鲜手段有干燥、低温、杀菌后密封、抽真空、在密封的包装里的冲入惰性气体。
本发明的具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料所释放的太赫兹波可以有效杀灭细菌,抗菌率:大肠杆菌98~99%、金黄色葡萄球菌92~94%。太赫兹作用于各种气体分子上,改变了气味分子的化学性质,使人不容易闻出来,又进一步减轻了气味。因此,本发明的材料在细菌异味和化学异味的环境中都能起到除味的作用。抗菌性能又进一步带来了保鲜功能。而且,其具有,免维护、长寿命的特点。材料本身的寿命和抗菌保鲜除味能力可以长达数十年,因此,产品寿命取决于载体的寿命。例如太赫兹硅胶片的寿命长达20年。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种能够可以发出太赫兹波的除臭材料。利用这个材料可以制作成除臭片、除臭内裤和鞋垫、除臭器、抗菌胶、抗菌涂料、冰箱、洗衣机内胆、保鲜包材等抗菌和延长蔬果保鲜期的产品,具有原料寿命长(≥冰箱寿命,性能衰减可以忽略)、无需任何能源、无需任何维护、安全(无毒、无挥发、无辐射)的特性。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料及其制备方法和应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料,包括以下重量分数的原料: SiOx:40~65、Al2O3:1-8、赭石:5~15、钨酸钡:1~2、CaCO3:30~45、TiO2:15~35。
所述的具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1:(3~5):(5~10)的比例混合,在无氧的环境下加温到700~1500℃,维持1~8小时,生成黑色结晶体SiOx;
(2)将SiOx与其他各组分原料按照所述比例混合,经过粉碎,细度达到200~500目,适量加水后搅拌(以形成圆球为宜),经过圆形转盘变成小球,进入无氧环境下加热到600~1200℃,维持3~8小时,经过二次粉碎;
(3)测试红外发射率大于0.92及以上,然后经过粉碎和粉末加工,细度达到10000目以上,再经过太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理得到具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料。
进一步,太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理的频率有5个不同频率(频段),分别是2.3x1011、5.5x1011、1.1x1012、2.3x1012、5.5x1012Hz。
所述太赫兹辐照线包括太赫兹辐照组件、传动带和隧道框架;太赫兹辐照组件安装在隧道框架上,传送带贯穿隧道框架设置,太赫兹辐照组件与传送带相配合;所述太赫兹辐照组件包括太赫兹波电子发生器和电缆,所述太赫兹波电子发生器,包括逻辑单元、基波单元、均衡电路、放大器和辐射器,太赫兹波电子发生器通过电缆与辐射器连接,辐射器贴附在隧道框架内壁。
所述基波单元包括若干个并联设置的基波模块,所述基波模块,包括驱动器、BAW滤波器、电荷泵、电光子跃迁模块和谐振腔;逻辑单元通过驱动器控制电荷泵的启闭,外部电源经BAW滤波器和电荷泵给电光子跃迁模块供电,电光子跃迁模块内产生的电子束传输到谐振腔内形成稳定的太赫兹基波;逻辑单元控制各基波模块发射出太赫兹基波,太赫兹基波传输到均衡电路,均衡电路对接收到的太赫兹基波进行调理得到复合太赫兹波,复合太赫兹波传输给放大器,放大器对接收到的复合太赫兹波进行放大得到放大太赫兹波,放大太赫兹波传输到辐射器。
所述电光子跃迁模块,包括电子枪、脉冲偏转线圈、电子束、阳极、跃迁腔;跃迁腔与谐振腔连通,且电子枪和脉冲偏转线圈安装在跃迁腔内,且脉冲偏转线圈之间构成选频电场;阳极安装在谐振腔内壁;电子枪经电荷泵和滤波器与外部电源经BAW连接,电子枪发射电子束到脉冲偏转线圈36构成的选频电场内,选频后的电子束进入谐振腔谐振后被阳极接收形成太赫兹基波。
所述的具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料的应用:将太赫兹材料加入硅胶基材中制成含有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料除味片应用于冰箱内、书柜电梯、小房间内;或直接采用该具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料制成冰箱或保鲜材料;或制成含有太赫兹材料的服装/服饰。
所述除味片中太赫兹材料的加入量为10~55wt%,除味片的制备方法同常规硅胶片一致。
本发明的目的是提供一种粉状太赫兹材料,该材料具有抗菌、除味(除味率60%/天)、保鲜(绿叶蔬菜延长200~300%),可以生产多种具有抗菌、除味、保鲜功能的产品。
太赫兹被很多专家界定在远红外的远端,这个频率刚好与原子中的电子旋转频率相似,因而可以与原子产生共振,提高分子活性和渗透能力。由于太赫兹波具有反应物质结构与性质的指纹特性,并且光子能量低,远远小于X射线的能量,不会对生物大分子、生物细胞和组织产生有害电离(摘自《我国应加快太赫兹技术生物医学应用的研究》科技日报2014年04月13日)。因此使用过程十分安全,图1。
本材料具有抗菌、除味、保鲜功效。
例如,家用冰箱的冷藏室温度在0~7℃,此温度对大多数细菌的繁殖有明显的抑制作用,能推迟食品变质时间,但不会杀灭细菌。其中部分嗜好冰冷环境的细菌,如大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等在冰箱里依然活跃,它们继续大量繁殖并导致食物变质,同时释放难闻的气味。本发明的具有抗菌保鲜除味功能的太赫兹材料可以在几天时间内使在用的冰箱内几乎闻不到异味。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的用于冰箱冷藏室里面的长效除味材料对比现有技术具备下述有益效果:1)本发明成本低,每台冰箱投入成本低于10元,零售除臭产品或设备也可以控制在50元以内;2)本发明完全安全:无毒、无挥发、无辐射,我们同时可以提供食品级认证的原料,生产过程没有任何污染;3)本发明在使用中无需能源、无需维护;4)本发明寿命比冰箱的寿命还长,如果是单体除臭产品,甚至可以在冰箱报废后取出来用于柜子和居室除味; 5)本发明既可以用于解决旧冰箱的异味,也可以用于冰箱厂生产无臭冰箱。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。应理解,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而非用于限制本发明的范围,该领域的技术熟练人员可以根据上述发明的内容作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
一种具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料,包括以下重量分数的原料: SiOx:50、Al2O3:4、赭石:8、钨酸钡:2、CaCO3:40、TiO2:20。
所述的具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1:4:8的比例混合,在无氧的环境下加温到1200℃,维持4小时,生成黑色结晶体SiOx;
(2)将SiOx与其他各组分原料按照所述比例混合,经过粉碎,细度达到200~500目,适量加水后搅拌(以形成圆球为宜),经过圆形转盘变成小球,进入无氧环境下加热到800℃,维持5小时,经过二次粉碎;
(3)测试红外发射率大于0.92及以上,然后经过粉碎和粉末加工,细度达到10000目以上,再经过太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理得到具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料,太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理的频率有5个不同频率(频段),分别是2.3x1011、5.5x1011、1.1x1012、2.3x1012、5.5x1012Hz。
如图7所示,所述太赫兹辐照线包括太赫兹辐照组件、传动带011和隧道框架012;太赫兹辐照组件安装在隧道框架012上,传送带011贯穿隧道框架012设置,太赫兹辐照组件与传送带011相配合;所述太赫兹辐照组件包括太赫兹波电子发生器和电缆,所述太赫兹波电子发生器包括逻辑单元01、基波单元02、均衡电路03、放大器04和辐射器05;太赫兹波电子发生器通过电缆与辐射器05连接,辐射器05贴附在隧道框架012内壁。
如图8-9所示,所述基波单元02包括若干个并联设置的基波模块,所述基波模块,包括驱动器06、BAW滤波器07、电荷泵08、电光子跃迁模块09和谐振腔010;逻辑单元01通过驱动器06控制电荷泵08的启闭,外部电源经BAW滤波器07和电荷泵08给电光子跃迁模块09供电,电光子跃迁模块09内产生的电子束传输到谐振腔010内形成稳定的太赫兹基波;逻辑单元01控制各基波模块发射出太赫兹基波,太赫兹基波传输到均衡电路03,均衡电路03对接收到的太赫兹基波进行调理得到复合太赫兹波,复合太赫兹波传输给放大器04,放大器04对接收到的复合太赫兹波进行放大得到放大太赫兹波,放大太赫兹波传输到辐射器05。
如图10所示,所述电光子跃迁模块09,包括电子枪035、脉冲偏转线圈036、电子束037、阳极038、跃迁腔039;跃迁腔039与谐振腔010连通,且电子枪035和脉冲偏转线圈036安装在跃迁腔039内,且脉冲偏转线圈036之间构成选频电场;阳极038安装在谐振腔010内壁;电子枪035经电荷泵08和滤波器07与外部电源经BAW连接,电子枪035发射电子束037到脉冲偏转线圈036构成的选频电场内,选频后的电子束进入谐振腔010谐振后被阳极038接收形成太赫兹基波。
实施例2
一种具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料,包括以下重量分数的原料: SiOx:40、Al2O3:8、赭石:5、钨酸钡:2、CaCO3:30、TiO2:35。
所述的具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1:3:5的比例混合,在无氧的环境下加温到700℃,维持8小时,生成黑色结晶体SiOx;

所述的具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1: 5: 10的比例混合,在无氧的环境下加温到1500℃,维持1小时,生成黑色结晶体SiOx;

应用例1
图2,本发明的具有抗菌保鲜除味功能的材料在冰箱冷藏室里面进行除味的应用,有结构最简单的除味胶片和除味器。他们都是寿命长、无需维护、无需能源的优点。
本发明的太赫兹除味胶片和除味器应用包括以下特征:
1)每天去除异味60%,1周内是冰箱里几乎没有残留气味;
2)冰箱里不能有散发异味的腐败食材,榴莲、臭豆腐等需要装入密封袋。本产品没有能力对付暴力味源;
3)冰箱里如果再次出现异味,肯定是有东西变质了,需要找出来处理掉;
4)大尺寸的冰箱可能需要多片除味胶片和除味器;
5)少数冰箱的冷冻室也有异味,除味胶片和除味器也有效果;
6)除味胶片和除味器寿命比冰箱还长,
再者,本发明使臭气分子内能改变,从而彻底消除冰箱冷藏室的异味,相比传统手段有很大优势:各项10分满分。
本方案适合几乎所有的冰箱冷藏室使用。
应用例2
图3,一种包含本发明具有抗菌保鲜除味功能的材料制成的零部件的强效保鲜无味冰箱,其中可能包括这些零部件:保鲜无臭内胆7、保鲜菜盒8、保鲜隔板9、保鲜垫片10(出厂前贴附在冰箱的玻璃横隔板上),这样的冰箱终生无异味,食材保鲜期最少提高1倍。
本发明的太赫兹除味胶片和除味器应用包括以下特征:
1)解决了冰箱行业冷藏室异味的世界难题;
2)帮冰箱更好地完成延长食材的保鲜期;
这项方案适用于各大冰箱生产企业。
应用例3
本发明的具有抗菌保鲜除味功能的材料在书柜里面进行除味的应用,图4,有结构最简单的除味胶片4和除味器13,还有除味相框和摆件14。他们都具有寿命长、无需维护、无需能源的优点。
书柜里面的气味主要是木材(实木或者是中、高密度纤维板材)的味道,实木的气味是无害的,但是中、高密度纤维板材使用的化学胶,油漆却可能散发出一些有害物质,还有书籍的油墨现在都是化学合成品,含有有机挥发物和重金属。因此书柜其实是家庭里的一个比较大的污染源,同时有门书柜是基本上密封的,里面的味道不容易散发,但每次打开都面对很浓的混合气味。
目前并没有专业解决书柜气味的方案。当然可以使用活性炭来解决这个问题,但是活性炭需要定期维护,而且效能衰减的很快。
本发明的太赫兹除味胶片和除味器应用包括以下特征:
1)每天去除异味40%,5天后异味基本去除;
2)书柜气味散发是一个很长期的过程,没有任何手段能够阻挡气味散发,除味装置的除味能力是否能够超过书柜散发气味的速度,需要试用后才知道。如果开始除味后1周后气味还比较明显,可考虑追加一个除味装置;
3)气味较大的展柜也可以使用。
这项方案适用于家庭、单位、图书馆、展厅等场所。
应用例4
本发明的具有抗菌保鲜除味功能的材料在电梯里面进行除味的应用,图5,有结构最简单的除味胶片4和除味器13,还有特制带有除味功能的通风口16。他们都具有寿命长、无需维护、无需能源的优点。
电梯有时运送垃圾、乘客带的有味水果、狗狗做的记号、甚至有人抽烟等都会带来一些怪味。本方案的除味装置可以悄无声息的解决这个麻烦。
应用例5
本发明的具有抗菌保鲜除味功能的材料在保鲜行业里的应用,图6,这些产品包括加强保鲜膜及保鲜贴、保鲜垫17、加强保鲜袋18、加强保鲜盒及保鲜箱19。
本发明的太赫兹除味胶片和除味器应用包括以下特征:
1)用于运输储存周转的包装材料,包括一次性的及重复使用的材料,甚至可以替代或部分替代冷链运输;
2)用于销售环节的保鲜垫17、周转箱19等,多是一次性使用的,可以成倍延长商品的展陈时间;
3)食品出厂包装袋,替代保鲜剂、防腐剂;
4)替代医药冷藏。
本方案涉及到的领域十分宽泛。
应用例6
本发明的具有抗菌保鲜除味功能的材料制作的除味内裤和袜子,图7。这些服装对于一些特种行业的人员(例如刑事警察、科考队员)非常有用。
抗菌无臭服装(除味内裤、除味鞋垫等),不仅可以有效减少人的体味,还可以防病治病,例如阴囊湿疹和脚气)。这些功能服装的前景必将十分广阔。

1.一种具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料,其特征在于包括以下重量分数的原料:SiOx:40~65、Al2O3:1-8、赭石:5~15、钨酸钡:1~2、CaCO3:30~45、TiO2:15~35。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1:(3~5):(5~10)的比例混合,在无氧的环境下加温到700~1500℃,维持1~8小时,生成黑色结晶体SiOx;
(2)将SiOx与其他各组分原料按照所述比例混合,经过粉碎,细度达到200~500目,适量加水后搅拌,经过圆形转盘变成小球,进入无氧环境下加热到600~1200℃,维持3~8小时,经过二次粉碎;

7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料在抗菌、保鲜、除味领域中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:将具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料加入硅胶基材中制成除味片应用于冰箱内、书柜、电梯、小房间内;或直接采用该太赫兹材料作为原材料之一制成冰箱/保鲜材料;或制成含有太赫兹材料的服装。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具有抗菌保鲜除味效果的太赫兹材料的应用:所述除味片中太赫兹材料的加入量为10~55wt%,除味片的制备方法同常规硅胶片一致。
