Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料及其制备方法和应用，包括以下重量份数的原料：SiO2：15~28、Al2O3：3‑8，硒：1~3、锗：2~5、Fe2O3：10~15、赭石：35~45，氧化锌：20~35、CaCO3：65~80、稀土钯：0.1~0.5，SiOx：1~10。将各组分原料按照所述比例混合，经过粉碎，进入无氧环境下加热到600~1200℃，维持3~8小时，进行二次粉碎，细度达到3000~8000目；然后再次经过粉碎和粉末加工，细度达到10000目以上，经过太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理，得到具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料，可以加工制造成多种理疗器材，对人体的作用速度快、效果稳定。

技术领域
本发明属于太赫兹技术领域，具体涉及一种具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
目前红外理疗手段已经非常普及了。但治疗效果并不十分理想，仅可作为辅助治疗和康复使用。同时其设备尺寸较大，完全便携的只能是暖宝宝、自发热帖一类的产品，这类产品用过的垃圾对环境是有污染的，国产双面胶普遍会引起过敏，不便于多日连续使用，即便连续使用也几乎没有治疗效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题，本发明提供一种具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料及其制备方法和应用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料，包括以下重量份数的原料：SiO2：15~28、Al2O3：3-8，硒：1~3、锗：2~5、Fe2O3：10~15、赭石：35~45，氧化锌：20~35、CaCO3、65~80、稀土钯：0.1~0.5，SiOx：1-10。
所述的具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1:（3~5）:（5~10）的比例混合，在无氧的环境下加温到700~1500℃，维持1~8小时，生成黑色结晶体SiOx；
（2）将制成的SiOx与其他各组分原料按照所述比例混合，经过粉碎，细度达到200~500目，适量加水后搅拌（以形成圆球为宜），经过圆形转盘变成小球，进入无氧环境下加热到600~1200℃，维持3~8小时，进行二次粉碎，细度达到3000~8000目；
（3）检测红外发射率≥0.92，然后再次经过粉碎和粉末加工，细度达到10000目以上，经过太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理，得到具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料。
太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理的频率被设置成1~7个不同频率（频段），分别是2.3x1011、5.5x1011、1.1x1012、2.3x1012、5.5x1012、1.1x1013、2.3x1013 Hz。
所述太赫兹辐照线包括太赫兹辐照组件、传动带和隧道框架；太赫兹辐照组件安装在隧道框架上，传送带贯穿隧道框架设置，太赫兹辐照组件与传送带相配合；所述太赫兹辐照组件包括太赫兹波电子发生器和电缆，所述太赫兹波电子发生器，包括逻辑单元、基波单元、均衡电路、放大器和辐射器，太赫兹波电子发生器通过电缆与辐射器连接，辐射器贴附在隧道框架内壁。
所述基波单元包括若干个并联设置的基波模块，所述基波模块，包括驱动器、BAW滤波器、电荷泵、电光子跃迁模块和谐振腔；逻辑单元通过驱动器控制电荷泵的启闭，外部电源经BAW滤波器和电荷泵给电光子跃迁模块供电，电光子跃迁模块内产生的电子束传输到谐振腔内形成稳定的太赫兹基波；逻辑单元控制各基波模块发射出太赫兹基波，太赫兹基波传输到均衡电路，均衡电路对接收到的太赫兹基波进行调理得到复合太赫兹波，复合太赫兹波传输给放大器，放大器对接收到的复合太赫兹波进行放大得到放大太赫兹波，放大太赫兹波传输到辐射器。
所述电光子跃迁模块，包括电子枪、脉冲偏转线圈、电子束、阳极、跃迁腔；跃迁腔与谐振腔连通，且电子枪和脉冲偏转线圈安装在跃迁腔内，且脉冲偏转线圈之间构成选频电场；阳极安装在谐振腔内壁；电子枪经电荷泵和滤波器与外部电源经BAW连接，电子枪发射电子束到脉冲偏转线圈36构成的选频电场内，选频后的电子束进入谐振腔谐振后被阳极接收形成太赫兹基波。
所述的具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料在缓解/治疗痛经产品中的应用：将太赫兹材料加入硅胶基材中制成硅胶理疗片置于生理期内裤中或将太赫兹材料制成硅胶理疗片置于理疗袋中；所述硅胶理疗片中太赫兹材料的加入量为10～55wt%，硅胶理疗片的制备方法同常规硅胶片一致；或者将具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料以热敷袋的形式应用；或者加入现有的诸如“暖宝宝”的产品中进行应用。
所述的具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料在制备理疗设备中的应用：以太赫兹材料作为理疗设备的原材料之一制备理疗设备或将太赫兹材料加入硅胶基材中制成硅胶理疗片应用在各种理疗设备，所述理疗设备包括但不限于理疗仪、理疗睡袋、隧道式理疗仓、坐式理疗仓、平躺式理疗仓、理疗服装、理疗卧具、理疗带，所述硅胶理疗片中太赫兹材料的加入量为10～55wt%，硅胶理疗片的制备方法同常规硅胶片一致。
太赫兹被很多专家界定在远红外的远端，这个频率刚好与原子中的电子旋转频率相似，因而可以与组成细胞的原子（尤其是其中的极性分子——水）产生共振，提高分子活性和渗透能力，进而打通血脉。由于太赫兹波具有反应物质结构与性质的指纹特性，并且光子能量低，远远小于X射线的能量，不会对生物大分子、生物细胞和组织产生有害电离（摘自《我国应加快太赫兹技术生物医学应用的研究》科技日报2014年04月13日）。因此治疗过程十分安全。
本发明的太赫兹材料可以加工制造成多种理疗器材，可以加热使用也可以常温使用，可以是理疗设备，也可以是护具、卧具等。这些理疗器材可以治疗各种骨肉疼痛、眩晕失眠、各种炎症、各种免疫疾病、晚期癌症等常见疾病。
本发明提供的粉状具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料，该材料可以制造成具有理疗、保健、治疗作用的装置，经过多次测试，证明该材料对人体的作用速度快、效果稳定、完全没有副作用，而且这些装置都是可以重复使用的。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的用于保健治疗的太赫兹材料对比现有技术具备下述有益效果：1）加速新陈代谢，尤其明显的是加速排尿，这在第一次使用的时候就能有明显的感觉。多数人排尿时间缩短到原来的1/2~1/4； 2）迅速排毒，反映在皮肤上，使用一周以后，皮肤会变得更加光滑，雀斑明显变淡；3）打通经络具有排毒、预防心脑血管疾病、保持皮肤湿润、提高记忆力，目前虽然不能肯定太赫兹理疗法相比针灸、火罐、按摩、点穴的打通经络的效果哪个更好，但太赫兹理疗法有一个这些手法都无法比拟的优势，就是基本无需专业技能就可以进行治疗和理疗，而且是直达全身经络；4）对付气滞湿寒体质见效最快，对于睡眠障碍、体寒、余沥不尽、痛经有特效，迅速改善体内水环境；5）迅速增强免疫力，配合太赫兹饮用水，可以治疗多种免疫系统疾病，对恶性肿瘤、晚期癌症已经有成功案例，更多的白癜风、艾滋病治疗测试仍进行中；6）局部快速止痛，能够迅速缓解各种肌肉、神经疼痛，可以治愈坐骨神经痛、腰椎间盘突出、腱鞘炎、跟腱炎、网球肘。

实施例1
一种具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料，包括以下重量份数的原料：SiO2：20、Al2O3：4，硒：2、锗：3、Fe2O3：12、赭石：40，氧化锌：25、CaCO3、70、稀土钯：0.3，SiOx：5。
本实施例具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1:4:8）的比例混合，在无氧的环境下加温到1200℃，维持3小时，生成黑色结晶体SiOx；
（2）将制成的SiOx与其他各组分原料按照所述比例混合，经过粉碎，细度达到200~500目，适量加水后搅拌，经过圆形转盘变成小球，进入无氧环境下加热到1000℃，维持4小时，进行二次粉碎，细度达到3000~8000目；
（3）检测红外发射率≥0.92，然后再次经过粉碎和粉末加工，细度达到10000目以上，经过太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理，得到具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料；太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理的频率被设置成1~7个不同频率（频段），分别是2.3x1011、5.5x1011、1.1x1012、2.3x1012、5.5x1012、1.1x1013、2.3x1013 Hz。
如图10所示，所述太赫兹辐照线包括太赫兹辐照组件、传动带011和隧道框架012；太赫兹辐照组件安装在隧道框架012上，传送带011贯穿隧道框架012设置，太赫兹辐照组件与传送带011相配合；所述太赫兹辐照组件包括太赫兹波电子发生器和电缆，所述太赫兹波电子发生器包括逻辑单元01、基波单元02、均衡电路03、放大器04和辐射器05；太赫兹波电子发生器通过电缆与辐射器05连接，辐射器05贴附在隧道框架012内壁。
如图11-12所示，所述基波单元02包括若干个并联设置的基波模块，所述基波模块，包括驱动器06、BAW滤波器07、电荷泵08、电光子跃迁模块09和谐振腔010；逻辑单元01通过驱动器06控制电荷泵08的启闭，外部电源经BAW滤波器07和电荷泵08给电光子跃迁模块09供电，电光子跃迁模块09内产生的电子束传输到谐振腔010内形成稳定的太赫兹基波；逻辑单元01控制各基波模块发射出太赫兹基波，太赫兹基波传输到均衡电路03，均衡电路03对接收到的太赫兹基波进行调理得到复合太赫兹波，复合太赫兹波传输给放大器04，放大器04对接收到的复合太赫兹波进行放大得到放大太赫兹波，放大太赫兹波传输到辐射器05。

实施例2
一种具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料，包括以下重量份数的原料：SiO2：15、Al2O3：8，硒：1、锗： 5、Fe2O3：10、赭石：45，氧化锌：20、CaCO3、80、稀土钯：0.1、SiOx：10。
本实施例具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1:3:5的比例混合，在无氧的环境下加温到700℃，维持8小时，生成黑色结晶体SiOx；

（1）将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1:5:10的比例混合，在无氧的环境下加温到1500℃，维持1小时，生成黑色结晶体SiOx；
（2）将制成的SiOx与其他各组分原料按照所述比例混合，经过粉碎，细度达到200~500目，适量加水后搅拌，经过圆形转盘变成小球，进入无氧环境下加热到1200℃，维持3小时，进行二次粉碎，细度达到3000~8000目；

应用例1
图1，是本发明最基本的应用形式，使用本发明的一种用于保健治疗的太赫兹材料制造的理疗片4放在病灶部位3，消炎止痛比膏药更快，而且可以重复使用。
本发明的太赫兹材料在理疗片的应用包括以下特征：
1） 太赫兹理疗片可以放在身体的各个疼痛部位，可以24小时不间断理疗，祛病快不易复发。
2） 可以治疗坐骨神经痛、腰椎间盘突出、腱鞘炎、跟腱炎、网球肘、各种筋骨创伤、痛经，可以快速缓解胃疼、失眠眩晕、房颤。
3） 太赫兹理疗片无核辐射（粒子辐射）对人安全，接触人也安全、不会过敏。
4） 在制作理疗片的时候，可采用天然橡胶、食品级硅胶等柔软材料作为基材，混入太赫兹材料。
本方案很适合个人日常使用。
应用例2
在实施例1的方案里增加一个加热器5，以期理疗片4发出更大太赫兹能量，达到人1体更深的部位，或者更快的治疗局部不适，图2。
本发明的太赫兹材料在理疗片的应用包括以下特征：
1） 加热器可以是暖宝宝、暖水袋、暖手宝、电加热片、电热毯等各种加热装置，使用者可以根据自己的喜好和方便进行选择。
2）太赫兹理疗片可以放在身体的各个疼痛部位，连续加热时间最好不要超过2个小时，相比实施例1祛病更快，也不易复发。
3）用于上一个实施例中的各种病症，但不可以用于失眠眩晕、房颤。
4）太赫兹理疗片无核辐射（粒子辐射）对人安全，接触人也安全、不会过敏。
5）在制作理疗片的时候，可采用天然橡胶、食品级硅胶等柔软材料作为基材，混入太赫兹材料。
本方案也很适合个人日常使用。
应用例3
图3是使用本发明的用于保健治疗的太赫兹材料制造的理疗片配合电加热器复合而成的组合理疗片6，配合有定时旋钮8和温度设定旋钮9的理疗机10。其治疗效果和舒适程度比实施例2更好。
本发明的太赫兹材料在理疗片的应用包括以下特征：
1）这个设备有一种有趣的使用方法，两个理疗片放在人体或肢体的两侧，治疗效果更好、更快。
2）可治疗的病症与应用例2基本一样，方便程度不如应用例2，效果和舒适度却有明显的提高。
本方案适合用于家庭、医院、养老院、会所等场合使用。
应用例4
图4，将应用例3的理疗片，变形、放大，再把两片连起来，就成了一个太赫兹理疗睡袋11。为了方便进出睡袋，睡袋的侧面应留一个口子，这种用于理疗的睡袋，野外生存的保温性能并不重要。如果做成一块大毯子，躺好后把多余的盖在身上就行了，可以代替实施例3的全部应用。
本发明的太赫兹材料在理疗片的应用包括以下特征：
1）这个设备可以作用于全身，对于体弱多病的人恢复体能效果显著。
2）可治疗的病症与实施例2基本一样，还适用于癌症等重症患者；
3）使用的方便程度不如实施例2，效果和舒适度却有明显的提高。
4）可以增加收费功能配上收费机构或收费二维码，就可以进行营业使用了
本方案适合用于家庭、养老院、会所等场合使用。
应用例5
图5，将应用例4的理疗片，变形、放大变硬，就做成了这个涵道式理疗床。这个装备舒适性明显好于应用例4。为了方便进出，涵道被拆分成多块（图5中），开合涵道，可以使用电动、手动等方法，与不同的外壳形状，均不影响理疗效果。
本发明的太赫兹材料在理疗片的应用包括以下特征：
1）这个设备也可以作用于全身，对于体弱多病的人恢复体能效果显著。
2）可治疗的病症与应用例4基本一样；
4）使用比应用例4方便，舒适度却有明显的提高。
3）可以增加收费功能配上收费机构或收费二维码，本方案适合用于（空间较大的）家庭、医院养老院、会所等场合使用。
应用例6/7
图6和图7，这两种设备的理疗设备，坐式还是躺式治疗效果都一样。这两种设备都有本体16和上盖15，上盖和本体都有组合理疗片6，理疗片通过电缆7连接到理疗仪主机10。两种设备都有操作面板，使用者可以自己在面板上调节温度和时间。
本发明的太赫兹材料在理疗片的应用包括以下特征：
1）这个设备同应用例3和应用例2一样，也可以作全身理疗，对于体弱多病的人恢复体能效果显著；
2）可治疗的病症与应用例4基本一样；
4）使用比应用例4和5都更方便，舒适度却有明显的提高。
3）可以增加收费功能配上收费机构或收费二维码，本方案适合用于（空间较大的）家庭、医院养老院、会所等场合使用。
应用例8/9
这两个应用例，都是本发明的太赫兹材料与织物、天然橡胶等各种材料的组合进而生产出来的各种贴身的日用品。这些理疗装备遍及全身，从头到脚（除了裙子），各种形式都可以利用。
本发明的太赫兹材料在理疗服装和卧具的应用包括以下特征：
1）理疗帽子17 适应症：头晕、头疼、失眠（睡眠时摘掉，换理疗枕27）；
2）理疗文胸和文胸垫18 适应症：乳腺增生（止痛后仍需关注增生的情况）；
3）理疗手套和护腕19 适应症：鼠标手、扭伤；
4）理疗护肘20 适应症：网球肘、扭伤；
5）理疗护腰21 适应症：胸椎疼、腰椎疼；
6）理疗内裤22 适应症：长坐屁股疼、尾椎痛、痔疮、痛经、前列腺炎、壮阳；
7）理疗护膝23 适应症：腿疼、关节炎；
8）理疗护踝24 适应症：扭伤；
9）理疗鞋垫25 适应症：跟腱炎、足弓筋拉伤、穴位保健；
10) 理疗床垫26 适应症：打通血脉、提高免疫力；
11) 理疗枕27 适应症：神经衰弱、失眠、头昏、耳鸣；
12) 理疗褥28 适应症：打通血脉、提高免疫力；
13) 理疗被29 适应症：打通血脉、提高免疫力；
14) 理疗坐垫30适应症：长坐屁股疼、尾椎痛、痔疮、痛经、前列腺炎、壮阳；
本方案适合用于家庭、养老院、会所等场合使用。
应用例10/11
本应用的痛经治疗腰带（图14）和痛经治疗内裤（图15）是借鉴了时下流行的生理期养护用电热品暖宫腰带和生理期内裤+暖宝宝的产品形态，加上太赫兹理疗片而成。
这个理疗片对人体的作用速度快、效果稳定、完全没有副作用，这些装置都是重复使用的，寿命很长。
本发明的痛经治疗腰带和痛经治疗内裤对比现有技术具备下述有益效果：1）可以治愈痛经； 2）治疗过程中腹痛就已经减轻很多了； 3）痛经治愈以后在生理期继续使用，生理期腹部不适会明显减轻。
本发明的带加热的太赫兹理疗片的痛经治疗腰带的应用包括以下特征：
1） 太赫兹理疗片和加热片叠放在腰带前部，内部集成开关和控温电路；
2） 侧面放置一个充电宝，可以连续加热数小时，不加热进行理疗也足矣，加热后效果更好，更舒适；
3） 可以内置蓝牙装置，用手机app控制温度和加热开关；
4） 太赫兹理疗片无核辐射（粒子辐射）对人安全，接触人也安全、不会过敏。
本发明的生理期内裤和暖宝宝配合太赫兹理疗片治疗痛经的应用包括以下特征：
1） 太赫兹理疗片和加热片叠放在腰带前部；
2） 加热片可以采用暖宝宝，也可以使用电加热片；
3） 使用暖宝宝要注意温度，小心低温烫伤
治疗病例：
1、陈女士，50岁，肩颈疼痛，睡眠质量不高，经过保健太赫兹理疗床理疗一周后，睡眠质量得到改善，知道困倦了。肩颈部位轻松，舒适了。
2、胡先生，60岁，心脑血管病，浑身无力，肾功能不好，经过保健太赫兹理疗床理疗二周后，体力恢复许多，可以长时间工作，不再像往常那样疲惫，心血管疾病得到控制，感觉身体舒适，肾功能恢复较好，恢复早间晨勃功能，增强男性性功能。
3、郭女士，47，子宫囊肿，乳腺增生，更年期综合征，过保健太赫兹理疗床理疗十周后，胸部感觉明显好转，睡眠质量变好，更年期症状缓解，心情舒适，妇科问题得到控制。
4、卢女士，33岁，经期疼痛剧烈，使用理疗片后三个月痊愈。
5、何女士，29岁，经期疼痛、有时候要疼2~3天才来例假，血黑。使用理疗片后1年，完全治愈。而且，后来发现即便肚子不疼，经期使用胶片还是要更舒服一些。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
（1）将粗硅Si、SiO2和备长炭按照重量比1:（3~5）:（5~10）的比例混合，在无氧的环境下加温到700~1500℃，维持1~8小时，生成黑色结晶体SiOx；
（2）将制成的SiOx与其他各组分原料按照所述比例混合，经过粉碎，细度达到200~500目，适量加水后搅拌，经过圆形转盘变成小球，进入无氧环境下加热到600~1200℃，维持3~8小时，进行二次粉碎，细度达到3000~8000目；
（3）检测红外发射率≥0.92，然后再次经过粉末加工，细度达到10000目以上，经过太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理，得到具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料；
所述具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料包括以下重量份数的原料：
SiO2：15~28、Al2O3：3-8，硒：1~3、锗：2~5、Fe2O3：10~15、赭石：35~45，氧化锌：20~35、CaCO3：65~80、钯：0.1~0.5，SiOx：1~10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法，其特征在于：所述太赫兹辐照线进行增强处理的频率被设置成7个不同频率，分别是2.3x1011、5.5x1011、1.1x1012、2.3x1012、5.5x1012、1.1x1013、2.3x1013 Hz。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法，其特征在于：所述太赫兹辐照线包括太赫兹辐照组件、传动带（011）和隧道框架（012）；太赫兹辐照组件安装在隧道框架（012）上，传送带（011）贯穿隧道框架（012）设置，太赫兹辐照组件与传送带（011）相配合；所述太赫兹辐照组件包括太赫兹波电子发生器和电缆，所述太赫兹波电子发生器包括逻辑单元（01）、基波单元（02）、均衡电路（03）和放大器（04）；太赫兹波电子发生器通过电缆与辐射器（05）连接，辐射器（05）贴附在隧道框架（012）内壁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法，其特征在于：所述基波单元包括若干个并联设置的基波模块，所述基波模块，包括驱动器（06）、BAW滤波器（07）、电荷泵（08）、电光子跃迁模块（09）和谐振腔（010）；逻辑单元（01）通过驱动器（06）控制电荷泵（08）的启闭，外部电源经BAW滤波器（07）和电荷泵（08）给电光子跃迁模块（09）供电，电光子跃迁模块（09）内产生的电子束传输到谐振腔（010）内形成稳定的太赫兹基波；逻辑单元（01）控制各基波模块发射出太赫兹基波，太赫兹基波传输到均衡电路（03），均衡电路（03）对接收到的太赫兹基波进行调理得到复合太赫兹波，复合太赫兹波传输给放大器（04），放大器（04）对接收到的复合太赫兹波进行放大得到放大太赫兹波，放大太赫兹波传输到辐射器（05）。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料的制备方法，其特征在于：所述电光子跃迁模块（09），包括电子枪（035）、脉冲偏转线圈（036）、电子束（037）、阳极（038）、跃迁腔（039）；跃迁腔（039）与谐振腔（010）连通，且电子枪（035）和脉冲偏转线圈（036）安装在跃迁腔（039）内，且脉冲偏转线圈（036）之间构成选频电场；阳极（038）安装在谐振腔（010）内壁；电子枪（035）经电荷泵（08）和BAW滤波器（07）与外部电源连接，电子枪（035）发射电子束（037）到脉冲偏转线圈（036）构成的选频电场内，选频后的电子束进入谐振腔（010）谐振后被阳极（038）接收形成太赫兹基波。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的制备方法制得的具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料在治疗痛经产品中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用，其特征在于：将太赫兹材料加入硅胶基材中制成硅胶理疗片置于生理期内裤中或将太赫兹材料制成硅胶理疗片置于理疗袋中；所述硅胶理疗片中太赫兹材料的加入量为10～55wt%。
8.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的制备方法制得的具有治疗保健效果的太赫兹材料在制备理疗设备中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用，其特征在于：以太赫兹材料作为理疗设备的原材料之一制备理疗设备或将太赫兹材料加入硅胶基材中制成硅胶理疗片应用在各种理疗设备，所述理疗设备包括理疗仪、理疗睡袋、隧道式理疗仓、坐式理疗仓、平躺式理疗仓、理疗服装、理疗卧具、理疗带，所述硅胶理疗片中太赫兹材料的加入量为10～55wt%。
