A kitchen appliance sterilization device (hereinafter, a sterilization device) is a device for sterilizing and drying kitchen appliances.
166。The sterilization device 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 110 , a placing table 140 , a light source module 150 , a fan 161 , a heating part 162 , a control part 163 , a water storage tub 164 and a power switch 166 .
The housing 110 provides a space for sterilizing and drying kitchen utensils, and is composed of a main body 111 and a cover body 120 . The cover body 120 prevents the sterilizing ultraviolet rays emitted from the inside of the case 110 from leaking to the outside and being lost. Therefore, the cover body 120 can prevent the reduction of the efficiency of the germicidal ultraviolet rays. The cover body 120 is composed of a front cover body 121 and a rear cover body 126 .
A space separating part 130 is formed inside the main body 111 . The interior of the main body 111 is divided into a front surface part 115 and a rear surface part 117 by the space separation part 130 . The front surface portion 115 is the inner space of the main body 111 between the front surface cover 121 and the space separating portion 130 . In addition, the rear surface part 117 is the inner space of the main body 111 between the rear cover body 126 and the space separating part 130 . Referring to FIG. 2 , the space separation part 130 is disposed between the front surface part 115 and the rear surface part 117 , and is formed to cover at least a part of the upper and lower surfaces of the main body 111 on the front surface part 115 . However, such a structure of the space separating part 130 can be changed according to the choice of those skilled in the art as long as the inside of the main body 111 can be divided into the front part 115 and the rear part 117 . Also, in FIG. 2 , the space separating portion 130 is illustrated as being formed along the vertical direction of the lower surface of the main body 111 . However, according to the choice of those skilled in the art, it is also feasible that the space separation part 130 is formed obliquely from the lower surface of the main body 111 .
132。A first air inlet 131 and a first air outlet 132 are formed in the space separation portion 130 . The first air inlet 131 is a passage through which dry air flows into the front portion 115 . Here, the drying air is air used for drying the inside of the sterilization apparatus 100 and the kitchen utensils arranged inside the sterilization apparatus. The first air outlet 132 is a passage for discharging the dry air in the front surface portion 115 to the outside of the front surface portion 115 . The dry air is higher in temperature, lower in density and lighter than the air inside the main body 111 . Therefore, the first air outlet 132 is formed at a higher position than the first air inlet 131 . Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3 , the lower part of the space separation part 130 is provided with a first air inlet 131 , and the upper part is provided with a first air outlet 132 .
The first air inlet 131 of the space separation part 130 is located at the upper part compared to the side surface of the placing table 140 facing the space separation part 130 . If the first air inlet 131 is located at a lower portion than the space separation portion 130 , the first air inlet 131 will be blocked by the space separation portion 130 . In this case, it is difficult for the drying air to flow smoothly into the front surface portion 115 due to the side surface of the placing table 140, and the loss of the drying air may occur. Therefore, the first air inlet 131 is formed at a position higher than the placing table 140 for smooth inflow of the dry air and prevention of loss of the dry air.
In addition, a protruding portion 133 protruding toward the front surface portion 115 is formed in the space separating portion 130 . When a kitchen appliance in a longer and wider form such as a cutting board is arranged on the front surface portion 115 , the protruding portion 133 arranges the kitchen appliance in a state of being spaced apart from the space separation portion 130 . Since the kitchen appliance is erected with one side separated from the space separation portion 130 by the protruding portion 133, the sterilizing ultraviolet rays emitted from the light source module 150 can be irradiated on one side and the other side of the kitchen appliance.
134。In addition, the space separation part 130 may be formed with a table insertion part 134 . The lower portion of the space separation portion 130 may be formed to be recessed toward the rear surface portion 117 . This recessed space may become the table insertion portion 134 into which the table 140 is inserted. The width of the placement table insertion portion 134 is formed to be wider than the width of the placement table 140 . Therefore, the placement table 140 may be arranged such that a part of the side surface including the width direction is inserted into the placement table insertion portion 134 .
134。Referring to FIG. 2 , the placement table insertion portion 134 of the space separation portion 130 is formed to surround an upper portion, a side surface portion, and a lower portion of one side of the placement table 140 . However, the placement table insertion portion 134 is an entrance to a space into which the placement table 140 can be inserted, and thus it is also possible to form the upper portion and the side surface portion on one side of the placement table 140 . In addition, in the present embodiment, the space separation portion 130 is described with the placement table insertion portion 134 formed as an example, but the placement table insertion portion 134 may be omitted according to the choice of those skilled in the art.
163。On the front part 115 of the main body 111 , the placing table 140 and the light source module are arranged, and on the rear part 117 , the fan 161 , the heating member 162 , and the control part 163 are arranged.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the placing table is formed in the form of a box. The stand 140 is used for erecting the kitchen utensils, supporting a part of the kitchen utensils. For example, when the cutting board is placed on the placing table 140 , the lower part of the cutting board is inserted into the placing table 140 , and one surface of the cutting board is supported by the protruding portion 133 so as to be separated from the space separation portion 130 . That is, the cutting board is disposed inside the sterilization apparatus in a state inclined in the direction of the space separation part 130 . Alternatively, it is also feasible that the cutting board is arranged to be perpendicular to the lower surface of the main body 111 according to the size or position of the placing table 140 and the length of the protrusion 133 .
Also, as shown in FIG. 5 , a drainage hole 141 may be formed on the lower surface of the placing table 140 . In the case where the kitchen utensils located on the placing table 140 are wet, the water of the kitchen utensils flows downward toward the underside of the placing table 140 . The water flowing to the lower surface of the placing table 140 is drained to the outside of the placing table 140 through the drain hole 141 . Water accumulation on the placing table 140 can be prevented by the drainage holes 141 . Furthermore, since water does not accumulate on the stand 140, the whole kitchen appliance can be maintained in a dry state. Therefore, microorganisms such as bacteria and harmful bacteria can be prevented from multiplying in the interior space of the kitchen appliance or the sterilization apparatus 100 . That is, the drying and sterilization efficiency is improved by the drainage holes 141 of the placing table 140 . Also, in the embodiment of the present invention, a placement table insertion portion 134 may be formed in the space separation portion 130 so that a portion of the placement table 140 is arranged to be inserted into the placement table 140 insertion portion, thereby reducing the overall thickness of the sterilization device 100 .
Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4 , a water storage tub 164 is arranged at a lower portion of the placing table 140 . The water storage tub 164 is arranged between the lower surface of the inside of the main body 111 and the outer surface of the lower part of the main body 111 .
The water storage tub 164 is detachable outside the main body 111 . For example, a water storage bucket insertion groove 118 into which the water storage bucket 164 is inserted is formed between the lower surface of the main body 111 and the outer surface of the lower part of the main body 111 from the rear surface 117 of the main body 111 to the space separation part 130 or the front surface 115 . At this time, the water storage tub insertion groove 118 is formed to the rear surface of the rear cover 126 and the main body 111 to which the rear cover 126 is attached, so as to be connected to the outside of the sterilization apparatus 100 . Therefore, the water storage tub 164 can be mounted from the outside to the inside of the sterilization apparatus 100 through the water storage tub insertion groove 118 and can be detached from the inside to the outside of the sterilization apparatus 100 .
Referring to FIG. 3 , a drainage channel 119 is formed under the inside of the housing 110 . The drain passage 119 is a passage through which water flowing into the placing table 140 or the lower surface inside the housing 110 moves to the water storage tub 164 . The drainage passage 119 is formed so as to penetrate through the lower part of the space separating part 130 and the lower surface of the main body 111 between the water storage tub 164 and the placing table 140 . If the lower part of the space separation part 130 is not located on the lower surface of the main body 111 , the drainage channel 119 is formed only on the lower surface of the main body 111 .
Since the water inside the casing 110 flows into the water storage tub 164 and is stored, it is possible to prevent water from accumulating inside the casing 110 . This facilitates drying of the interior of the sterilization device 100 and the kitchen utensils arranged inside the sterilization device 100 . Also, since the water storage tub 164 is detachable, it is easy to discharge the water stored in the water storage tub 164 to the outside.
The light source module 150 includes a germicidal LED 151 and a substrate 152 . The germicidal light-emitting diode 151 is mounted on the substrate 152 and emits germicidal ultraviolet rays. The substrate 152 is electrically connected to the germicidal LED 151 . The substrate 152 supplies power to the germicidal LED 151 or terminates the power supply, so that the germicidal LED 151 performs the operation of emitting germicidal ultraviolet rays or terminates the operation. The germicidal light emitting diode 151 emits ultraviolet rays in a wavelength band from about 200 nm to 290 nm, which is a short-wave ultraviolet (UVC) region. The UVC region has the best bactericidal effect in the ultraviolet wavelength band, and other ultraviolet wavelength bands do not have a bactericidal effect or even if there is a bactericidal effect, the effect is extremely small.
Mercury lamps are used in existing sterilization devices. Ultraviolet rays emitted from mercury lamps have a wide wavelength band ranging from about 100 nm to 300 nm, so it is difficult to use only a wavelength band suitable for sterilization. However, it is also feasible that the light emitting diodes are formed to emit a wavelength band suitable for sterilization. Therefore, the sterilization device 100 of the present invention has a more prominent sterilization effect than the conventional sterilization device using a mercury lamp. In addition, mercury lamps use mercury that is harmful to the human body and the environment. However, since the sterilization device 100 of the present invention uses a light-emitting diode that does not use mercury, the problems of human body and environment that occur when mercury is used do not occur.
The light source module 150 is arranged on the upper surface of the main body 111 at the front part 115 . Therefore, the sterilizing light emitting diode 151 irradiates the sterilizing ultraviolet rays from the upper part of the front part 115 to the lower direction, so even if the kitchen appliance is arranged at any position inside the sterilizing apparatus 100, the effect of the sterilizing ultraviolet rays can be received. Moreover, since the sterilizing ultraviolet rays are irradiated in the downward direction, the water accumulated in the main body 111 can be sterilized by the sterilizing ultraviolet rays. In this way, the accumulated water in the sterilization device 100 can also be sterilized, so that the sterilization efficiency of the sterilization device can be improved, and the internal hygiene can be maintained.
In the case of a kitchen appliance, one surface or a part of the part is mainly used, and therefore, intensive sterilization of the main use part may be required. Take the chopping board in kitchen supplies as an example. Only one side of the cutting board is mainly used, so compared with the other side, the main use surface needs to be sterilized centrally.
As an example, the light source module 150 may be arranged closer to the space separation part 130 in the upper surface of the main body 111 . The main use surface of the cutting board faces the space separating part and is supported by the protruding part 133 so as to be arranged to be spaced apart from the space separating part 130 . At this time, the light source module 150 is arranged relatively close to the space separation part 130 , so that the sterilizing ultraviolet rays can be concentratedly irradiated to the main use surface of the cutting board. In addition, since the main usage surface of the cutting board is supported by the protruding portion 133 , the main usage surface is inclined toward the lower direction while being spaced apart from the space separation portion 130 . When the cutting board is arranged in an inclined state, the germicidal ultraviolet rays irradiate a wider area of the main use surface than when the cutting board is arranged vertically.
As another embodiment, the light source module 150 may be arranged on the upper surface of the main body 111 closer to the central part or the front cover body 121 . At this time, the cutting board is arranged with the main use surface facing the front cover, and the opposite surface of the main use surface is supported by the protrusion 133 . That is, the cutting board is arranged so that the main use surface is inclined toward the upper direction. Therefore, the germicidal ultraviolet rays of the light source module 150 can be concentratedly irradiated to the main use surface.
The fan 161 sucks in air from the outside of the sterilization apparatus 100 and discharges it toward the heating member 162 . The inlet of the fan 161 for sucking in air is connected to the second air inlet 127 formed in the rear cover 126 , and the outlet of the fan 161 for discharging the sucked air is connected to the heating member 162 . That is, the fan 161 sucks in outside air through the second air inlet 127 of the rear cover 126 and discharges the sucked outside air toward the heating member 162 .
The heating part 162 generates dry air. The inlet of the heating part 162 is connected to the outlet of the fan 161 , and the outlet of the heating part 162 is connected to the first air inlet 131 of the space separation part 130 . The heating part 162 heats the air sent from the fan 161 to generate dry air. That is, the dry air is heated outside air. Then, the heating member 162 discharges the dry air to the front surface portion 115 through the first air inlet 131 . The heating element may be any member capable of heating air. For example, the heating member 162 may be a heater or an ultraviolet light emitting diode that emits ultraviolet rays. For example, the temperature of the drying air generated by the heating member 162 may be a high temperature above about 60°C.
Since the dry air generated by the heating member 162 is high temperature, it not only contributes to drying the kitchen utensils, but also contributes to the sterilization of bacteria and harmful bacteria which are vulnerable to high temperature.
However, the temperature of the drying air generated by the heating part 162 is not limited to this, as long as the temperature at which the kitchen utensils can be dried can be changed according to the choice of those skilled in the art.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sterilization device 100 includes the heating part 162 as an example for description, but the heating part 162 may be omitted. In the case where the heating part 162 is omitted, the fan 161 may discharge the sucked external air to the first air inlet 131 of the space separation part 130 . At this time, the outside air discharged to the first air inlet 131 may become drying air for drying the front part 115 and the kitchen utensils arranged on the front part 115 .
The control unit 163 controls the operations of the fan 161 and the heating member 162 . The control part 163 controls the operation of the fan 161 and the heating part 162 by supplying or terminating the power supply to the fan 161 and the heating part 162 .
When the space separating portion 130 having a relatively narrow thickness forms the table insertion portion 134 , the lower portion of the space separating portion 130 may protrude toward the rear surface portion 117 . At this time, constituent parts such as the fan 161 , the heating member 162 , and the control part 163 arranged on the rear surface part 117 may be arranged on the upper part of the protruding part of the space separation part 130 . In this case, the constituent part is not only attached to the rear surface of the space separating part 130 , but also the lower part of the constituent part is supported by the protruding part.
When the constituent parts are attached to the rear surface of the space separation part 130 , the constituent parts may come off from the space separation part 130 due to various reasons such as load and decrease in adhesion. At this time, the physical connection or electrical connection between the constituent parts may be disconnected. However, as in the embodiment of the present invention, if the lower portion of the constituent portion is supported by the protruding portion of the space separating portion 130 , the constituent portion can be more stably fixed to the space separating portion 130 . That is, it is possible to prevent the adhesion between the constituent parts from decreasing due to the load of the constituent parts. Furthermore, even if the adhesive force is reduced, since the lower part of the constituent part is supported, it can be prevented from falling from the space separating part 130 to the lower surface of the main body 111 . Therefore, it is possible to reduce the failure of the sterilization apparatus 100 due to the disconnection of the physical connection and the electrical connection between the components. Moreover, since the constituent part of the rear surface part 117 is arrange|positioned at the upper part of the protruding part of the space separation part 130, the thickness of a sterilization apparatus can be reduced.
The front cover 121 and the rear cover 126 cover the main body 111 to protect the inside of the main body 111 from the outside.
The front cover 121 covers the front part 115 of the main body 111 to protect the constituent parts arranged on the front part 115 from the outside. Furthermore, when the sterilizing ultraviolet rays are emitted from the light source module 150 , the front cover 121 prevents the sterilizing ultraviolet rays from being emitted to the outside of the sterilizing apparatus 100 . Thereby, the sterilization efficiency of the sterilization apparatus 100 is prevented from falling.
111。A part of the front cover 121 may be connected to the main body 111 . 1 and 3 , the lower end of the front cover 121 and the lower end of the main body 111 may be connected to each other. In addition, the upper end of the front cover 121 moves up and down to open and close the main body 111 .
One or both sides of the front cover 121 and the main body 111 are connected by the support portion 122 . One end of the support portion 122 is fixed to the main body 111 , and the other end of the support portion 122 is inserted into the guide 113 in the form of a groove long formed on the front cover 121 to move along the guide 113 . The supporting portion 122 thus formed defines the radius of movement of the front cover 121, thereby preventing the front cover 121 from colliding with the bottom surface or moving with an excessively large radius and being damaged.
In this embodiment, the structure in which a part of the front cover 121 is connected to the main body 111 is described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this. It is also possible for the sterilization device 100 to have a structure in which the front cover 121 and the main body 111 are completely separated from each other.
The front cover 121 can be fixed in a state of being coupled to the main body 111 in various ways. For example, the front cover 121 may be fixed to the main body 111 by magnetic force. The fixing parts 114 and 123 made of magnets with different magnetic properties or magnets and metals can be respectively disposed inside the main body 111 and the front cover 121 , or exposed to the outside and disposed on the main body 111 and the front cover 121 . When the front cover 121 is close to the main body 111 , the front cover 121 is fixed in a state of being in contact with the main body 111 by magnetic force. The method of opening and closing between the main body 111 and the front cover 121 is not limited to this, but can be realized by various known methods.
The rear cover 126 covers the rear surface portion 117 of the main body 111, thereby protecting the constituent parts arranged on the rear surface portion 117 from the outside. The rear cover 126 is fixed in a state of being attached to the main body 111 , or can be detached from the main body 111 . The method of fixing or detaching the rear cover 126 to the main body 111 can be realized by various known methods.
A second air inlet 127 and a second air outlet 128 are formed on the rear cover 126 . The second air inlet 127 and the second air outlet 128 are formed in a through structure connecting the outside and the inside of the sterilization device 100 .
The second air inlet 127 is a passage through which external air flows into the interior of the sterilization device 100 . The second air inlet 127 is connected to the inlet of the fan 161 . In addition, the second air outlet 128 is a passage for discharging the dry air that has passed through the first air outlet 132 of the space separation unit 130 to the outside of the sterilization device 100 . The second air outlet 128 may be formed at the same position as the first air outlet 132 , or formed near the first air outlet 132 . Also, the heat generated from the constituent parts arranged on the rear surface portion 117 can be discharged to the outside through the second air outlet 128 . Therefore, it is possible to improve heat dissipation with respect to the constituent parts arranged on the rear surface portion 117 .
111。In addition, a water storage tub insertion port 129 for attaching or detaching the water storage tub 164 to or from the main body 111 may be formed on the rear cover body 126 . The water storage tub 164 can be attached to and detached from the main body 111 through the water storage tub insertion port 129 in a state where the rear cover 126 is attached to the rear surface 117 .
The power switch 166 may supply power supplied from the outside to the control portion 163 or a constituent portion including the control portion 163 , or may terminate the supply of power. The power switch 166 may be formed on the outer wall of the housing 110 . In FIG. 1 , the power switch 166 is formed on the outer side surface of the main body 111 . However, the position where the power switch 166 is formed is not limited thereto, and can be changed according to the choice of those skilled in the art.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sterilization apparatus 100 may simultaneously perform sterilization and drying of kitchen items. The sterilization device 100 sterilizes the interior and the kitchen utensils arranged therein while sterilizing, or sterilizes while maintaining the dry state, so the sterilization efficiency will be improved. And the sterilization apparatus 100 is formed so that the thickness may become thicker from the upper part to the lower part. This structure can prevent a large and heavy kitchen item such as a cutting board from falling down without being fully supported inside the sterilization apparatus 100, or the sterilization apparatus 100 from falling down when an external impact is applied.
Hereinafter, when another embodiment of the sterilization apparatus is described, repeated descriptions of the same components as those of the sterilization apparatus 100 of the first embodiment will be omitted. In the following embodiments, the omitted description of the constituent parts will refer to the description of the sterilization apparatus 100 of the first embodiment.
6 is a schematic view showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating the front surface portion 115 of the sterilization apparatus 200 according to the second embodiment.
According to the second embodiment, the placement table 240 formed on the front surface portion 115 is spaced apart from the space separation portion 130 and is formed to protrude from the lower surface of the main body 111 to the upper direction. Kitchen items will be located between the placing table 240 and the space separation part 130 . Taking the cutting board as an example, the cutting board is erected inside the sterilization device 200 in the following form: the lower part of the kitchen appliance is hung on the placing table 240 formed under the main body 111 , and the upper part is supported by the protruding part 133 of the space separation part 130 .
In this embodiment, the placing table 240 is only located between the space for placing the kitchen utensils and the front cover (not shown). That is, no constituent part is arranged between the space where the kitchen utensils are placed and the first air inlet 131 of the kitchen utensil space separating part 130 . Therefore, the dry air discharged from the first air inlet 131 may be easily accessible to the lower portion of the kitchenware placed on the placing table 240 . Therefore, the kitchen appliance can be more exposed to dry air, and accordingly, the drying efficiency of the sterilization device 200 can be further improved.
A placement table 240 of two protruding structures arranged spaced apart from each other is illustrated in FIG. 6 . However, as long as the placing table 240 can support kitchen utensils, it may be configured as one protruding structure, or may be configured as three or more protruding structures.
7 is a schematic view showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
115。FIG. 7 illustrates the front face 115 of the sterilization device 300 according to the third embodiment.
According to the third embodiment, the placing table 340 formed on the front face portion 115 is spaced apart from the space separation portion 130 and formed in a bar structure connected from one side surface to the other side inside the main body 111 . The pole-structured stand 340 can also support kitchen utensils with thin thickness or narrow width structures to stand. Kitchen items will be located between the placing table 340 and the space separation part 130 . At this time, one side of the kitchen appliance is hung on the placing table, and the other side is supported by the protruding part 133 of the space separating part 130 , so as to be erected inside the sterilization device 300 .
The placing table 340 is only located between the front cover (not shown) and one side of the kitchen appliance, so the dry air discharged from the first air inlet 131 can easily access the kitchen appliance. Therefore, the drying efficiency of the sterilization device 300 can be improved.
A pole configuration placement table 340 is illustrated in FIG. 7 . However, it is also feasible that a plurality of placing stages 340 of the rod structure in the sterilizing apparatus 300 are formed to be spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction.
8 is a schematic diagram showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
The sterilization device 400 according to the fourth embodiment is formed such that the first air outlet 132 of the space separation part 130 and the second air outlet 428 of the rear cover body 426 are staggered.
In this embodiment, the second air outlet 428 is formed at a higher position than the first air outlet 132 . The air discharged through the first air outlet 132 and the first air outlet 132 is heated dry air. Dry air is lighter than unheated ambient air and will therefore face upwards. Therefore, if the second air outlet 428 is formed at a higher position than the first air outlet 132 , the dry air can be efficiently discharged to the outside of the sterilization device 400 .
When sterilizing ultraviolet rays are emitted from the front surface portion 115 , the sterilizing ultraviolet rays may leak through the first air outlet 132 formed in the space separation portion 130 . At this time, the second air outlet 428 may be formed at an upper side than the first air outlet 132 and may shield the first air outlet 132 . Referring to FIG. 8 , the inner surface of the rear cover body 426 between the second air outlets 428 of the through structure is formed to face the first air outlet 132 . Therefore, the sterilizing ultraviolet rays leaked through the first air outlet 132 are blocked by the inner surface of the rear cover 426 between the second air outlets 428 and cannot be released to the outside of the sterilizing device 400 .
9 is a schematic view showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
The second air outlet 528 of the rear cover body 526 of the sterilizing apparatus 500 according to the fifth embodiment is formed in a diagonal structure.
Referring to FIG. 9 , the second air outlet 528 is formed in a slanted line structure gradually going toward the upper direction from the rear surface portion 117 toward the outer direction of the sterilization device 500 .
If the second air outlet 528 is formed in a diagonal structure, the phenomenon that the drying air collides with the corner of the second air outlet 528 or the rear cover 526 can be minimized. Therefore, the sterilization device 500 minimizes the loss of the drying air moving toward the upper direction by the second air outlet 528 of the diagonal structure, thereby improving the discharge efficiency of the drying air.
The second air outlet 528 may be formed such that the second air outlet 528 shields the first air outlet 132 and the outside of the sterilization device 500 . Referring to FIG. 9 , the first air outlet 132 is blocked by the inner surface 529 of the rear cover 526 which constitutes the second air outlet 528 . Therefore, the sterilizing ultraviolet rays leaked through the first air outlet 132 are blocked by the second air outlet 528 of the diagonal structure, and cannot be released to the outside of the sterilizing device 500 .
Also, it is also feasible that the second air outlet 528 of the diagonal structure is formed at a higher position than the first air outlet 132 as in the fourth embodiment according to the choice of those skilled in the art.
10 is a schematic diagram showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention.
The sterilizing device 600 according to the sixth embodiment can adjust the irradiation direction of the sterilizing ultraviolet rays.
653。According to the present embodiment, the light source module 650 includes a sterilizing LED 651 , a substrate 652 and a direction adjusting portion 653 .
Referring to FIG. 10 , a germicidal light emitting diode 651 is attached to one end of the direction adjusting portion 653 . In addition, the other end of the direction adjusting portion 653 is attached to the substrate 652 . Alternatively, the direction adjusting portion 653 may be formed so as to further include a case in which the substrate 652 can be mounted inside. The substrate 652 and the germicidal light emitting diode 651 can be connected by wires through the inside of the direction adjusting portion 653 .
The direction adjustment portion 653 may be formed of a material that bends when a force is applied, and maintains the bent state even when the force is released. For example, the direction adjusting portion 653 may be formed of a material such as thin metal or soft plastic. At this time, when the direction adjusting portion 653 is formed of metal, it is obvious that a separate insulating structure is formed in order to insulate the substrate 652 and the sterilizing light emitting diode 651 .
The direction in which the germicidal light-emitting diode 651 faces is adjusted by the direction adjusting portion 653, so that the direction of the germicidal ultraviolet irradiation can be adjusted. For example, by adjusting the direction adjustment portion 653, the plurality of germicidal light emitting diodes 651 can be irradiated with germicidal ultraviolet rays intensively to one area. And by adjusting the direction adjustment part 653, a some sterilization light emitting diode 651 irradiates the sterilization ultraviolet rays to mutually different areas, and can irradiate the whole interior of the sterilization apparatus 600 uniformly with the sterilization ultraviolet rays.
The direction adjustment part 653 may be formed not only in the structure as shown in FIG. 10 , but also in any known structure capable of mounting a light emitting diode and irradiating the light emitting diode with light.
11 is a schematic view showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 11 illustrates the upper part of the sterilization device according to the seventh embodiment. Other parts of the sterilization device not shown will refer to the first to seventh embodiments.
712。The main body 711 of the sterilization apparatus 700 according to the seventh embodiment is formed with a light source module insertion groove 712 formed in a concave shape and in which the light source module 150 is arranged.
712。Referring to FIG. 11 , a part of the upper part of the space separation part 130 may be arranged inside the light source module insertion slot 712 . That is, the upper portion of the space separation part 130 may be formed to extend to the light source module insertion groove 712 .
The light source module 150 is arranged in the light source module insertion slot 712 . Therefore, the upper part and side surface parts of the light source module 150 other than the lower part are surrounded by the main body 711 and the space separation part 130 which constitute the light source module insertion groove 712 .
The inner wall of the light source module insertion groove 712 functions as a guide for controlling the direction in which the germicidal ultraviolet rays of the light source module 150 are irradiated. Therefore, the light source module 150 irradiates the germicidal ultraviolet rays only toward the lower direction of the front surface portion 115 through the light source module insertion groove 712 .
If the light source module 150 is arranged in the light source module insertion slot 712 in this way, the sterilizing ultraviolet rays are irradiated toward the front direction of the sterilizing device 700, thereby preventing exposure to the user.
FIG. 11 illustrates an upper part of the light source module insertion slot 712 where the space separation part 130 is arranged. However, according to the structure of the space separation part 130 , only the light source module 150 may be arranged in the light source module insertion slot 712 . At this time, the upper surface of the light source module 150 arranged in the light source module insertion slot 712 is in contact with the upper surface of the main body 711 .
12 is a schematic view showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention.
810。The sterilization device 800 according to the eighth embodiment includes a light source module 850 that emits sterilizing ultraviolet rays and visible light, and a transparent window 810 .
852。The light source module 850 includes a germicidal LED 851 , a visible light LED 853 and a substrate 852 .
Referring to FIG. 12 , a sterilization LED 851 and a visible light LED 853 are arranged on one substrate 852 . However, the present invention is not limited to arranging the germicidal light emitting diode 851 and the visible light emitting diode 853 on one substrate 852 . It is also feasible that the germicidal light emitting diode 851 and the visible light emitting diode 853 are respectively arranged on separate substrates.
The germicidal LED 851 emits germicidal ultraviolet rays, and the visible light LED 853 emits visible light. For example, the visible light emitting diode 853 emits visible light in the blue series. However, the color of the visible light emitted by the visible light emitting diode 853 is not limited to the blue series, but can be changed according to the choice of those skilled in the art.
The visible light LED 853 is connected to the germicidal LED 851 . Therefore, the visible light emitting diode 853 is turned on or off according to whether or not the sterilization light emitting diode 851 is operated. For example, the visible light emitting diode 853 is turned on while the germicidal light emitting diode 851 emits germicidal ultraviolet rays.
The transparent window 810 is formed on the front cover 121 . The transparent window 810 is formed of a material that can transmit visible light but cannot transmit ultraviolet rays or has a low transmittance of ultraviolet rays. For example, the transparent window 810 is formed of glass. Alternatively, the transparent window 810 may be a transparent material including or coated with a substance that blocks ultraviolet rays and transmits visible light. Through such a transparent window 810, it is not exposed to sterilizing ultraviolet rays, and the inside of the sterilizing device 800 can be confirmed.
Whether the visible light emitting diode 853 is turned on or not can be confirmed through the transparent window 810 , so the operation of the sterilizing LED 851 can be confirmed without being exposed to sterilizing ultraviolet rays outside the sterilizing apparatus 800 .
13 is a schematic view showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention.
950。According to the ninth embodiment, in the sterilization device 900 , a light source module 950 is arranged on one side or both sides inside the main body 111 .
Referring to FIG. 13 , the light source modules 950 are respectively arranged on both sides inside the main body 111 . Therefore, the kitchen appliance is arranged between the two light source modules 950 .
In this case, the germicidal ultraviolet rays of the light source module 950 are irradiated to one side and the other side of the kitchen appliance. In addition, the sterilizing ultraviolet rays of the light source module 950 are also irradiated to the side surfaces of the kitchen appliance. Finally, one side, the other side and the side of the kitchen appliance are sterilized by germicidal ultraviolet rays.
According to the amount of sterilizing ultraviolet rays emitted by the light source module 950, the light source module 950 is only arranged on the side surface of the main body 111, and the sterilization of kitchen utensils can also be fully realized.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the light source module 950 is described by arranging only the germicidal light emitting diodes 951 on the substrate 952 . However, in addition to the germicidal light emitting diodes 951, the light source module 950 may further include the visible light light emitting diodes as in the eighth embodiment.
Also, as in the seventh embodiment, a light source module insertion slot is formed on one side or both sides inside the main body 111, so that the light source module 950 is also feasible to be arranged in the light source module insertion slot.
In the seventh embodiment and the ninth embodiment of the present invention, the light source module is formed on the upper surface or both sides of the interior of the sterilization device as an example for description. However, the position where the light source module is arranged is not limited to the upper surface or both sides of the interior of the sterilization device, but it is also feasible to form the lower surface of the interior of the sterilization device. That is, as long as the light source module can sterilize the inside of the sterilization device and the kitchen utensils arranged inside the sterilization device, it can be formed at any position inside the sterilization device. In addition, the light source module insertion groove may be formed at any position on the inner surface of the sterilization device.
14 is a schematic diagram showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to a tenth embodiment of the present invention.
According to the tenth embodiment, the sterilization device 1000 is formed so that the lower surface of the main body 1011 has an inclination. The lower surface of the main body 1011 is formed at a lower height from the front surface portion 115 toward the rear surface portion 117 . Accordingly, the lower portion of the space separating portion 130 formed to cover the lower surface of the main body 1011 is also formed to have an inclination. As another embodiment, the space separation part 130 may be formed not to cover the lower surface of the main body 1011 .
The structure having such an inclination allows the water falling to the lower part of the main body 1011 or the lower part of the space separation part 130 to flow into the water storage tub 164 efficiently. Therefore, it is effective to maintain the inside of the sterilization apparatus 1000 in a dry state.
15 is a schematic view showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to an eleventh embodiment of the present invention.
According to the eleventh embodiment, the sterilization device 1100 is formed with more than one kitchen appliance pendant.
130。15 , the first kitchen appliance hanger 1110 may be formed on the front cover 121 , and the second kitchen appliance hanger 1120 may be formed on the space separation portion 130 of the front face portion 115 .
The first kitchen appliance hanger 1110 is formed longer so that a cloth such as a rag can be hung. And, the second kitchen appliance hanger 1120 is formed to hang a kitchen appliance such as scissors or a spoon having a handle or a hanger hole.
The sterilization device 1100 shown in FIG. 15 is formed with a first kitchen appliance pendant 1110 and a second kitchen appliance pendant 1120 as an example. A variety of kitchen utensils are arranged inside.
With such a kitchen utensil hanger, kitchen utensils that are difficult to stand up due to their thin thickness or small size can also be hung inside the sterilization device 1100, so that the sterilizing ultraviolet rays can be uniformly irradiated to the whole kitchen utensils.
16 and 17 are schematic views showing a kitchen appliance sterilizing apparatus according to a twelfth embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 16 is a schematic diagram showing a sterilization apparatus according to a twelfth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 17 is a schematic diagram showing a block diagram of a constituent part that controls the operation of the sterilization apparatus.
16 , the front cover 121 of the sterilization apparatus 1200 according to the twelfth embodiment is formed with an interface portion 1210 . The interface part 1210 is a component part which can input and display the information of the sterilization apparatus 1200. Therefore, the interface part 1210 is formed on the outside of the sterilization device 1200 so that the information of the sterilization device 1200 can be input or confirmed. In FIG. 16, although the interface part 1210 is formed on the outer surface of the front cover 121, the position where the interface part 1210 is formed is not limited to this, but can be changed.
The interface unit 1210 includes an input unit 1211 and an output unit 1212 . Setting information on sterilization and drying for controlling the operation of the sterilization apparatus 1200 is input to the input unit 1211 . In addition, the output unit 1212 visually or audibly instructs status information on sterilization and drying of the sterilization device 1200 .
For example, the input part 1211 may be any input means that can input information, such as buttons, a touch screen, or the like. In addition, the output unit 1212 can be any output method that can display visible light, sound, text, etc., such as light-emitting diodes, speakers, and screens.
The input part 1211 and the output part 1212 may be formed as separate components, but may also be formed as one component such as a touch panel.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the interface part 1210 includes the input part 1211 and the output part 1212 as an example for description. However, the interface part 1210 may include only one of the input part 1211 and the output part 1212 . For example, the interface unit 1210 may be constituted by only the output unit 1212 .
17 , the sterilization device 1200 according to the twelfth embodiment controls the light source module 150 , the fan 161 and the heating part 162 through the wireless communication part 1240 , the interface part 1210 , the sensing part 1221 , the control part 163 and the timer 1222 . Here, the wireless communication unit 1240 , the interface unit 1210 , the sensing unit 1221 , the control unit 163 , and the timer 1222 are the control components 1220 , and the light source module 150 , the fan 161 , and the heating member 162 are the operation components 1230 . and explain.
The sensing unit 1221 senses whether the sterilization device 1200 is in a condition where sterilization and drying can be performed. The sensing part 1221 senses whether the main body 111 and the front cover 121 are in a state of being attached to each other, thereby sensing whether the sterilization device 1200 is opened or closed.
For example, if the main body 111 and the front cover 121 are attached to each other by magnetic force, the sensing portion 1221 may be a magnetic sensor that senses changes in the magnetic field. Alternatively, the sensing part 1221 may be a pressure sensor that senses pressure that occurs when the main body 111 and the front cover 121 are attached to each other. Alternatively, the sensing portion 1221 may be an illuminance sensor that senses whether the main body 111 and the front cover 121 are in a state of being attached to each other by detecting the brightness inside the main body 111 . Not only these, the sensing part 1221 may be any kind of sensor that senses whether the device is open or closed. Also, the sensing part 1221 may include two or more sensors. At this time, when the sensing part 1221 senses from these sensors that the main body 111 and the front cover 121 are in a state of being attached to each other, it can sense that the sterilization device 1200 is in a closed state.
163。The sensing unit 1221 transmits a signal regarding whether the sterilization device is open or closed to the control unit 163 . At this time, when the sterilization device 1200 is in an open state and in a closed state, the sensing part 1221 may transmit different signals to the control part 163 respectively. Alternatively, the sensing part 1221 may transmit a signal to the control part 163 only when the sterilization device 1200 is in a closed state.
When the sterilization device 1200 is in an open state by the sensing portion 1221 , the operation of the sterilization LED 151 can be terminated. Therefore, when the sterilization device 1200 is in the open state, it is possible to prevent the sterilization ultraviolet rays from being emitted to the outside of the sterilization device 1200 .
1212。The setting information is input to the input unit 1211 of the interface unit 1210 . The setting information is information for controlling the sterilization and drying operations of the sterilizer 1200 . For example, the setting information may include at least one of start time information, end time information, and operation time information. Here, the start time information is information on the start time of the sterilization and drying operations, and the end time information is information on the sterilization and operation end times. The operation time information is information on the time at which the sterilization and drying operations will be performed. For example, the user can set the time to start and the time to end the sterilization and drying through the input unit 1211 . Alternatively, the user can set the time to start the sterilization and drying and the time to perform the sterilization and drying through the input unit 1211 . Alternatively, the user can set the time for sterilization and drying to be performed from now on through the input unit 1211 . The input unit 1211 transmits a signal according to the setting information to the timer 1222 and the output unit 1212 .
810。The output unit 1212 of the interface unit 1210 outputs status information. The status information is information on the execution progress of sterilization and drying with respect to the sterilization apparatus 1200 . For example, the status information may include at least one of start information, end information, time information, and opening/closing information of the sterilization device. Here, the start information and the end information are information indicating the start and end of sterilization and drying. In addition, the time information is information indicating the start time, end time, remaining time, and the like of sterilization and drying. At this time, the time information may be setting information input to the input unit 1211 . Therefore, the output unit 1212 can output the setting information input to the input unit 1211 in a manner that can be confirmed by the user. Moreover, the opening/closing information of the sterilization apparatus 1200 is information which shows whether the sterilization apparatus 1200 is an open state or a closed state. The output unit 1212 can output such status information according to a signal received from at least one of the input unit 1211 , the sensing unit 1221 , the control unit 163 , and the control configuration unit 1220 of the timer 1222 . In this case, the output unit 1212 may output the situation information in at least one of visible light, sound, and characters. FIG. 16 illustrates that the sterilization device 1200 is each formed with an output portion 1212 and a transparent window 810 . However, if the sterilization apparatus 1200 has the output unit 1212, the output unit 1212 can confirm whether the sterilization operation is performed or not, so the transparent window 810 can be omitted.
163。The timer 1222 controls the start and end of the heating and drying operation of the sterilization apparatus 1200 . The timer 1222 receives a signal regarding setting information from the input unit 1211 . The timer 1222 transmits a signal for controlling the start and end of at least one of the light source module 150 , the fan 161 , and the heating member 162 to the control part control part 163 according to the received signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the timer 1222 has been described as an example of transmitting a signal for controlling the operation start and end of the operation configuration part 1230 to the control part 163 . However, the timer 1222 may also be directly connected to the operation configuration part 1230 so as to directly control the operation start and end of the operation configuration part 1230 . In addition, although the timer 1222 is described as receiving the setting information from the input unit 1211, the timer 1222 may control the start and end of the operation of the operation configuration unit 1230 according to the time information preset at the time of design.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, through the interface part 1210 and the timer 1222, the user can control the sterilization device 1200 according to convenience. For example, a user may set the sterilization device 1200 to activate at a desired time.
The control unit 163 applies power to at least one of the light source module 150 , the fan 161 , and the heating member 162 to control the operation. The control unit 163 receives a signal regarding the start and end of sterilization and drying from the timer 1222 . Then, the control unit 163 receives a signal from the sensor unit 1221 as to whether the sterilization device 1200 is opened or closed. Therefore, the control unit 163 applies power to at least one of the operation configuration units 1230 according to the time set by the user when the sterilization apparatus 1200 is in the closed state, thereby activating the operation configuration unit 1230 .
