本发明公开了一种环保型汽油催化助燃剂,用于发动机工作中,其原料组成为:乙酸甲酯10~25%,分散剂0.5~1%,除硫剂1~3%,乙醇30~55%,苯胺5~8%,季戊四醇5~8%,碳酸二甲酯15~27%,对氨基苯乙醚3~7%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。使用了根据需求添加的分散剂其化学稳定性好、不含有腐蚀设备的卤素离子,在汽油燃烧时通过汽油燃料催化助燃剂与燃料的相互作用,使燃料快速完全雾化并在燃烧室与空气充分混合,并且加速燃料的碳‑碳键断裂并发生燃料分子的碳骨架重排,使其达到燃料更加完全充分燃烧,降低CO、SO2和C、H的排放的目的。

本发明涉及一种环保型汽油催化助燃剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
世界交通运输消耗的能源占全球一次能源消费量的1/5,公路车辆占运输能源用量的3/4,主要依赖石油,并几乎占未来石油用量增量的全部。机动车尾气排放是大气污染的主要原因之一。在我国国民经济快速发展的今天,机动车社会保有量也迅猛的增加,随之机动车尾气排放的污染给我国空气污染也带来巨大压力。采用新技术新工艺节油降耗,减少发动机有害尾气的排放,改善我国的空气质量具有重大的社会意义和政治意义。使燃料燃烧完全,减少汽车尾气中污染物的排放,才能达到节能减排和降耗的目的。
上个世纪70年代人们就已经开始研究石油燃料助燃剂,助燃剂主要成分是有机酸,由于酸会对设备和发动机造成腐蚀,因此也没有进行推广和使用。到2000年左右为了减轻环境污染,专家们对内燃机的结构和燃烧方式进行了改进,使用过滤器,除去燃料中的杂质等。但是,其中的一些方法会造成内燃机性能的损失,没有进行推广。环境和能源枯竭问题越来越严重,很多国家也在研究石油燃料的节能减排问题,在此领域已经取得了不同程度的成果。如US5693106,US50872b7,US4891049,US0036766等专利技术提供的石油燃料助燃剂虽然在一定程度上起到了改善燃料燃烧性能的作用,但存在燃料助燃剂功能少,效果单一的不足。如美国专利US0036766只有单一的减排功能,并没有节能的性能。
发明内容
目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种环保型汽油催化助燃剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:所述由除硫剂、分散剂、乙醇、乙酸甲酯、苯胺、季戊四醇、碳酸二甲酯和对氨基苯乙醚复配混合组成,其原料组成为:乙酸甲酯10~25%,分散剂0.5~1%,除硫剂1~3%,乙醇30~55%,苯胺5~8%,季戊四醇5~8%,碳酸二甲酯钠15~27%,对氨基苯乙醚3~7%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。
作为优选方案,所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:所述除分散剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,聚乙烯酰胺中的一种或者两种混合。
作为优选方案,所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:所述除硫剂为尿素、三乙醇胺中的一种或者两种混合。

本发明提供了一种环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其主要功能是通过汽油燃料催化助燃剂与燃料的相互作用,使燃料快速完全雾化并在燃烧室与空气充分混合,并且加速燃料的碳-碳键断裂并发生燃料分子的碳骨架重排,使燃料燃烧更加完全,从而降低CO、SO2和C、H的排放。其目的是既能够提高石油燃料的燃烧效率(最大化的使燃料能够充分完全燃烧)还可以减少有害的NOx和SO2的排放。而且加入催化剂可以提高燃烧效率,掺加量低,经济实用。
有益效果:本发明提供的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其化学稳定性好,掺加量低,无毒无污染,能够在汽油燃烧之前,促使汽油在燃烧室内充分汽化,使汽油完全燃烧,降低CO、SO2和C、H的排放的目的。具有以下优点:
1)实际用量小于普通的助燃剂。
2)化学稳定性较好,加入除硫剂提高汽油品质和等级。
3)价格低,无腐蚀性,无放射性,无毒无害,不属于危险化学品。

实施例1:一种环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其原料组成为:乙酸甲酯25%,分散剂1%,除硫剂1%,乙醇40%,苯胺8%,季戊四醇5%,碳酸二甲酯钠15%,对氨基苯乙醚5%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。按照配方比例,将除硫剂、分散剂、乙醇、乙酸甲酯、苯胺、季戊四醇、碳酸二甲酯和对氨基苯乙醚,混合均匀,即得产品1。

本发明的使用方法,环保型汽油催化助燃剂的掺加量为汽油质量的0.1%。添加了汽油催化助燃剂的汽油和不添加催化助燃剂的汽油通过实验检测发现:添加了汽油催化助燃剂的汽油可以降低油耗15%,CO减排38%,C、H减排43%,SO2减排70%。

1.一种环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:所述汽油催化助燃剂由除硫剂、分散剂、乙醇、乙酸甲酯、苯胺、季戊四醇、碳酸二甲酯和对氨基苯乙醚复配混合组成,其原料组成为:乙酸甲酯10~25%,分散剂0.5~1%,除硫剂1~3%,乙醇30~55%,苯胺5~8%,季戊四醇5~8%,碳酸二甲酯钠15~27%,对氨基苯乙醚3~7%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙烯酰胺中的一种或者两种混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:所述除硫剂为尿素、三乙醇胺中的一种或者两种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:其原料组成为:乙酸甲酯25%,分散剂1%,除硫剂1%,乙醇40%,苯胺8%,季戊四醇5%,碳酸二甲酯钠15%,对氨基苯乙醚5%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:其原料组成为:乙酸甲酯19%,分散剂1%,除硫剂1%,乙醇45%,苯胺6%,季戊四醇8%,碳酸二甲酯钠15%,对氨基苯乙醚6%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:其原料组成为:乙酸甲酯15%,分散剂0.5%,除硫剂3%,乙醇45%,苯胺8%,季戊四醇8%,碳酸二甲酯钠17.5%,对氨基苯乙醚5%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:其原料组成为:乙酸甲酯13%,分散剂1%,除硫剂1%,乙醇35%,苯胺8%,季戊四醇8%,碳酸二甲酯钠27%,对氨基苯乙醚7%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂,其特征在于:其原料组成为:乙酸甲酯20%,分散剂0.5%,除硫剂1%,乙醇50%,苯胺5%,季戊四醇5%,碳酸二甲酯钠15.5%,对氨基苯乙醚3%,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的环保型汽油催化助燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于:制备步骤为:按照配方比例,将除硫剂、分散剂、乙醇、乙酸甲酯、苯胺、季戊四醇、碳酸二甲酯和对氨基苯乙醚,混合均匀,即得。
