本发明公开了一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法,包括以下重量份数的原料:甲醇360‑370份、石脑油360‑370份、乙酸乙酯160‑180份、石油醚60‑75份、苯丙三氮唑1‑5份、甲基叔丁基醚28‑35份、抗氧化剂1‑3份;本发明所述的汽车尾气清洁剂清理汽车尾气的同时,使油雾有足够的氧气进行完全燃烧,降低油耗,可将喷入到燃烧室的油雾瞬间爆裂,动力增强;本发明所述的汽车尾气清洁剂与目前的任何汽油随意混合,不会发生沉淀、悬浊现象,并且清除积碳,延长发动机保养周期,在汽油车燃烧过程中积碳排放问题,降低闪点,增加辛烷值。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气清洁剂领域,特别涉及一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,汽车逐渐成为了每个家庭的必要代步工具。汽车方便了人们的同时导致的汽车尾气对大气的污染渐渐成为一个重要的环境问题。目前多数汽车的尾气都是没有经过任何处理直接排放到空气中,由于汽车尾气中含有大量的有害物质,汽车尾气的成分含有CO2,CO,NOx,油气,灰粉等物质,这些物质对环境的直接排放会给环境带来严重的污染。汽车尾气对局部地区的酸雨,北方冬季的严重雾霾有着不可推卸的责任,对老百姓的键康造成了极大的危害,因此汽车尾气的治理迫在眉睫。
汽车尾气对环境的影响越来越大,因此尾气的治理就越来越重要。目前汽车尾气的治理方法五花八门,无论何重方法,目的只有一个即减少汽车尾气对环境的排放、保护大气环境。现有技术中不管是何种治理方法,都必须使用净化剂,净化剂的配方直接影响着汽车尾气净化处理的效果。现有技术中,某些净化剂虽然能够起到较好的净化效果,但是对尾气净化装置的腐蚀较大,降低了尾气净化的长期效果和降低了尾气净化装置的使用寿命。因此急需开发出一种净化效果优异、原料易得、成本低廉且使用方便的汽车尾气净化剂。
发明内容
发明的目的在于提供一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法,解决了净化剂对尾气净化装置的腐蚀较大,降低了尾气净化的长期效果和降低了尾气净化装置的使用寿命的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:甲醇360-370份、石脑油360-370份、乙酸乙酯160-180份、石油醚60-75份、苯丙三氮唑1-5份、甲基叔丁基醚28-35份、抗氧化剂1-3份。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:包括以下重量份数的原料:甲醇364份、石脑油363份、乙酸乙酯170份、石油醚70份、苯丙三氮唑2份、甲基叔丁基醚30份、抗氧化剂1份。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述甲醇的纯度为99.99%。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将甲醇、石脑油、乙酸乙酯、石油醚倒入容器中,在常温常压下搅拌1-2h,得到混合液;
(2)将苯丙三氮唑、甲基叔丁基醚、抗氧化剂倒入混合液中,在常温常压下搅拌2-3h,静置10-15h,既得。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的汽车尾气清洁剂清理汽车尾气的同时,降低油耗,可将喷入到燃烧室的油雾瞬间爆裂,动力增强;本发明所述的汽车尾气清洁剂与目前的任何汽油随意混合,不会发生沉淀、悬浊现象,并且清除积碳,延长发动机保养周期,在汽油车燃烧过程中积碳排放问题,降低闪点,增加辛烷值。
具体实施方式
实施例一:一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂,包括以下重量的原料:甲醇36g、石脑油36g、乙酸乙酯16g、石油醚60g、苯丙三氮唑1g、甲基叔丁基醚28g、抗氧化剂1g;所述甲醇的纯度为99.99%;所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述甲醇、石脑油、乙酸乙酯、石油醚倒入容器中,在常温常压下搅拌1h,得到混合液;
(2)将苯丙三氮唑、甲基叔丁基醚、抗氧化剂倒入混合液中,在常温常压下搅拌2h,静置10h,既得。
实施例二:一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂,包括以下重量的原料:甲醇36.4g、石脑油36.3g、乙酸乙酯17g、石油醚7g、苯丙三氮唑0.2g、甲基叔丁基醚3g、抗氧化剂0.1;所述甲醇的纯度为99.99%;所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将甲醇、石脑油、乙酸乙酯、石油醚倒入容器中,在常温常压下搅拌1.2h,得到混合液;
(2)将苯丙三氮唑、甲基叔丁基醚、抗氧化剂倒入混合液中,在常温常压下搅拌2.5h,静置13h,既得。
实施例三:一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂,包括以下重量的原料:甲醇37g、石脑油37g、乙酸乙酯18g、石油醚7.5g、苯丙三氮唑0.5g、甲基叔丁基醚3.5g、抗氧化剂0.3g;所述甲醇的纯度为99.99%;所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将甲醇、石脑油、乙酸乙酯、石油醚倒入容器中,在常温常压下搅拌2h,得到混合液;
(2)将苯丙三氮唑、甲基叔丁基醚、抗氧化剂倒入混合液中,在常温常压下搅拌3h,静置15h,既得。
本发明与普通汽油混溶后,尾气中各排放物依据DB371657-200b检测方法检测,CO排放量低于1,HC+N0x排放量低于1,均符合相关的尾气排放标准。

1.一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:甲醇360-370份、石脑油360-370份、乙酸乙酯160-180份、石油醚60-75份、苯丙三氮唑1-5份、甲基叔丁基醚28-35份、抗氧化剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:甲醇364份、石脑油363份、乙酸乙酯170份、石油醚70份、苯丙三氮唑2份、甲基叔丁基醚30份、抗氧化剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述的一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:所述甲醇的纯度为99.99%。
4.根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述的一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将甲醇、石脑油、乙酸乙酯、石油醚倒入容器中,在常温常压下搅拌1-2h,得到混合液;
(2)将苯丙三氮唑、甲基叔丁基醚、抗氧化剂倒入混合液中,在常温常压下搅拌2-3h,静置10-15h,既得。
