The fixed column of offshore drilling platform is because the erosion that receives the sea water even if scribble the anti-rust paint, and its outer wall still can appear rust stain after using a period, if untimely clearance, rust stain can slowly enlarge inside the erosion, causes serious consequence. At present, rust removal needs to be carried out manually below a drilling platform, so that the potential safety hazard is large, and a large amount of time is consumed for rust removal.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides an ocean wave type rust removing device for an offshore drilling platform, which can automatically remove rust on a fixed column by utilizing ocean waves, is safer and has a good rust removing effect.

an ocean wave type rust removing device of an offshore drilling platform comprises a drilling platform body and a plurality of fixed columns, wherein rotating rods are rotatably connected to two sides of each fixed column, a wave blocking plate is fixedly connected to the tail end of each rotating rod, a fan-shaped elastic air bag is connected between the upper side of the wave blocking plate and the side wall of each fixed column, a cylindrical cavity is arranged in each fixed column, the cylindrical cavity is communicated with the fan-shaped elastic air bag through an air inlet pipe, a guide pipe is fixed to the inner bottom of the cylindrical cavity, the guide pipe is communicated with the cylindrical cavity through an air hole, a piston is slidably sealed on the guide pipe, a reset spring is sleeved on the guide pipe, the upper end of the guide pipe penetrates through the drilling platform body, a valve is mounted at the pipe opening, a first annular magnet is embedded in the outer side wall of the piston, and a second annular magnet attracted to the first, the lower extreme of second annular magnet is fixed with the disc, be equipped with in the middle of the disc with fixed column matched with circular mouth, be equipped with the annular chamber in the disc, through the annular channel intercommunication between circular mouth and the annular chamber, it is provided with the annular pole to slide in the annular channel, be equipped with in the annular pole and support tight mechanism, be equipped with in the circular mouth with support the annular stone of polishing that tight mechanism is connected, the one side that the annular pole is located the annular chamber is installed the pneumatic wheel, be equipped with the ring pipe in the lateral wall of annular chamber, the inner wall equipartition of annular chamber has a plurality of slopes to set up and with the head of giving vent to anger of ring pipe intercommunication, the ring pipe passes through the hose intercommunication of giving vent to anger with fan-shaped elastic.

The abutting mechanism comprises a plurality of circular cavities arranged in the annular rod 23, abutting plates are arranged in the circular cavities, one sides of the abutting plates are elastically connected with the inner walls of the circular cavities through abutting springs 25, the other sides of the abutting plates are fixedly connected with the annular polishing stones 20 through connecting rods, the annular polishing stones 20 can be guaranteed to abut against the fixed columns 12 all the time through elastic force of the abutting springs 25, and the rust removing effect is guaranteed.
According to the invention, the wave blocking plate 14 is arranged at a position slightly higher than the sea level, when sea waves are large, the sea waves collide with the fixed column 12 and can surge upwards to push the wave blocking plate 14 to rotate, the impact force of the sea waves is large, so that the rotation speed of the wave blocking plate 14 is high, the fan-shaped elastic air bag 15 is extruded rapidly, the gas in the air bag is extruded into the annular pipe 17 through the air outlet hose 6 and is ejected out through the air outlet heads 19 which are obliquely arranged, high-speed airflow is formed in the annular cavity 24 to drive the pneumatic wheel 18 to rotate, the pneumatic wheel 18 drives the annular grinding stone 20 to grind the outer side wall of the fixed column 12 through the annular rod 23, rust spots on the outer side wall are ground, and the rust removing efficiency is high.
The impact of sea waves is reciprocating, when the sea waves return, the fan-shaped elastic air bag 15 rebounds to suck air, air in the cylindrical cavity 9 is absorbed through the air inlet pipe 13, the air in the cylindrical cavity 9 is reduced, so that the piston 5 can slide downwards along the guide pipe 7, because the opposite surfaces of the first annular magnet 4 and the second annular magnet 3 are attracted in different poles, the second annular magnet 3 moves downwards along the piston 5, the second annular magnet 3 is noteworthy of being arranged on the disc 1, the downward moving path of the second annular magnet is on the surface of the polished fixed column 12, so that the normal sliding of the second annular magnet can be guaranteed, when the piston 5 moves downwards to the bottom end, the polishing is finished, when next rust removal is performed, only the valve 3 needs to be opened, the external air enters the cylindrical cavity 9 along the guide pipe 7 and the through hole 10, so that the return spring 8 is used for returning, and then the valve 2 is closed, so that next.
