本发明提供一种镶嵌式汇流排,包括极板和流排,所述流排上分布设置有孔洞,极板通过孔洞与流排相连接,孔洞的左右侧壁上均分布设置有卡槽,极板上对应分布设置有卡扣,相邻的孔洞之间设置有分割线,大大提高了产品的多样性,降低了生产的时间并且提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及蓄电池生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种镶嵌式汇流排。
背景技术
现有的蓄电池组中,极板需要进行组合起来均需要进行铸焊。用此方法不仅结构固定也费时费力。因此,本发明提供一种镶嵌式汇流排。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种镶嵌式汇流排,通过流排上的孔洞使极板插入流排内,通过孔洞左右侧壁上的卡槽和极板上的卡扣相结合,从而固定流排和极板,通过分割线能在流排需要切割时,方便对其进行切割,大大提高了产品的多样性,降低了生产的时间并且提高了生产效率。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种镶嵌式汇流排,包括极板和流排,所述流排上分布设置有孔洞,极板通过孔洞与流排相连接,孔洞的左右侧壁上均分布设置有卡槽,极板上对应分布设置有卡扣,相邻的孔洞之间设置有分割线。
进一步改进在于:所述分割线是一种用来方便人工进行掰断的凹槽线。
进一步改进在于:所述卡扣是弹性。
本发明的有益效果:通过流排上的孔洞使极板插入流排内,通过孔洞左右侧壁上的卡槽和极板上的卡扣相结合,从而固定流排和极板,通过分割线能在流排需要切割时,方便对其进行切割,大大提高了产品的多样性,降低了生产的时间并且提高了生产效率。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种镶嵌式汇流排,包括极板1和流排2,其特征在于,所述流排2上分布设置有孔洞3,极板1通过孔洞3与流排2相连接,孔洞3的左右侧壁上均分布设置有卡槽4,极板1上对应分布设置有卡扣5,相邻的孔洞3之间设置有分割线,所述分割线6是一种用来方便人工进行掰断的凹槽线,所述卡扣5是弹性。
通过流排2上的孔洞3使极板1插入流排2内,通过孔洞3左右侧壁上的卡槽4和极板1上的卡扣5相结合,从而固定流排2和极板1,通过分割线6能在流排2需要切割时,方便对其进行切割,大大提高了产品的多样性,降低了生产的时间并且提高了生产效率。

1.一种镶嵌式汇流排,包括极板(1)和流排(2),其特征在于,所述流排(2)上分布设置有孔洞(3),极板(1)通过孔洞(3)与流排(2)相连接,孔洞(3)的左右侧壁上均分布设置有卡槽(4),极板(1)上对应分布设置有卡扣(5),相邻的孔洞(3)之间设置有分割线(6)。
