Abstract
The invention discloses a transport trolley for GRE pipes in the process of ship section construction, which comprises at least two support plates for placing the pipes, wherein a pair of rollers are arranged below each support plate and are used for connecting support plates with support seats of the rollers, the support plates are arc-shaped plates with upward curved surfaces, and the support plates are connected through connecting pieces. The GRE pipe is placed on the arc-shaped supporting plate of the trolley, the trolley and the pipe are pushed, the pipe can be quickly conveyed to the installation position, the installation efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the construction safety and the pipe protection of the site are improved.

Glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin pipes, abbreviated as GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) pipes, currently, GRE pipes which are used for part of newly built ships, cargo hold ballasts and bilge pipe systems, but GRD pipes are large in common caliber and long in length, and part of pipes are DN400 x 6m in specification. The connecting piece is telescopic sleeve type structure, and the backup pad of being convenient for carries out the adjustment between the distance around to adapt to the transportation of the tubular product of different length. The rollers at two ends of the transport trolley are driven by the travelling motors, so that labor is saved, and the travelling motors are arranged at two ends of the transport trolley, so that the transport trolley can move forwards and return conveniently. The connecting piece is of a sleeve type structure capable of sliding relatively, the top end of the outer sleeve is provided with a hole, and the connecting piece further comprises a locking screw 5, and the locking screw is matched with the hole diameter of the hole at the top end of the outer sleeve.
Each pair of rollers respectively positioned at two ends of the transport trolley is connected with a traveling motor and driven by the traveling motor 6.

the connecting piece is of a sleeve type structure which slides relatively, the top end of the outer sleeve is provided with a hole, and the connecting piece also comprises a locking screw rod, wherein the locking screw rod is matched with the hole diameter of the hole at the top end of the outer sleeve;
the conveying trolley further comprises a clamping assembly for fixing the pipe, the clamping assembly comprises an ear plate arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting plate, the ear plate is hinged with one end of the transmission rod, the other end of the transmission rod is provided with a clamping wheel, and the clamping wheel is abutted against the outer wall of the GRE pipe;
