Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型建筑墙板,包括竹纤维层和设置在竹纤维层两侧的第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层,第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层与竹纤维层之间均设置有网格层、内防火层和内防水层,网格层靠近竹纤维层设置,内防火层设置在内防水层与网格层之间,第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层远离竹纤维层的侧面由内向外依次设置有外防火层和外防水层;本发明的环保型建筑墙板,利用竹纤维和现代的混凝土结合,准备环保的新型建筑墙板,节省混凝土等不可再生建材的使用量,同时保证建筑墙板的性能。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑墙板领域,更具体的说涉及一种环保型建筑墙板。
背景技术
近年来,我国经济迅猛发展,城市和乡镇也随之以惊人的速度发展建设,与此同时资源的消耗和环境的污染成为我国面临的主要的问题。欧洲建筑师协会曾经做了一个能源消耗和环境污染的统计,建筑行业是造成地球环境污染和能源消耗的主要因素之一,其中消耗了水资源的50%、地球能源的50%、原材料的40%,造成农地损失80%、全球42%的温室气体、50%的空气污染、48%的固体废弃物、50%的水污染、50%的氟氯化合物。现在的房屋建筑形式消耗了大量的传统材料,而且浪费了大量的能源,再加上钢筋、水泥、砂等传统材料的不可再生性,同时产生大量的废水和建筑垃圾,造成了严重的环境污染,这严重违背了可持续发展的要求。中国作为世界经济大国,应该重视建筑与环境之间的和谐发展。竹子不同于传统建筑材料,是一种天然植物,如果将其作为一种生态环保的建筑材料用于建筑中,可以减少对环境的污染,在提倡绿色环保的今天,竹材作为建筑用材具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型建筑墙板,利用竹纤维和现代的混凝土结合,准备环保的新型建筑墙板,节省混凝土等不可再生建材的使用量,同时保证建筑墙板的性能。
本发明技术方案一种环保型建筑墙板,包括竹纤维层和设置在竹纤维层两侧的第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层,所述第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层与竹纤维层之间均设置有网格层、内防火层和内防水层,所述网格层靠近竹纤维层设置,所述内防火层设置在内防水层与网格层之间,所述第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层远离竹纤维层的侧面由内向外依次设置有外防火层和外防水层。
优选地,所述第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层内固定有呈网格状排列的钢筋。
优选地,所述竹纤维层内设置有贯穿钢丝,所述贯穿钢丝两端分别伸入第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层内。
一种环保型建筑墙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备竹纤维层,首先将竹筒制成竹薄片,并将竹薄片进行浸脲甲醛树脂处理,然后固定贯穿钢丝和网格层,在网格层上铺设第一层竹薄片层,第一层竹薄片层的竹薄片呈同一个方向且不重叠的铺设,再后,向刚刚铺设的第一层竹薄片层上铺设第二层竹薄片层,第二层竹薄片层的竹薄片方向与第一层竹薄片层竹薄片方向垂直,再然后依次类推的铺设下一层竹薄片层,均保证相邻的两竹薄片层纤维方向垂直,待竹纤维层铺设至需要厚度后停止,并铺设上网格层,最后进行对纤维层进行热压成型和干燥;
第二步,处理竹纤维层,在竹纤维层两侧分别涂刷内防火层和内防水层,并对竹纤维层进行整形裁剪,备用;
第三步,利用成型模具固定第二步备用的竹纤维层和钢筋,利用发泡机发泡泡沫混凝土,在竹纤维层两侧同时注入泡沫混凝土,干燥备用;
第四步,向第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层外侧分别涂刷外防火层和外防水层,干燥。
本发明技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明技术方案的一种环保型建筑墙板,改变原有的传统的全混凝土墙板结构形式,以竹纤维为墙板主体,在竹纤维墙板主体两侧加设泡沫混凝土墙板,一方面降低了原有混凝土的用量,节省了成本,节省了混凝土等不可再生材料的使用,节能环保,另一方面,竹纤维具有抗拉、抗弯曲、抗压、抗冲击等特点,其性能都由于混凝土墙板,将竹纤维与混凝土组合制成的墙板,其具有耐火。、防水、抗震、提高室内空气品质、降低甲醛含量等优点。

如图1所示,一种环保型建筑墙板,包括竹纤维层7和设置在竹纤维层7两侧的第一泡沫混凝土层3和第二泡沫混凝土层11,所述第一泡沫混凝土层3和第二泡沫混凝土层11与竹纤维层7之间均设置有网格层6、8和内防火层5、9机内防水层4、10,所述网格层6、8靠近竹纤维层7设置,所述内防火层5、9设置在内防水层4、10与网格层6、8之间,所述第一泡沫混凝土层3和第二泡沫混凝土层11远离竹纤维层7的侧面由内向外依次设置有外防火层2、12和外防水层1、13;利用竹纤维层7为墙板主体,降低混凝土等不可再生材料的用量,节能环保,且竹纤维具有良好的抗拉、抗弯曲、抗压、抗冲击等特点,同时竹纤维具有透气性好、保温性能优、不含化学剂等优点,在竹纤维两侧设置第一泡沫混凝土层3和第二泡沫混凝土层11,第一泡沫混凝土层3和第二泡沫混凝土层11具有良好的保温性能,增设了防水层和防火成,使得本环保型建筑墙板能够防火防水,可以用于直接在外墙面上安装或者直接用于建设临时住房或高度较低的房子等。
如图1所示,所述第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层内固定有呈网格状排列的钢筋,所述竹纤维层内设置有贯穿钢丝,所述贯穿钢丝两端分别伸入第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层内;钢筋和钢丝的使用,增加了墙板的强度。
一种环保型建筑墙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备竹纤维层,首先将竹筒制成竹薄片,这里薄片厚度在1-2mm,并将竹薄片进行浸脲甲醛树脂处理,这里的脲甲醛树脂中甲醛含量低,使得竹薄片具有一定的粘性即可,降低墙板中甲醛含量,然后固定贯穿钢丝和网格层,在网格层上铺设第一层竹薄片层,第一层竹薄片层的竹薄片呈同一个方向且不重叠的铺设,再后,向刚刚铺设的第一层竹薄片层上铺设第二层竹薄片层,第二层竹薄片层的竹薄片方向与第一层竹薄片层竹薄片方向垂直,再然后依次类推的铺设下一层竹薄片层,均保证相邻的两竹薄片层纤维方向垂直,待竹纤维层铺设至需要厚度后停止,这里竹纤维厚度为墙板厚度的三分之一二,并铺设上网格层,最后进行对纤维层进行热压成型和干燥;
第二步,处理竹纤维层,在竹纤维层两侧分别涂刷内防火层和内防水层,并对竹纤维层进行整形裁剪,备用;
第三步,利用成型模具固定第二步备用的竹纤维层和钢筋,利用发泡机发泡泡沫混凝土,在竹纤维层两侧同时注入泡沫混凝土,干燥备用;
第四步,向第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层外侧分别涂刷外防火层和外防水层,干燥。
本发明技术方案的一种环保型建筑墙板,很好的保持了竹原有的特点,同时又符合了现代墙板的要求,如很好的保温、防水、防火、机械性能,易于安装和固定等特点,可广泛应用与外墙装饰、外墙保温、厂房建设、临时板房搭建等,大大降低了现有的混凝土墙板用量,节省了混凝土、钢筋水泥等用量,节能环保。

1.一种环保型建筑墙板,其特征在于,包括竹纤维层和设置在竹纤维层两侧的第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层,所述第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层与竹纤维层之间均设置有网格层、内防火层和内防水层,所述网格层靠近竹纤维层设置,所述内防火层设置在内防水层与网格层之间,所述第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层远离竹纤维层的侧面由内向外依次设置有外防火层和外防水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑墙板,其特征在于,所述第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层内固定有呈网格状排列的钢筋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑墙板,其特征在于,所述竹纤维层内设置有贯穿钢丝,所述贯穿钢丝两端分别伸入第一泡沫混凝土层和第二泡沫混凝土层内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑墙板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
