技术领域
本发明提供一种矫正功能性扁平足的仿赤足鞋,尤指一种对内侧足弓施加往上提拉力的矫正功能性扁平足的仿赤足鞋。
背景技术
古代社会中,人类是直接站在土壤或沙子等柔软表面,土壤或沙子在人类踏脚的时候,土壤或沙子可均匀接触人类的脚底板,则人类的脚底板可以得到收缩帮助足弓成型以及均匀地支撑,然而该柔软表面会产生凹洞而呈现崎岖不平的样式,于人类行走上会有因该柔软表面不平而引发跌倒的危险,现代社会为使路面或地面平坦,会于土壤铺上柏油路或于家中铺排地板等坚硬表面,人类在站立或行走于该坚硬表面时,即不会因崎岖不平而引发危险。
然而,当人类站立或行走于该坚硬表面时,支撑人类的重量会全部集中于人类的脚底板有接触到该坚硬表面的部位,人类的脚底板的足弓则没有任何该坚硬表面的支撑,该坚硬表面让人类的脚在接触的过程造成过度往内旋前的状况,加上现代人类于学步期开始即穿着厚底的包覆鞋,将人类的脚趾全部包覆起来,导致人类的足部发展不健全,甚至影响到足底的肌肉、肌筋膜、肌腱或韧带等软组织的虚弱或松弛,人类的脚过度往内旋前且脚发展不健全的情况让人类的脚的内侧足弓塌陷,造成功能性扁平足,则内侧足弓失去弹性及吸震的功能而往足部内侧倾斜,足部的过度旋前会改变足部骨头的排列(包含跟骨、舟状骨、距状骨等)以及足部内侧纵弓、前横弓的角度,再影响踝关节及其上方的距下关节错位、下肢(胫骨、股骨)往内旋转(internal rotation),造成膝关节外翻(knee valgus),形成X形腿,当股骨往内旋转会使髋关节处的股骨头(femoral head)往后推挤骨盆的髋臼(acetabular),而使得骨盆倾斜,歪斜的骨盆会导致脊椎代偿侧弯形成功能性脊椎侧弯、下肢暨脊椎躯干肌肉软组织张力失衡,不良的下肢生物力学骨关节排列(姿势)的影响导致脚跟、膝盖疼痛、腿肚酸痛,甚至两侧下肢不对称(功能性长短脚)进而引发骨盆扭转,向上产生功能性脊柱侧弯等骨关节排列的问题,更可能导致部分肌肉软组织无力、骨关节酸痛或磨损、重量训练遇到瓶颈或产生代偿动作进而产生运动伤害等问题,人类的脚过度往内旋前及脚发展不健全的情况实为不可忽视的重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种矫正功能性扁平足的仿赤足鞋,借以改善因人类的内侧足弓发展不健全,或人类的脚在接触坚硬表面时内侧足弓过度往内旋前,而产生足弓往内塌陷的功能性扁平足,导致下肢生物力学骨关节排列错误而使人体肌肉或关节产生酸痛的问题。
为达成上述目的,本发明矫正功能性扁平足的仿赤足鞋包含一对鞋单元,每一鞋单元包含:
一鞋件,该鞋件包含一鞋体、一足趾件及一鞋板,该鞋体具有相对的一足弓部及一足背外侧部,该足弓部位于该鞋体的一侧边,该足背外侧部对应该足弓部地位于该鞋体的另一侧边,该鞋体的内部形成一脚置空间,该鞋体的顶部具有一开口,该开口连通该脚置空间,该鞋体的外侧具有一附着层,该附着层邻近该开口,该足趾件设于该鞋体的前侧,该足趾件具有五个连通该脚置空间的趾套,五个该趾套可供人脚趾头伸入,该鞋板设于该鞋体的底部,该鞋板与该鞋体之间具有一空隙;
一足弓拉提件,该足弓拉提件设于该鞋件上,该足弓拉提件包含一拉提段及一抓附层,该拉提段的头端固设于该鞋体的底面并邻近该足弓部,且该拉提段的头端设于该鞋体的底面并位于该鞋体与该鞋板之间的空隙,该抓附层设于该拉提段的内侧并面向该鞋体,该抓附层邻近该拉提段的末端,该拉提段从该鞋体的底面绕过该足弓部并斜上延伸且围绕于该开口周围,该拉提段以该抓附层抓附在该鞋体的附着层上;以及
一加压件,该加压件设于该鞋件上,该加压件包含一加压段及一组接层,该加压段的头端固设于该鞋体并邻近该足背外侧部,该组接层设于该加压段的内侧并面向该鞋体,该组接层邻近该加压段的末端,该加压段穿过该空隙并绕过该鞋体的底面及该足弓部,且该加压段包覆该拉提段的头端,该加压段斜上延伸且围绕于该开口周围。
本发明的矫正功能性扁平足的仿赤足鞋通过该足弓拉提件及该加压件,使用人穿着该矫正功能性扁平足的仿赤足鞋时,该拉提段及该加压段将该鞋体的足弓部能被包覆并具有拉提的效果,辅助人类的脚的足弓拉提而让足弓不致塌陷,并且由该鞋件的足趾件让人类的脚的脚趾分别各自活动,进而让使用人的脚如赤足般的发展,使足部所有的大肌肉和小肌肉都能被训练到而能健全发展,通过该拉提段及该加压段辅助,避免脚过度往内旋前而导致的内侧足弓塌陷,避免下肢生物力学骨关节排列错误,进而避免人体肌肉或关节的酸痛问题。

如图1、图4及图5所示,本发明的矫正功能性扁平足的仿赤足鞋的一较佳实施例的穿著样式,使用人先将该拉提段21及该加压段31都先松开,接着将脚40由该开口112伸入该鞋体11的脚置空间111,脚40上的五个脚趾可分别伸入该足趾件12的五个趾套15,让使用人的脚趾能更灵活活动,当脚40已经穿着好后,先把该拉提段21从该鞋体11与该鞋板16之间的空隙161拉出,并使该拉提段21绕过该足弓部13,该拉提段21可将该足弓部13包住再斜向延伸至该开口112,该拉提段21斜上延伸且围绕于该开口112,该拉提段21以该抓附层22抓附在该鞋体11的附着层113,为辅助加强该拉提段21的稳固性,该拉提段21的抓附层22可抓附于该黏附层23上,借此该拉提段21可固定在该鞋体11上,且该拉提段21对该足弓部13提供一拉提力,让该足弓部13可以得到第一层拉提的效果。
上述中,如图1、图5及图6所示,将该加压段31从该足背外侧部14的一侧伸入并穿过该鞋体11与该鞋板16之间的空隙161,该加压段31的组接层32若叠压在该拉提段21上即能固定贴附在该黏附层23上,若该组接层32叠压在该鞋体11上即能固定贴附在该附着层113上,接着该加压段31绕过该足弓部13并加强包覆该足弓部13,将该加压段31向上拉提并朝开口112延伸,该加压段31朝斜上延伸且围绕于该开口112,接着该加压段31的末端以该组接层32固定贴附,该加压段31的末端可固定在该鞋体11的附着层113或该拉提段21的黏附层23,为辅助加强该加压段31的稳固性,该加压段31的组接层32可贴附在该依附层33上,借此该加压段31可固定并对该足弓部13提供一拉提力,并让该足弓部13可以得到第二层拉提的效果,辅助且加强拉提该足弓部13。
上述中,使用人穿着上该矫正功能性扁平足的仿赤足鞋后,因该鞋体11的前侧的足趾件12,让使用人的脚趾可各自活动,进而让使用人的脚40如赤足般不受任何阻碍的发展。
综上所述,本发明的矫正功能性扁平足的仿赤足鞋通过该拉提段21及该加压段31,让该鞋体11的足弓部13能被包覆并具有拉提的效果,辅助拉提人类的脚40的足弓,而让足弓不致塌陷,并且由该鞋件10的足趾件12让人类的脚40的脚趾分别各自活动,进而让使用人的脚40如赤足般不受任何阻碍的发展,则脚40的健全发展及该拉提段21与该加压段31辅助,可避免脚40过度往内旋前而导致的内侧足弓塌陷,避免下肢生物力学骨关节排列错误,进而避免人体肌肉或关节的酸痛问题。
