Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨防水地板,包括基材层以及采用PUR热熔树脂胶粘接在基材层表面的单板层,还包括按28~45g/m2的比例均匀热压在单板层表面的三氧化二铝耐磨层;单板层采用表面印有图案的厚度为0.3~0.6mm的装饰科技木单板,基材层采用厚度为0.6~1.6cm的实体或空心的石塑基材或木塑基材;本发明还公开了一种制作耐磨防水地板的方法;本地板表面超级耐磨、美观、触感好,不仅防水、不怕潮湿、不变形,还防火,甲醛释放量小于国际EO标准、环保;弥补了行业空白,提升行业技术水平,易于推广,适用性强。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于地板技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨防水地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
地板是一种常用的建筑装修材料,包括实木地板、强化地板、复合地板等。实木地板容易吸水膨胀或干燥变形,所用木材生长期在50年甚至更长,消耗大量的生物资源,不仅导致物资匮乏,也破坏生态;复合地板非常怕水、遇潮变形,并且这种地板甲醛含量高并持续释放,严重危害人体健康、不环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于根据现有技术的不足,设计一种耐磨防水地板及其制作方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐磨防水地板,包括基材层以及采用PUR热熔树脂胶粘接在基材层上表面的单板层,所述的单板层采用表面印有图案的厚度为0.3~0.6mm的装饰科技木单板,还包括按28~45g/m2的比例均匀热压在单板层上表面的三氧化二铝耐磨层,所述的基材层采用厚度为0.6~1.6cm的实体或空心的石塑基材或木塑基材。
本发明还公开了一种制作耐磨防水地板的方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将三氧化二铝按28~45g/m2比例通过热压机200℃左右高温融化,使其附着在厚度为0.3~0.6mm的装饰科技木单板层的上表面,形成具有超级耐磨性的三氧化二铝耐磨层;
B、将实体或空心的木塑或石塑基材层的上表面经砂光整理后清除粉尘,并在其上表面涂PUR热熔树脂胶;
C、将步骤A中带三氧化二铝耐磨层的装饰科技木单板层,清除其下表面的杂质和粉尘后与步骤B中得到的基材层的上表面相粘合;通过预压机预压定型,经过48小时后完全固化达到最佳强度;
D、将成型后地板经开槽、开榫后,质检,包装。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明公开的耐磨防水地板采用实体或空心的石塑或木塑基材做基材层,其上表面粘连带三氧化二铝耐磨层的装饰科技木单板层,既有实木地板的优点,同时又克服了实木地板的怕水、易燃的缺陷,还克服了强化复合地板的甲醛释放量高、不环保、怕水、易变形的缺陷。
本发明公开的耐磨防水地板表面美观,触感及隔热性能都好于石塑或木塑板,脚感与高档实木地板接近;因它的基材为石塑或木塑板材,所以它的防水性好,不怕潮湿,又不怕水泡,不变形,阻燃性好;地板表面三氧化二铝耐磨层处理,大大提高了地板的耐磨、防划、防火性,三氧化二铝莫氏硬度值可达到9,仅次于金刚石(硬度10),耐磨转数6000~9000转以上。
本发明公开的耐磨防水地板的制作方法工艺流程短,简单易行,装饰科技木单板层表面附三氧化二铝耐磨层,采用无甲醛的PUR热熔树脂胶为粘接剂,与石塑或木塑基材层完美结合,既超级耐磨、环保、又耐火、不怕水,突破了实木地板、强化地板和复合地板所有的缺点,本发明提升行业技术水平,易于推广,适用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
参照图1 所示,本发明公开了一种耐磨防水地板,包括基材层3以及采用PUR热熔树脂胶粘接在基材层3上表面的单板层2,还包括按28~45g/m2的比例均匀热压在单板层2上表面的三氧化二铝耐磨层1。所述的单板层2采用表面印有图案的厚度为0.3~0.6mm的装饰科技木单板,所述的基材层3采用厚度为0.6~1.6cm的实体或空心的石塑基材或木塑基材。
实施例2
本发明还公开了一种制作耐磨防水地板的方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将三氧化二铝按28~45g/m2的比例通过热压机用200℃左右高温融化,使其附着在厚度为0.3~0.6mm的装饰科技木单板层2的上表面,形成具有超级耐磨特性的三氧化二铝耐磨层1;
B、将实体或空心的木塑或石塑基材层3的上表面经砂光整理后清除粉尘,并在其上表面涂PUR热熔树脂胶;
C、将步骤A中带三氧化二铝耐磨层1的装饰科技木单板层2,清除其下表面的杂质和粉尘后与步骤B中得到的基材层3的上表面相粘合;通过预压机预压定型,经过48小时后完全固化达到最佳强度;
D、将成型后地板经开槽、开榫后,质检,包装。
实施例3
本发明公开的耐磨防水地板是将附有三氧化二铝耐磨层1的厚度0.5mm的装饰科技木单板层2,与厚度为1cm的实体的石塑或木塑基材的基材层3粘接而成。
实施例4
本发明公开的耐磨防水地板是将附有三氧化二铝耐磨层1的厚度0.5mm的装饰科技木单板2,与厚度为1cm的空心的石塑或木塑基材的基材层3粘接而成。
本发明公开的耐磨防水地板采用实体或空心的石塑或木塑基材做基材层3,其上粘连带三氧化二铝耐磨层1的装饰科技木单板层2,既有实木地板的优点,同时又克服了实木地板的怕水、易燃的缺陷,还克服了强化复合地板的甲醛释放量高、不环保、怕水、易变形的缺陷。
本发明公开的耐磨防水地板表面美观,触感及隔热性能都好于石塑或木塑板,脚感与高档实木地板接近;因它的基材为石塑或木塑板材,所以它的防水性好,不怕潮湿,又不怕水泡,不变形,阻燃性好;地板表面三氧化二铝耐磨层1处理,大大提高了地板的耐磨、防划、防火性,三氧化二铝,莫氏硬度9,仅次于金刚石(硬度10),耐磨转数6000~9000转以上。
将三氧化二铝按28~45g/m2的比例均匀热压在厚度为0.3~0.6mm装饰科技木单板层2的上表面形成具有超级耐磨特性的地板耐磨层,粘接在实体或空心的石塑或木塑的基材层3的上表面上,使地板超级耐磨,隔热性好,触感好,同时节约自然资源,并解决了实木地板、强化地板和复合地板的怕水、怕划、易燃烧、变形、甲醛释放量高的问题,弥补了行业空白,提升行业技术水平,易于推广,适用性强。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,以及部分运用的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种耐磨防水地板,其特征在于:包括基材层(3)以及采用PUR热熔树脂胶粘接在基材层(3)上表面的单板层(2),所述的单板层(2)采用表面印有图案的厚度为0.3~0.6mm的装饰科技木单板,还包括按28~45g/m2的比例均匀热压在单板层(2)上表面的三氧化二铝耐磨层(1),所述的基材层(3)采用厚度为0.6~1.6cm的实体或空心的石塑基材或木塑基材。
2.一种制作如权利要求1所述的耐磨防水地板的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、将三氧化二铝按28~45g/m2的比例通过热压机高温融化,使其附着在厚度为0.3~0.6mm的装饰科技木单板层(2)的上表面,形成具有超级耐磨特性的三氧化二铝耐磨层(1);
B、将实体或空心的木塑或石塑基材层(3)的上表面经砂光整理后清除粉尘,并在其上表面涂PUR热熔树脂胶;
C、将步骤A中带三氧化二铝耐磨层(1)的装饰科技木单板层(2),清除其下表面的杂质和粉尘后与步骤B中得到的基材层(3)的上表面相粘合;通过预压机预压定型,经过48小时后完全固化达到最佳强度;
D、将成型后地板经开槽、开榫后,质检,包装。
