As shown in fig. 7, the glue spreader assembly 2 is integrally located before the head pasting and clamping roller assembly 3, after the semi-finished paper reaches the photoelectric switch before the glue spreader assembly 2, the photoelectric switch can feed back a signal to the driving mechanism, the driving mechanism drives the glue spreader 21 to rotate, the glue spreading sponge 211 with glue starts from the first position to the second position, and in the process, the semi-finished paper just advances to the position of the head pasting and clamping device just coats the glue; the glued semi-finished paper is continuously conveyed back to the head sticking clamping roller assembly 3 for head sticking, and the gluing sponge 211 returns to the first position. The scheme occupies small space, is convenient to add into the existing conveying line, improves the automation degree and the processing efficiency, does not need to add a machine, and effectively controls the cost and the labor force; accurate gluing is realized by means of synchronous operation on the structure, so that the conveying efficiency of the production line is improved, and the gluing is not required to be stopped structurally; after the glue spreading roller assembly 2 and the head sticking clamping roller assembly 3 are combined, the functions can be well realized on the existing paper bag machine, and the processing requirements are met.
As an improved embodiment, the glue spreader 21 includes a cylinder 212, a glue spreading roller shaft 213, a fixed wheel 214 and a glue spreading plate 215, the glue spreading roller shaft 213 is rotatably disposed on the frame 0, the fixed wheel 214 is fixedly sleeved on the glue spreading roller shaft 213, the glue spreading plate 215 is movably disposed on the outer side of the fixed wheel 214, the glue spreading sponge 211 is disposed on the glue spreading plate 215, the cylinder 212 is disposed on the glue spreading roller shaft 213, and the cylinder shaft is connected with the glue spreading plate 215 for pushing out or withdrawing the glue spreading plate 215 and the glue spreading sponge 211 thereon.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a glue coating roll shaft 213 is rotatably arranged on a frame 0 through a bearing structure, two ends of the glue coating roll shaft 213 extend outwards through a fixed wheel 214, a glue coating plate 215 is arranged on the outer side of the fixed wheel 214, and a glue coating sponge 211 is arranged on the glue coating plate 215; the structure of the gluing roll shaft 213, the fixed wheel 214 and the gluing plate 215 reduces the overall mass and material investment, the energy consumption required by operation is also smaller, and the position on the fixed wheel 214 symmetrical to the gluing plate 215 can be provided with a supporting baffle, so that the balance of the mass of the circumferential structure is improved, and the operation stability is improved. If the glue spreading sponge 211 is directly arranged on the outer circumference, the glue spreading sponge 211 can be smeared on a larger area when rotating, so that the further arranged air cylinder 212 enables the glue spreading sponge 211 to keep an initial retraction state, when the glue spreading sponge 211 reaches the second position, the glue spreading sponge can be pushed out to the semi-finished paper by the air cylinder 212 to finish glue spreading, and the glue spreading sponge is retracted after finishing, so that large-scale glue spreading is avoided, and the influence of excessive glue on folding and forming of paper bags of a subsequent mechanism is avoided. The glue plate 215 is movably arranged on the fixed wheel 214 through the structure of the shaft hole, and the relative position of the glue plate is determined by the air cylinder 212.
As an improved embodiment, the glue spreading sponge 211 is provided with two groups which are separated along the axial direction of the glue spreading roller 21 on the glue spreading plate 215 and are used for corresponding to two glue spreading positions on the semi-finished paper; the air cylinders 212 are axially arranged on the gluing roller shaft 213 in three groups, which are respectively positioned at the two sides and the middle part.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, two sets of glue spreading sponge 211 are disposed on the glue spreading plate 215, and two sets of glue spreading sponge 211 are disposed to spread two glue spreading positions because the two glue spreading plates are disposed along the side edges of the paper bag. The air cylinders 212 may be provided in at least three groups, i.e., on both sides and in the middle, to maintain the stability of the glued board 215 structure and the stability of the push-out.
As an improved specific embodiment, the glue spreader assembly 2 further comprises a glue spreader 22 and a glue scraping assembly 23 matched with the glue spreader 22, wherein the glue spreader 22 is arranged near to the glue spreading sponge 211, and the glue spreading sponge 211 is used for dipping liquid glue on the glue spreader 22 when rotating through the glue spreader 22; the doctor assembly 23 adjusts the gap between each other by approaching or separating from the leveling roll 22 so as to control the thickness of the liquid glue on the surface of the leveling roll 22.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the glue on the glue spreading sponge 211 is provided by the glue spreading roller 22, and the glue is provided to the glue spreading roller 22 from the outside, so that the glue can flow out from the inside of the glue spreading roller 22 to cover the surface of the glue spreading roller 22, the glue spreading roller 22 is close to or just tangent to the glue spreading sponge 211 in position, and the glue is dipped by the glue spreading sponge 211 when the glue spreading roller 22 and the glue spreading sponge 211 are in relative rotary contact, so that glue re-filling after each glue spreading of the glue spreading sponge 211 is realized, and the glue spreading amount of each time is ensured. The precise fixation of the glue spreading amount of each time is further ensured by the glue spreading assembly 23; through adjusting the distance between the scraping assembly 23 and the glue homogenizing roller 22, the glue with the required thickness on the surface of the glue homogenizing roller 22 can be scraped, the left glue amount is supplied to the glue spreading sponge 211 for dipping, the glue spreading amount of each time is effectively controlled, the glue on the glue homogenizing roller 22 is uniform, and the processing quality is ensured. The glue homogenizing roller 22 can be connected with a driving motor 222 through a coupler 221, and is matched with the glue scraping assembly 23 for scraping glue and homogenizing through stable rotation.
As an improved specific embodiment, the scraping assembly 23 comprises an adjusting block 231, a scraping side plate 232 and an adjusting screw 233, wherein the scraping side plate 232 is arranged on the deformable adjusting block 231, the adjusting screw 233 is arranged on the adjusting block 231 and abuts against the scraping side plate 232, and the abutting position of the scraping side plate 232 is adjusted by driving the adjusting screw 233; the doctor blade 232 has an arcuate surface 234 that mates with the surface of the spreader roll 22.
As shown in fig. 7, after the scraping side plate 232 is mounted on the deformable adjusting block 231, the shape of the adjusting block 231 is kept in an initial state when no external force is applied, the adjusting screw 233 on the adjusting block 231 can be adjusted to abut against the scraping side plate 232 to force the adjusting block 231 to deform, so that the scraping side plate 232 can be pushed out or retracted, the scraping side plate 232 can be made to approach or separate from the rubber homogenizing roller 22, and a function can be realized by a simple structure; and after the arc-shaped surface 234 matched with the surface of the glue homogenizing roller 22 is arranged on the glue scraping side plate 232, a glue scraping space with consistent interval is kept between the glue scraping side plate 232 and the glue scraping side plate, so that stable glue scraping is realized, and the possibility of glue leakage above is not easy to occur.

the head attaching clamping roller (33) comprises a main shaft (332), a fixed arm (333) and a fixed shaft (334), wherein the main shaft (332) is rotatably arranged on a rack (0), the fixed arm (333) is fixedly sleeved on the main shaft (332), the fixed shaft (334) is arranged on the outer side of the fixed arm (333), a plurality of second suction nozzles (331) are arranged on the fixed shaft (334), the plurality of second suction nozzles (331) are correspondingly arranged on the fixed shaft (334) to form a left group and a right group, and rubber pinch rollers (335) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the two groups of second suction nozzles (331);

the automatic gluing machine comprises a machine frame (0), and is characterized by further comprising a gluing roller assembly (2), wherein the gluing roller assembly (2) is arranged on the machine frame (0), the gluing roller assembly (2) is positioned in the conveying line and is in front of the head attaching clamping roller assembly (3), the gluing roller assembly (2) comprises a gluing roller (21), a gluing sponge (211) is arranged on the outer circumference of the gluing roller (21), a photoelectric switch for detecting semi-finished paper conveying is arranged in front of the conveying line, and the gluing sponge (211) of the gluing roller (21) is provided with a first position for staying and waiting to operate and a second position for contacting and gluing with the semi-finished paper; the glue spreading sponge (211) stays at a first position in an initial state, when the semi-finished paper is conveyed to a photoelectric switch by the conveying assembly (1) to be detected, the glue spreading roller (21) is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism, so that the glue spreading sponge (211) is just contacted with a glue spreading position on the conveyed semi-finished paper correspondingly to finish glue spreading when running from the first position to a second position; the glue spreading sponge (211) returns to the first position after glue spreading is completed.

The head sticking and roller clamping component of the paper bag machine according to claim 1, wherein: the second suction nozzle (331) is arranged on a second installation frame (3311), and the second installation frame (3311) is rotatably arranged on the fixed shaft (334) and fastened through a fastener to determine the installation angle.
