Claims (8)

1. A segmented component mounting apparatus, comprising:
a plurality of bracket assemblies mounted to the assembly platform;
a plurality of sectioned boxes disposed on the carriage assembly, the sectioned boxes being arranged in a longitudinal direction of the hull;
the supporting and fixing components are arranged on the bracket component and fixedly connected with the segmented box body, and each supporting and fixing component comprises a supporting piece which is vertically arranged on a bracket base; the box body limiting part is arranged at the edge of the bracket base and is vertically arranged on the bracket base; the support connecting part is convexly arranged on the support; wherein the support member comprises a support member; a plurality of support frames formed at the side of the support member, the support frames connecting the fixed segment boxes; a frame support fixedly connected between the support frame and the support member; the supporting frames and the frame supports are arranged at intervals H along the height direction of the supporting part;
and the segmented assembly components are fixedly arranged among the segmented box bodies.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the carriage assembly comprises:
a bracket base;
and a plurality of box connecting pieces formed at one side where the bracket base is connected with the segmented box assembly.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the carriage base comprises:
a box recess formed on the bracket base;
and the base limiting piece is convexly formed at the edge of the box body concave seat.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the case stop comprises:
an anti-tilt member fixedly installed at both ends of the bracket;
and the corner connecting part is arranged at the connecting part of the anti-tilting component and the bracket.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the segmented box comprises:
a box frame;
and a plurality of frame connecting parts formed on the surface of the box body frame.
6. A method of installing a segmented component, comprising:
arranging a plurality of installation devices of the segment assembly according to claim 1 at predetermined positions on a general assembly platform;
a plurality of sectional box bodies are arranged on a bracket assembly, and the bracket assembly is uniformly arranged along the length direction of the sectional vertical total assembly of the torsion box according to rib positions;
limiting the segmented box body on the bracket component by a plurality of fixed supporting components, and installing a plurality of segmented box bodies as an overall assembly box body by the overall assembly of the segmented assembly components;
and transferring the installation device of the subsection component and the total assembly box body.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said step of mounting the overall assembly housing comprises:
mounting a support piece and a box body limiting piece on a bracket base;
hoisting the segmented box body to adjust the segmented box body to a preset posture;
fixedly mounting the segmented box body on the bracket base;
and the segmented box body is fixedly connected by a connecting part of a supporting piece.
8. A torque box segmented building apparatus comprising:
a total assembly platform;
a torque box disposed in the overall stack platform;
a plurality of the segmented component mounting assemblies of claim 1 distributed to the general assembly platform, wherein the segmented component mounting assemblies comprise:
a plurality of bracket assemblies mounted to the assembly platform;
a plurality of sectioned boxes disposed on the carriage assembly, the sectioned boxes being arranged in a longitudinal direction of the hull;
the supporting and fixing components are mounted on the bracket component and fixedly connected with the segmented box body;
and the segmented assembly components are arranged between the segmented box body and the compartment segments, and the segmented box bodies are mutually and fixedly connected through the segmented assembly components.
