Through the test, the using effect of the skin moisturizer provided by the invention is better than that of the skin moisturizer sold in the market, and the using feeling and the moisturizing rate are improved, namely, the skin moisturizer provided by the application is proved to be capable of effectively improving the using feeling and the moisturizing rate according to reasonable raw materials and proportion thereof and reasonable selection and mutual cooperation of the polyhydric alcohol, the methyl glucose humectant and the disaccharide humectant, and the skin moisturizer is good in using feeling, not sticky, not too clear and volatile. Furthermore, it can be seen from the results of examples 7 to 12 that the skin lotions provided in examples 6, 7, 9 and 10 were better evaluated, that is, the natural extracts were added to produce synergistic effects in improving rough skin and changing skin tenderness.
Test example 3: skin moisture retention test
1. The test substance: examples 1-4 each sample;
2. the test method comprises the following steps: the samples of the examples were applied to the back of the hand until the skin moisturizer was completely absorbed, and the moisture content of the skin was continuously monitored using a portable moisture elasto-oleo-photo skin tester (Huntkey), wherein the applied part was used as a reference and the value corresponding to the non-applied part was always set to 100 to calculate the relative change ratio of moisture, and the results are shown in fig. 1 and 2.
FIG. 1 is a graph showing the trend of the effect of example samples of the cream of the present invention on the moisture content of skin in a skin moisturization test; FIG. 2 is a graph showing the trend of the moisture volatilization amount of the skin from the epidermis of the example of the cream of the present invention in the skin moisturizing test. According to the test results, each humectant contained in the facial cream has a good maintenance effect on the moisture content of the skin, and the comparison of the example 4 shows that the sodium hyaluronate and other humectants have synergistic effect and can obviously improve the moisturizing performance.
Test example 4 wrinkle removal test
1. The test substance: samples of the products of examples 5-6, examples 13-21;
2. comparison: commercial skin lotion products of control groups 1-3;
3. subject: randomly selecting 140 healthy population cases of 30-40 years old as volunteers, wherein the volunteers have no serious system diseases, no immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases and no active allergic diseases, have no serious allergic history to skin care cosmetics, have no hormone medicines or immunosuppressants in nearly 1 month, have no other clinical tests, have no external preparations such as cosmetics and the like, have symptoms such as fine lines or wrinkles and the like on the skin around the eyes of the volunteers, and are randomly divided into 14 groups of 10 persons in each group;
4. the test method comprises the following steps:
after the test subjects cleansed their eyes, the test samples were applied to the eye circumference once in the morning and once in the evening. Changes in periocular wrinkle parameters were recorded for subjects before trial and one month after use, and averaged for each group.
The wrinkles of the skin around the eyes of the subject were tested using a skin wrinkle tester (VISIOMETER SV600, available from courage and Khazaka, collagen, Germany), including the average roughness (arithmetic mean of 5 consecutive, different, separate portions of the same length) and the number and depth of wrinkles.
The effect of each sample was evaluated according to the average roughness change value and the number of wrinkles and the percentage of depth reduction of each group of subjects. The results are shown in Table 7.

Figure BDA0002121770730000131
The results of the wrinkle removal test can be used to obtain: for examples 5 and 6, the anti-aging effect was not well exerted even with the addition of the repairing agents (yeast extract and chitosan mono-succinamide) due to the lack of one of dipropylene glycol or trehalose in the raw materials, while for examples 16 to 18, which are clearly superior to the other groups, it can be seen that yeast extract and chitosan mono-succinamide act synergistically to effectively promote the anti-aging effect. The wrinkle removing effect of the samples is better than that of the control group, and compared with the skin moisturizer sold in the market, the effect is outstanding through the preparation component of the invention.
