皮肤是人体最主要的安全屏障,因此维护皮肤健康十分必要,因为对自然界的微生物来说,人类的皮肤是一种很好的营养供给者,人们皮肤上的一些常驻菌起着保护皮肤免受致病菌危害的作用,一旦微生物中的菌群失调,他们中的少量致病菌就会大量繁殖,并通过皮肤、呼吸道、消化道以及生殖道粘膜对人体造成危害。抗菌纺织品作为一个可能的阻止和切断疾病传染源的产品,将在人们疾病防治中起到至关重要的作用。
然而,随着社会的不断发展,技术水平的不断提高,人们在着装方面的要求也在不断提高,特别是对服装面料的各种性能有了新的要求,如抗静电、抗菌、抗病毒、环保、健康等等。目前对于服装面料的抗静电性能研究己经有了初步的成果,但对于其抗菌、抗病毒处理的研究还处于萌芽状态,其现阶段的抗菌护肤面料,抗菌效果差,且功能较为单一,只具备单独的抗菌功能,无法满足现阶段的需求。

本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌护肤面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

S2,纬丝抗紫外线处理:将抗紫外线纤维的纬丝浸入抗紫外线整理液中,室温浸泡6~10小时,再升温50~60℃浸泡30~40min,得到纬丝抗紫外线纤维;
S3,编织:将防护层的经丝和纬丝与抗菌层的经丝和纬丝分别通过纺织机织造呈抗菌层和防护层;
S4,制备:将抗菌层设于防护层和护肤层之间,经编织固定即可得抗菌护肤面料。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该抗菌护肤面料及其制备方法,通过里外内三层设置,制备方法简单实用,成本低,且设置于内层的抗菌层由抗菌纤维和抗菌整理液共同制备组成,且抗菌整理液中的金银花、板蓝根、黄连、黄岑、大青叶和穿心莲均能够提高了浸泡在内部的纬丝的抗菌能力,同时玫瑰、金银花和栀子花为纬丝浸泡后,提供纬丝的清香性,避免了抗菌浸泡后纬丝的异味;另外设置于外层的防护层有抗紫外线纤维和浸泡抗紫外线整理液双重设置,提高了防护层的抗紫外线能力,从而加强了整体的使用,实用性能更强。

S2,纬丝抗紫外线处理:将抗紫外线纤维的纬丝浸入抗紫外线整理液中,室温浸泡10小时,再升温60℃浸泡40min,得到纬丝抗紫外线纤维;
S3,编织:将防护层的经丝和纬丝与抗菌层的经丝和纬丝分别通过纺织机织造呈抗菌层和防护层;
S4,制备:将抗菌层设于防护层和护肤层之间,经编织固定即可得抗菌护肤面料。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗菌护肤面料,包括设置于最外层的防护层、设置于最里面的护肤层和设于防护层与护肤层之间的抗菌层,其特征在于:所述防护层、护肤层和抗菌层均为经丝和纬丝相互交织织造而成,其中抗菌层的经丝为含有纳米银离子的抗菌纤维,抗菌层的纬丝为经抗菌整理液处理的抗菌纤维,防护层的经丝为含有次磷酸、硼酸锰、硅酸铝及锰盐~铈盐混合物的抗紫外线纤维,防护层的纬丝为经抗紫外线整理液处理的抗紫外线纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌护肤面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌纤维为大豆蛋白纤维、棉纤维、竹炭纤维、氨纶和腈纶纤维中的任一种或的多种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌护肤面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线纤维为棉纤维、腈纶和锦纶纤维中的任一种或多组组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌护肤面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理液的配方为金银花、板蓝根、黄连、黄岑、大青叶、穿心莲、玫瑰和栀子花,且采用煎煮的方式制得,其中金银花、板蓝根、黄连、黄岑、大青叶、穿心莲、玫瑰和栀子花的重量比为(15~20):(15~20):(15~20):(5~10):(5~10):(5~10):(5~10):(5~10):1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌护肤面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线整理液为紫外线吸收剂和有机溶剂,其中紫外线吸收剂采用二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂,有机溶剂为丁基卡必醇,两者之间的重量比为(5~6):1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌护肤面料,其特征在于:所述纳米银离子在抗菌层的经丝内质量占总质量的0.020~0.025‰,所述次磷酸、硼酸锰、硅酸铝及锰盐~铈盐混合物的的质量占防护层的经丝的总重量的0.015~0.025‰.
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌护肤面料,其特征在于:所述护肤层为海藻纤维、芦荟纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维中的任一种或多种组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌护肤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,纬丝抗菌处理:将抗菌纤维的纬丝浸入抗菌整理液中,室温浸泡5~8小时,在升温45~65℃浸泡20~30min,得到纬丝抗菌纤维;
S2,纬丝抗紫外线处理:将抗紫外线纤维的纬丝浸入抗紫外线整理液中,室温浸泡6~10小时,再升温50~60℃浸泡30~40min,得到纬丝抗紫外线纤维;
S3,编织:将防护层的经丝和纬丝与抗菌层的经丝和纬丝分别通过纺织机织造呈抗菌层和防护层;
S4,制备:将抗菌层设于防护层和护肤层之间,经编织固定即可得抗菌护肤面料。
