A cleaning type chip sorting device with a suction nozzle convenient and fast to disassemble and assemble comprises a main body (1), an air pump (2), a connecting pipe (3) and suction nozzles (4), wherein the air pump (2) is fixed below the main body (1), the connecting pipe (3) is vertically arranged below the air pump (2), the air pump (2) is communicated with the suction nozzles (4) through the connecting pipe (3), notches are formed in two sides of each suction nozzle (4), and a PLC is arranged in the main body (1). the cleaning type chip sorting device is characterized by further comprising a cleaning mechanism and two fixing mechanisms, the two fixing mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the air pump (2), the notches correspond to the fixing mechanisms one by one, and the cleaning mechanism is arranged on one side, far away from the air pump (2), of one fixing mechanism;

the cleaning assembly comprises a first motor (25), a screw rod (26), a sleeve (27) and a connecting block (28), the first motor (25) is fixed below the lifting plate (24), the screw rod (26) is horizontally arranged on one side, close to the suction nozzle (4), of the first motor (25), the first motor (25) is in transmission connection with the screw rod (26), the sleeve (27) is sleeved on the screw rod (26), a connecting part of the sleeve (27) and the screw rod (26) is provided with a thread matched with the screw rod (26), one end, far away from the first motor (25), of the sleeve (27) is fixedly connected with the connecting block (28), a brush (29) is arranged above the connecting block (28), and the first motor (25) is electrically connected with the PLC.
