After the yarn is wound around the three pulleys 4, the yarn passes through the two rubber pads 33, the rubber pads 33 are in contact with the yarn, and when the yarn is waxed, the rubber pads 33 can be used for coating the wax on the yarn, so that the wax can be uniformly coated on the yarn.
Initially, the second spring 39 is in a compressed state.
