Abstract
本发明涉及混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其为将混合动力车辆的引擎及马达的驱动力传递到变速器的装置,其包括:行星齿轮组装体,包括具有传递引擎输出轴的动力的第一轴的承载架、接受马达的输出的转子、与转子的内侧齿部啮合的多个小齿轮、与小齿轮啮合的太阳齿轮;单向离合器,使得太阳齿轮仅向与引擎输出轴的旋转方向相反的方向旋转;以及动力传递部,与转子连接而将转子的旋转力传递到变速器。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,更详细地说,涉及能够显著减少用于选择性地将引擎和马达的动力传递到变速器所需的部件个数,通过明显简单的结构传递动力的装置。
背景技术
因汽车尾气造成的空气污染,除了引擎之外,利用马达驱动的混合动力车辆在逐渐增加。
根据混合动力车辆,引擎驱动时,将引擎的动力传递到变速器,马达驱动时,应将马达的动力传递到变速器,现有技术中作为这种选择性动力传递装置而使用自动变速器方式的驱动马达离合器方式,这种方式存在使部件数量增加且结构复杂并增加制造费用的问题。作为混合动力车辆的动力传递适用现有技术中的离合器方式时的控制方法,韩国专利申请公开10-2016-0112852号为在先技术,其存在为了适当的控制而需要适用复杂算法等困难。
发明内容
(要解决的技术问题)
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的问题而提出,其目的在于,提供一种混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,解决现有技术的问题,通过简单的结构降低制造费用,部件数量也减少到几乎一半,能够节省制造成本。
(解决问题的手段)
本发明涉及将混合动力车辆的引擎及马达的驱动力传递到变速器的装置,其包括:行星齿轮组装体,其包括具有传递引擎输出轴的动力的第一轴的承载架、接受马达的输出的转子、与转子的内侧齿部啮合的多个小齿轮、与小齿轮啮合的太阳齿轮;单向离合器,使得太阳齿轮仅向与引擎输出轴的旋转方向相反的方向旋转;以及动力传递部,与转子连接而将转子的旋转力传递到变速器。
承载架可包括与小齿轮连接的主体部,第一轴可从主体部向引擎方向延长。
单向离合器可位于太阳齿轮内侧。
动力传递部的外周表面可具有齿部,所述齿部可与转子的内侧啮合。
动力传递部可在行星齿轮组装体的引擎方向相反侧,与转子的内侧啮合。
主体部可包括上部板、下部板、连接上部板及下部板的桥部、从下部板向变速器方向延长的太阳齿轮安放部,第一轴可从下部板向引擎方向延长。
(发明的效果)
本发明的效果在于,仅根据由接受引擎输出的承载架和接受马达输出的转子构成的行星齿轮组装体及接受转子的驱动力的动力传递部,即可将引擎及马达的驱动力旋转性地传递到变速器,因此相比现有技术,可显著减少部件且具有简单的结构,以显著降低的制造费用实现混合动力车辆中引擎和马达的选择性动力传递。

下面参照附图详细说明本发明。
本说明书中,仅对说明本发明所需的必要构件进行说明,不会涉及与本发明的本质无关的构件。而且,不可解释为仅包括所涉及的构件的排他性的意思,应解释为排除不必要的特定构件或可包括其他构件的非排他性的意思。
图1示出本发明的动力传递装置的分解立体图,图2示出剖视图。
如图1所示,本发明的动力传递装置包括行星齿轮组装体1、单向离合器50、动力传递部60。
行星齿轮组装体1包括:包括传递引擎输出轴100的动力的第一轴11的承载架10、接受马达的输出的转子20、与转子20的内侧齿部22啮合的多个小齿轮30、与小齿轮30啮合的太阳齿轮40。本发明所使用的行星齿轮组装体1可采用一般的行星齿轮结构,也可为了适用于本发明而进行适当的结构变更。
承载架10包括:与小齿轮连接的主体部和第一轴11。主体部包括:上部板12、下部板14、连接上部板12及下部板14的桥部16、从下部板14向变速器方向延长的太阳齿轮安放部18。第一轴11从下部板14向引擎方向延长。上部板12和下部板14与小齿轮30结合,当承载架10根据引擎驱动而旋转时,小齿轮30在太阳齿轮40周围空转。
太阳齿轮40的内侧可具有单向离合器50,单向离合器50使得太阳齿轮40仅向与引擎输出轴的旋转方向相反的方向旋转。为了便于图示,仅示出单向离合器50位于太阳齿轮40的内侧周围,但只要能使太阳齿轮40向与引擎输出轴的旋转方向相反的方向旋转,对单向离合器50的位置和形态不做特殊限定,任意形式皆可。
动力传递部60的外周表面具有齿部,该齿部与转子20的内侧齿部22啮合。并且,动力传递部60向变速器(未图示)的输入轴传递动力。动力传递部60根据转子20的旋转而旋转,根据这种旋转,转子20的驱动力被传递到变速器。
如图2所示,动力传递部60在行星齿轮组装体1的引擎方向的相反侧啮合到转子20的内侧。
参照图3说明引擎被驱动时的动力传递过程。
当引擎被驱动而引擎输出轴100旋转时,连接到引擎输出轴100的第一轴11开始旋转,由此,承载架10开始向引擎输出轴的旋转方向A旋转。但根据单向离合器50,太阳齿轮40只能向与引擎输出轴100的旋转方向相反的方向旋转,因此太阳齿轮40不会旋转。因此,多个小齿轮30沿着方向A,在太阳齿轮40周边空转,据此,转子20也沿方向B即小齿轮30的空转方向旋转。于是,与转子20的内侧齿部22啮合的动力传递部60开始旋转,由此将动力传递到变速器。
参照图4说明引擎停止状态下马达被驱动时的动力传递过程。
转子20接受马达(未图示)的输出,因此马达运转时转子20沿方向E旋转。但引擎处于停止,因此由引擎输出轴100传递动力的承载架10不会旋转。于是,结合到承载架10的多个小齿轮30不会空转,而沿方向C进行原地自转,根据该自转运动,太阳齿轮40应向转子20的旋转方向即与E方向相反的D方向旋转,因单向离合器50允许这种旋转,在引擎停止状态下马达驱动时,根据马达的驱动而旋转的转子20可向动力传递部60顺畅地传递动力。
本发明的效果在于,仅根据由接受引擎输出的承载架和接受马达输出的转子构成的行星齿轮组装体及接受转子的驱动力的动力传递部,即可将引擎及马达的驱动力旋转性地传递到变速器,因此相比现有技术,可显著减少部件且具有简单的结构,以显著降低的制造费用实现混合动力车辆中引擎和马达的选择性动力传递。

Claims (6)
1.一种混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,其作为一种将混合动力车辆的引擎及马达的驱动力传递到变速器的装置,包括:
行星齿轮组装体,包括具有传递引擎输出轴的动力的第一轴的承载架、接受马达的输出的转子、与转子的内侧齿部啮合的多个小齿轮、与小齿轮啮合的太阳齿轮;
单向离合器,使得太阳齿轮仅向与引擎输出轴的旋转方向相反的方向旋转;以及动力传递部,与转子连接而将转子的旋转力传递到变速器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
承载架包括:与小齿轮连接的主体部,
第一轴从主体部向引擎方向延长。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
单向离合器位于太阳齿轮内侧。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
动力传递部的外周表面具有齿部,
所述齿部与转子的内侧啮合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
动力传递部在行星齿轮组装体的引擎方向相反侧,与转子的内侧啮合。
6.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
主体部包括上部板、下部板、连接上部板及下部板的桥部、从下部板向变速器方向延长的太阳齿轮安放部,
第一轴从下部板向引擎方向延长。
