3. The method of claim 2, wherein the performing, by the mobility management entity, the re-association attachment according to the re-association attachment instruction of the multi-mode single card comprises:
the mobile management entity inquires a corresponding location area identification code according to the cell identification of the current different system to obtain a mobile switching center corresponding to the cell identification of the current different system;
the mobile switching center obtains a second visitor location register according to the managed location area information;
the mobile management entity sends a location updating request to the second visitor location register;
the second visitor location register associates the multi-mode single card with the mobility management entity;
the second visitor location register sends a location updating request to the home location register according to the user information and the location area information;
the home location register performs a re-association attachment location update.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the home location register performs the reattach location update, further comprising:
the home location register sends a deletion of the association between the multimode single card and a mobile management entity to the first visitor location register;
and the home location register receives return confirmation information after the first visitor location register deletes the association between the multimode single card and the mobile management entity.
5. A multi-mode single-card combination attachment apparatus, comprising:
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring the cell identification of the current different system from the system information of the new cell when the multi-mode single-card cell is reselected;
a judging unit, configured to judge whether the cell identifier of the current different system is in all cell identifiers managed by a stored mobile switching center;
a multimode single card sending unit, configured to send a re-association attach instruction to a mobility management entity when the multimode single card does not have the cell identifier of the current inter-system in all cell identifiers governed by the mobile switching center;
the joint attachment unit is used for the mobile management entity to execute the re-joint attachment according to the re-joint attachment instruction of the multi-mode single card;
the multi-mode single-card combined attachment device further comprises a mobile management entity side, wherein the mobile management entity side comprises:
a first mobility management entity receiving unit, configured to receive, by the mobility management entity, a joint attach request from the multimode single card;
a first mobility management entity sending unit, configured to send a joint attach request to a mobile switching center by the mobility management entity;
a second mobility management entity receiving unit, configured to receive all cell identification information belonging to the cell returned by the mobile switching center by the mobility management entity;
and the second mobile management entity sending unit is used for sending all cell identification information governed by the mobile switching center to the multimode single card by the mobile management entity.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising, at the mobile switching center side:
a first mobile switching center receiving unit, configured to receive a joint attachment request by the mobile switching center;
a first mobile switching center sending unit, configured to transmit the joint attachment request to a first visitor location register;
the visitor location register is used for associating the multimode single card with the mobile management entity;
the home location register is used for receiving the user information and the location information of the multimode single card sent by the first visitor location register and updating the location according to the user information and the location information of the multimode single card;
a second mobile switching center receiving unit, configured to receive the confirmation update message of the home location register;
and the second mobile switching center sending unit is used for sending the confirmation updating message of the home location register to the mobile switching center.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the joint attachment unit comprises:
the mobile management entity is used for inquiring the corresponding location area identification code according to the cell identification of the current different system so as to obtain a mobile switching center corresponding to the cell identification of the current different system;
the acquisition module is used for the mobile switching center to acquire a second visitor location register according to the managed location area information;
the first mobility management entity sending unit is further configured to send a location update request to the second visitor location register by the mobility management entity;
the association module is used for the second visitor location register to associate the multi-mode single card with the mobile management entity;
and the re-joint attachment module is used for the home location register to execute re-joint attachment location updating, and the home location register is obtained by the second visitor location register according to the user information and the location area information when the home location register is attached.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the joint attachment unit comprises:
the first visitor location register receiving module is used for receiving the information which is sent by the home location register and used for deleting the association between the multimode single card and the mobile management entity;
the deleting module is used for deleting the association between the multimode single card and the mobile management entity;
and the first visitor location register sending module is used for sending the return confirmation information after the association between the multimode single card and the mobile management entity is deleted to the home location register.
