本发明公开了一种多向调节管道支撑架,包括支撑座、底座和支撑台,所述支撑台的顶部设有底座,底座的顶部安装固定有支撑座,支撑座上开设有用于管道放置的凹槽,凹槽的槽壁上设置有若干支撑块,支撑座的顶部两侧还开设有插孔,插孔上配合插装有插杆,插杆的顶部两个压帽之间设置有用于对管道捆绑固定的绑带,底座底部中间设有凸柱,支撑台的顶部开设有与凸柱配合的容置孔,底座的下侧和支撑台的上侧两个滚珠槽之间设有若干滚珠,底座的外侧还通过多根连杆连接固定有转动环。本发明安装拆卸简单方便,省时省力,可进行多角度管道安装,且能够良好的缓冲管道在运输石油时受到的冲力,利于推广投入应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石油管道支撑架,具体是一种多向调节管道支撑架。
背景技术
石油,地质勘探的主要对象之一,是一种粘稠的、深褐色液体,被称为“工业的血液”。地壳上层部分地区有石油储存,主要成分是各种烷烃、环烷烃、芳香烃的混合物。石油开采后必须通过石油管道长距离输送至相应的加工部门,其中输送石油的石油管道则是必不可少的设备,在石油管道铺设过程中需要考虑地形变化,所以需要安装石油管道支撑座,才能得到更佳地利用,石油管道是离地铺设的,因此,每隔一段距离,均设置有石油管道支撑架对石油管道进行支撑,传统的石油管道支撑体安装拆卸麻烦,费时费力,大大增加了石油开发勘探的周期,同时也降低了石油开采和勘测的效率,增加了石油在开发勘探过程中的成本,而且通常都是预制件,一个支撑架只能对一个方向上的管道进行支撑,如果在同一个地方石油管道的走向发生改变,那么便需要重新安装支撑架。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多向调节管道支撑架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多向调节管道支撑架,包括支撑座、底座、支撑台和支撑腿,所述支撑台的底部外侧设有多根支撑腿,支撑台的顶部设有底座,底座的顶部安装固定有支撑座,支撑座上开设有用于管道放置的凹槽,凹槽的槽壁上设置有若干支撑块,所述支撑座的顶部两侧还开设有插孔,插孔上配合插装有插杆,插杆的顶部设有压帽,两个压帽之间设置有用于对管道捆绑固定的绑带,所述支撑座的两侧还设有用于对插杆固定的第一锁紧螺栓,所述底座底部中间设有凸柱,所述支撑台的顶部开设有与凸柱配合的容置孔,支撑台的底部还设有与凸柱螺纹连接固定的第二锁紧螺栓,所述底座的下侧和支撑台的上侧对应开设有滚珠槽,两个滚珠槽之间设有若干滚珠,所述底座的外圈设有延长部,支撑台的顶部对应开设有用于延长部容置的容置槽,支撑台的底部还开设有若干与容置槽连通的排水孔,所述底座的外侧还通过多根连杆连接固定有转动环。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述支撑块采用硬质橡胶材料制成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述压帽为圆形,压帽能够对插孔完全遮盖,压帽和插杆一体成型设置。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述底座和支撑台的俯视呈圆形或正多边形状。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述凸柱为圆柱形状,凸柱和底座一体成型。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述延长部呈圆筒状结构,延长部和底座一体成型。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述转动环为圆环状,转动环的截面呈圆形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该多向调节管道支撑架,通过将第二锁紧螺栓拆下,即操作转动环对底座转动,进而对支撑座进行转动,可对管道的架设进行角度调节,通过滚珠槽和滚珠的设置利于底座的稳定转动,通过延长部、容置槽和排水孔的设置,可避免雨水对滚珠造成影响,且排水孔利于容置槽内雨水的流出,角度调节完毕后,重新将第二锁紧螺栓锁紧固定于凸柱上即可;通过将插杆插装于插孔上,并对压帽进行按压,同时通过第一锁紧螺栓对插杆进行固定即可,对管道的固定较方便,通过支撑块还可对管道进行弹性保护支撑;该装置安装拆卸简单方便,省时省力,可进行多角度管道安装,且能够良好的缓冲管道在运输石油时受到的冲力,利于推广投入应用。

请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种多向调节管道支撑架,包括支撑座3、底座21、支撑台12和支撑腿15,所述支撑台12的底部外侧设有多根支撑腿15,支撑台12的顶部设有底座21,底座21的顶部安装固定有支撑座3,支撑座3上开设有用于管道9放置的凹槽,凹槽的槽壁上设置有若干支撑块10,支撑块10采用硬质橡胶材料制成,通过支撑块10可对管道9进行弹性保护支撑,所述支撑座3的顶部两侧还开设有插孔4,插孔4上配合插装有插杆6,插杆6的顶部设有压帽7,所述压帽7为圆形,压帽7能够对插孔4完全遮盖,压帽7和插杆6一体成型设置,两个压帽7之间设置有用于对管道9捆绑固定的绑带8,所述支撑座3的两侧还设有用于对插杆6固定的第一锁紧螺栓5,通过第一锁紧螺栓5可对插杆6进行锁紧固定。
所述底座21和支撑台12的俯视呈圆形或正多边形状,所述底座21底部中间设有凸柱18,凸柱18为圆柱形状,凸柱18和底座21一体成型,所述支撑台12的顶部开设有与凸柱18配合的容置孔16,支撑台12的底部还设有与凸柱18螺纹连接固定的第二锁紧螺栓17,所述底座21的下侧和支撑台12的上侧对应开设有滚珠槽19,两个滚珠槽19之间设有若干滚珠20,通过滚珠20和滚珠槽19的设置,方便底座21的稳定转动,所述底座21的外圈设有延长部11,延长部11呈圆筒状结构,延长部11和底座21一体成型,支撑台12的顶部对应开设有用于延长部11容置的容置槽13,支撑台12的底部还开设有若干与容置槽13连通的排水孔14,通过排水孔14可排出容置槽13内的水体,所述底座21的外侧还通过多根连杆2连接固定有转动环1,所述转动环1为圆环状,转动环1的截面呈圆形,通过转动环1可对底座21进行转动。
该多向调节管道支撑架,通过将第二锁紧螺栓17拆下,即操作转动环1对底座21转动,进而对支撑座3进行转动,可对管道9的架设进行角度调节,通过滚珠槽19和滚珠20的设置利于底座21的稳定转动,通过延长部11、容置槽13和排水孔14的设置,可避免雨水对滚珠20造成影响,且排水孔14利于容置槽13内雨水的流出,角度调节完毕后,重新将第二锁紧螺栓17锁紧固定于凸柱18上即可;通过将插杆6插装于插孔4上,并对压帽7进行按压,同时通过第一锁紧螺栓5对插杆6进行固定即可,对管道9的固定较方便,通过支撑块10还可对管道9进行弹性保护支撑;该装置安装拆卸简单方便,省时省力,可进行多角度管道安装,且能够良好的缓冲管道在运输石油时受到的冲力,利于推广投入应用。

1.一种多向调节管道支撑架,包括支撑座(3)、底座(21)、支撑台(12)和支撑腿(15),所述支撑台(12)的顶部设有底座(21),底座(21)的顶部安装固定有支撑座(3),支撑座(3)上开设有用于管道(9)放置的凹槽,凹槽的槽壁上设置有若干支撑块(10),其特征在于,所述支撑台(12)的底部外侧设有多根支撑腿(15),所述支撑座(3)的顶部两侧还开设有插孔(4),插孔(4)上配合插装有插杆(6),插杆(6)的顶部设有压帽(7),两个压帽(7)之间设置有用于对管道(9)捆绑固定的绑带(8),所述支撑座(3)的两侧还设有用于对插杆(6)固定的第一锁紧螺栓(5),所述底座(21)底部中间设有凸柱(18),所述支撑台(12)的顶部开设有与凸柱(18)配合的容置孔(16),支撑台(12)的底部还设有与凸柱(18)螺纹连接固定的第二锁紧螺栓(17),所述底座(21)的下侧和支撑台(12)的上侧对应开设有滚珠槽(19),两个滚珠槽(19)之间设有若干滚珠(20),所述底座(21)的外圈设有延长部(11),支撑台(12)的顶部对应开设有用于延长部(11)容置的容置槽(13),支撑台(12)的底部还开设有若干与容置槽(13)连通的排水孔(14),所述底座(21)的外侧还通过多根连杆(2)连接固定有转动环(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多向调节管道支撑架,其特征在于,所述支撑块(10)采用硬质橡胶材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多向调节管道支撑架,其特征在于,所述压帽(7)为圆形,压帽(7)能够对插孔(4)完全遮盖,压帽(7)和插杆(6)一体成型设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多向调节管道支撑架,其特征在于,所述底座(21)和支撑台(12)的俯视呈圆形或正多边形状。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的多向调节管道支撑架,其特征在于,所述凸柱(18)为圆柱形状,凸柱(18)和底座(21)一体成型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多向调节管道支撑架,其特征在于,所述延长部(11)呈圆筒状结构,延长部(11)和底座(21)一体成型。
