Abstract
本发明属于散热膜技术领域,具体涉及一种基于石墨烯散的散热膜及其制备方法。该基于石墨烯散的散热膜,包括PET膜、导热散热膜和离型纸,所述导热散热膜一侧贴合有PET膜,另外一侧贴合有双面胶层,导热散热膜位于双面胶层表层设有离型纸,所述PET膜厚度为0.02‑0.05mm,双面胶层厚度为0.02‑0.05mm。其有益效果是:制作简单,基于石墨烯制成的导热散热膜具有柔韧性,可以自动化连续生产,可以卷曲储存,使用方便,导热散热效果好,使用方便,可以广泛用于笔记本电脑、手机、电视、摄像机、LED灯以及汽车散热片等设备的导热散热。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于散热膜技术领域,具体涉及一种基于石墨烯散的散热膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代科技的迅速发展,电子器件的微型化、芯片主频不断提高,功能日益增强,单个芯片的功耗逐渐增大,这些都导致热流密度急剧增高。而研究表明,超过55%的电子设备的失效形式是由温度过高引起的,因此电子器件的散热问题在电子器件的发展中有举足轻重的作用。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种基于石墨烯散的散热膜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种基于石墨烯散的散热膜,包括PET膜、导热散热膜和离型纸,所述导热散热膜一侧贴合有PET膜,另外一侧贴合有双面胶层,导热散热膜位于双面胶层表层设有离型纸,所述PET膜厚度为0.02-0.05mm,双面胶层厚度为0.02-0.05mm。
一种基于石墨烯散的散热膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采用压延法制得两侧带有离型纸的双面胶,双面胶主要由酚醛树脂80-95%、胶黏剂2-5%和碳纳米管1-3%构成,胶黏剂和碳纳米管超声分散于酚醛树脂中;
2)以氧化石墨烯为基体,醋酸锌为锌源,采用溶胶法制备导热散热膜,并将导热散热膜采用PET膜进行背膜加固;
3)将步骤1)中制得的双面胶撕除一侧的离型纸对导热散热膜进行背胶加固,既得基于石墨烯散的散热膜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制作简单,基于石墨烯制成的导热散热膜具有柔韧性,可以自动化连续生产,可以卷曲储存,使用方便,导热散热效果好,使用方便,可以广泛用于笔记本电脑、手机、电视、摄像机、LED灯以及汽车散热片等设备的导热散热。

以下给出本发明的具体实施例,用来对本发明的构成进行进一步说明。
本发明一种基于石墨烯散的散热膜,包括PET膜、导热散热膜和离型纸,所述导热散热膜一侧贴合有PET膜,另外一侧贴合有双面胶层,导热散热膜位于双面胶层表层设有离型纸,所述PET膜厚度为0.02-0.05mm,双面胶层厚度为0.02-0.05mm。
一种基于石墨烯散的散热膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采用压延法制得两侧带有离型纸的双面胶,双面胶主要由酚醛树脂80-95%、胶黏剂2-5%和碳纳米管1-3%构成,胶黏剂和碳纳米管超声分散于酚醛树脂中;

1.一种基于石墨烯散的散热膜,包括PET膜、导热散热膜和离型纸,其特征在于,所述导热散热膜一侧贴合有PET膜,另外一侧贴合有双面胶层,导热散热膜位于双面胶层表层设有离型纸,所述PET膜厚度为0.02-0.05mm,双面胶层厚度为0.02-0.05mm。
2.一种基于石墨烯散的散热膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)采用压延法制得两侧带有离型纸的双面胶,双面胶主要由酚醛树脂80-95%、胶黏剂2-5%和碳纳米管1-3%构成,胶黏剂和碳纳米管超声分散于酚醛树脂中;
2)以氧化石墨烯为基体,醋酸锌为锌源,采用溶胶法制备导热散热膜,并将导热散热膜采用PET膜进行背膜加固;
3)将步骤1)中制得的双面胶撕除一侧的离型纸对导热散热膜进行背胶加固,既得基于石墨烯散的散热膜。
