Abstract

一种全新的剥切方法,主要是用于蔬菜类材质较软的物料剥切设备的开发,解决了柔性物料剥切无法固定和形状不确定而不利于剥切技术问题,本方法是通过输送带的挤压运动,以及输送带根据物料自动调整来实现剥切。

一种全新的剥切方法
一、技术领域:
本发明主要应用于柔软材质如蔬菜的剥切,把圆形或是类圆形的物料切制成一张薄片,本方法可以用来发展相应设备以代替现有的以手工切制或是以手工辅助类剥切机的相关设备,以达到提高生产效率与卫生要求的目的。
二、背景技术
目前主要是人工切制,工人一手在案板上按住物料,一手持刀在物料切线方向使刀做往复运动,同时按住物料的手向回拉物料使物料在案板上滚动,二手配合把一根物料剥切成一张片。这种切法对工人技术要求很高,且效率很低,在切制过程中工人很容易划伤手即不卫生也对工人造成伤害,在有些企业内工人手上全是伤口;目前有相关设备在售,技术上是采用切制的刀自动化,但还需人工滚动物料切制。
三、发明内容
本方法可以用于开发一种设备完全代替现有的人工切制,目前实验的效率是人工切制的3倍,是现有设备的2倍。
该方法能够对材质较柔软的物料进行剥切,并且能根据物料的大小与形状自我调整,达到对众多物料的剥切,剥切过程无需手工辅助。本方法主要是通过上下二条输送带夹带物料自转同时沿一条输送带方向位移,位移到剥切刀具上产生剥切效果;位于上面的挤压输送带随着物料的大小与形状进行自我调整,以达到与物料最大面积的接触的目的。
四、附图说明
附图1为该方法的示意图,以下为附图数字编号对应部件的名称1-挤压输送带、2-剥切刀具、3-承载输送带、4-被切物料。挤压输送转动产生和线速为U2,承载输送带生的线速度为U1。刀具在物料截面的切线方向固定,并且在输送带运动垂直方向往复运动。
附图2为挤压输送带自动根据物料自我调整示意图,数字编号及对应的部件名称为5-支撑固定架,6-连结杆、7-垂直轴承、8-平行轴承、9-输送带架。输送带可以根据左右摇摆和上下开合,实现与物料大小与形状的自我适应;它可以根据被切物料的大小与形状调整,当物料大时可以抬高,当物料二端有不同大小时可以通过以连接杆为中心旋转来调整适于物料。
五、具体实施方式
把物料置入上下2条输送带之间,上为挤压输送带,下为承载输送带,输送带同为顺时针方向转动,挤压输送带的线速度为U2,承载输送的速度为U1。当物料输处于送带输送之间时,将会随着输送带转动被迫自转。当U1>U2物料在自转时同时也在沿U1方向移动,当移动到刀具位置时,将从物料截面的切线方向进行切割,从而完成对物料剥切。轴承7在输送带垂直安装,可以实现自由上下开合动作,轴承8与输送带平行安装,可以实现沿连结杆为中心左右摇摆。

1.一种全新的剥切方法,主要是通过上下二条输送带夹带物料自转同时沿一条输送带方向位移,位移到剥切刀具上产生剥切效果;位于上面的挤压输送带随着物料的大小与形状进行自我调整,以达到与物料最大面积的接触的目的。
2.根据权力要求1其特征在于该方法能够对材质较柔软的物料进行剥切,并切能根据物料的大小与形状自我调整,能适应众多物料。
3.根据权力要求1其特征在于当物料处于上下二条输送之间时,承载输送带以其线速度U1运动,位于上部的挤压输送带以其线速度U2同向运动,使物料在二条输送带之间产生自转,当U1大于U2时物料会在U1方向产生位移,当物料运动到刀具时产生剥切效果。
