The eccentric clamp adopted in the traditional process is shown in fig. 5 and 6, the elastic openings are distributed in the parallel direction with the eccentricity of the eccentric part, and the eccentric distance is out of tolerance after the part is machined due to stress deformation of the clamp in the machining process, and meanwhile, the size of the turning excircle cannot be guaranteed, so that the machining effect of the eccentric part is seriously affected.
