The spray painting and dust removing box for the plastic parts is characterized by comprising a bracket (1), a dust removing device and a sealing cover (2), wherein the dust removing device is arranged on the bracket (1), the sealing cover (2) is arranged above the dust removing device, and an air supply opening (201) and an air exhaust opening (202) are respectively arranged on the sealing cover (2); the dust removing device comprises a machine body (3), a servo mechanism (4) is arranged above the machine body (3), an air draft following mechanism (5), an air gun swinging mechanism (6), a lifting mechanism (7) and a discharging mechanism (8) are arranged in the machine body (3), a feeding door (301) is arranged at the front side of the machine body (3), and a discharging door (302) is arranged at the bottom of the machine body (3); the air draft following mechanism (5) comprises two air draft assemblies which are symmetrically arranged in the machine body (3), each air draft assembly comprises a connecting arm (501), a frame body (502), an air draft opening (503) and two telescopic covers (504), the frame body (502) is horizontally arranged in the machine body (3), the air draft opening (503) is arranged in the middle of the frame body (502) and can slide along the frame body (502), the two telescopic covers (504) are respectively arranged on two sides of the frame body (502), the air draft opening (503) is communicated with the air draft opening (202) through the telescopic covers (504), the connecting arms (501) are vertically arranged, the top of each connecting arm (501) is connected with the servo mechanism (4), and the bottom of each connecting arm is clamped with the air draft opening (503); the air gun swinging mechanism (6) comprises an electrostatic air gun (601) and a swinging assembly, the swinging assembly is arranged between the two connecting arms (501), the electrostatic air gun (601) is arranged below the swinging assembly, and the electrostatic air gun (601) is communicated with the air supply port (201); the lifting mechanism (7) is arranged in the middle of the discharging door (302), the lifting mechanism (7) comprises a mounting plate (701), a driving air cylinder (702), a lever (703), a lifting plate (704), a mounting seat (705) and a jig frame (706), the mounting plate (701) is vertically arranged at the bottom in the machine body (3), the lever (703) is arranged at one side of the mounting plate (701), the middle of the lever (703) is hinged with the middle of the mounting plate (701), one end of the lever (703) is provided with a roller (707), the driving air cylinder (702) is obliquely arranged, the cylinder body of the driving air cylinder (702) is hinged with the top of the mounting plate (701), the air rod of the driving air cylinder (702) is hinged with one end, far away from the roller (707), the lifting plate (704) is horizontally arranged above the roller (707), the lifting plate (704) is abutted against the roller (707), the mounting seat (705) is arranged above the lifting plate (705), the jig frame (706) is arranged on the mounting seat (705), and the air gun (706) is positioned below the electrostatic gun (706). The machine body (3) is further provided with a lifting device (9), the lifting device (9) comprises a lifting cylinder (901) and a sucker (902), the lifting cylinder (901) is vertically arranged above the machine body (3), the sucker (902) is arranged on an air rod of the lifting cylinder (901), and the sucker (902) is positioned right above one of the two frame bodies (502) close to the frame body (502) of the feeding door (301); the servo mechanism (4) comprises a servo motor (401), a screw rod (402) and a movable seat (403), wherein the servo motor (401) is arranged above the machine body (3), the screw rod (402) is horizontally arranged at one end of the servo motor (401), the movable seat (403) is sleeved on the screw rod (402), the servo motor (401) is in transmission connection with the movable seat (403) through the screw rod (402), and the top of the connecting arm (501) is connected with the movable seat (403); a safety grating detection device (10) is arranged on the outer side of the feeding door (301); one end of the dust removing device is provided with an electric box (11), and the electric box (11) is connected with the bracket (1).

The plastic part spray painting and dust removing box according to claim 1, wherein the swinging assembly comprises a connecting plate (602), a connecting rod (603), a swinging rod (604) and two swinging air cylinders (605), the connecting plate (602) is horizontally arranged between the two connecting arms (501), the connecting rod (603) is vertically arranged at the lower end of the connecting plate (602), the swinging rod (604) is horizontally arranged, the middle part of the swinging rod is hinged with the bottom of the connecting rod (603), the electrostatic air gun (601) is arranged below the swinging rod (604), the two swinging air cylinders (605) are vertically arranged on two sides of the connecting rod (603) respectively, a cylinder body of the swinging air cylinders (605) is connected with the connecting plate (602), and the air rods of the swinging air cylinders (605) are located right above the swinging rod (604).
3. A plastic part spray painting and dust removing box as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the number of the electrostatic air guns (601) is two, and the two electrostatic air guns (601) are respectively arranged at two ends of the swinging rod (604).

A plastic part spray-painting and dust-removing box as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the lifting plate (704) is provided with at least two guide posts (708), the guide posts (708) penetrate through the lifting plate (704), and the guide posts (708) are connected with the machine body (3).

A plastic part spray painting and dust removing box as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the two sides of the movable seat (403) are provided with guide units, the guide units comprise a slide rail (404) and a slide block (405), the slide rail (404) is parallel to the screw rod (402), the slide rail (404) is arranged above the machine body (3), the slide block (405) is arranged on the slide rail (404) and slides along the slide rail (404), and the slide block (405) is connected with the movable seat (403).
6. A plastic part spray dust box according to claim 1, characterized in that the discharge mechanism (8) is located between the discharge door (302) and the jig frame (706).
