Background
The ion fresh air deodorization equipment is discharged by an ion generator to ionize partial oxygen molecules in the air to generate a large amount of positive and negative oxygen ions, and the ions carry extremely high energy to form the fresh air containing oxygen ions. Then the fresh air containing a large amount of oxygen ions is sent to the indoor through a high-pressure fan in the ion fresh air deodorization equipment, indoor odor molecules and oxygen ion groups can be oxidized in a very short time after being mixed, so that pollution odor factors such as methyl mercaptan, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, ethers, amines and the like are decomposed, and stable and harmless micromolecules such as carbon dioxide, water and the like are generated, thereby achieving the purposes of air purification, deodorization and the like.
The air inlet of the ion fresh air deodorization equipment is divided into two parts, one part is outdoor fresh air, the outdoor fresh air is sucked in when the equipment runs, the air is ionized through an ion generator, and then the fresh air containing oxygen ions is sent to the indoor; the other part is the original indoor air, and the switching or proportion of the indoor air and the outdoor air can be controlled by an electric air valve; when air and ion generator contact, in order to avoid the suspended particles impurity in the air to cause the influence to ion generator, set up filter module in the intake pipe, and current filter module that admits air is difficult to adjust according to the impurity change in the air.

Preferably, a screw 18 and a guide post 19 are arranged in the mounting seat 9 along the axial direction of the hollow tube 7, the screw 18 is in threaded connection with the sliding seat 14, one end of the screw 18 is in transmission connection with a motor 20 in the mounting seat 9, the motor 20 is isolated, the other end of the screw 18 is connected with a bearing seat in the mounting seat 9, and the guide post 19 passes through the sliding seat 14.
Preferably, a groove is formed in one side of the turnover plate 10 of the sliding seat 14 along the radial direction of the hollow tube 7, one end of the trigger plate 13 is inserted into the groove, and a spring 21 is arranged between the trigger plate 13 and the bottom wall of the groove.

Preferably, a maintenance hole communicated with the mounting seat 9 is formed in the side wall of the hollow pipe 7, and a sealing cover 25 for opening and closing the maintenance hole is arranged on the outer side of the hollow pipe 7.
Preferably, the main outlet pipe 3 is communicated with an outlet pipe 26, and an outlet air valve 27 is arranged on the outlet pipe 26.
The specific embodiment is as follows: the ion fresh air deodorization equipment disclosed by the invention can be arranged in a garbage loading and transporting station, air inlets at the tail ends of the branch air inlet pipes 4 are respectively arranged in a discharge workshop, a transfer workshop and the outside, and outlets of the branch air pipes 26 are respectively arranged in the discharge workshop and the transfer workshop; the ion generator, the fan, the motor and the like are controlled by a PLC control system, and the control button is arranged in the electric control cabinet.
When the air purifier is in a normal condition with few particulate impurities in the air, as shown in fig. 2, an arrow in the figure indicates a gas flow direction, at this time, the adjustable filter screen 11 is in a horizontal state and is vertically connected with the turnover plate 10, the turnover plate 10 extends into the mounting seat 9, the upper end face of the adjustable filter screen 11 is lower than the upper end face of the inclined plane 17, the trigger plate 13 and the sliding seat 14 are located at the near end of the main filter screen 8, and the guide plate 22 on the turnover plate 10 is located at one side of the trigger plate 13.
When the adjustable filter screen 11 is required to work, as shown in fig. 3, an arrow in the figure indicates a movement direction of the adjustable filter screen 11, the motor 20 drives the screw rod 18 to rotate so as to enable the sliding seat 14 to move towards one side of the turnover plate 10, and after the upper portion of the trigger plate 13 is contacted with the turnover plate 10, the trigger plate 13 pushes the adjustable filter screen 11 to gradually stand up and move towards the main filter screen 8.
The turning-over state of the adjustable filter screen 11 is shown in fig. 4, the arrow in the figure shows the moving direction of the sliding seat 14, at this time, the adjustable filter screen 11 is in a state of inclining towards the main filter screen 8, under the action of the counterweight block 24, the adjustable filter screen 11 cannot turn over due to the air flow, the trigger plate 13 is extruded by the guide plate 22 and moves towards the sliding seat 14, so that the sliding seat 14 can continue to move to drive other adjustable filter screens 11 until the trigger plate 13 is separated from the turning-over plate 10, and at this time, the lower part of the turning-over plate 10 is still in the mounting seat 9, so that when the trigger plate 13 moves towards the main filter screen 8, the adjustable filter screen 11 can be driven to turn over towards the far end of the main filter screen 8, so as.
