In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the guide assembly 5 includes an elastic member 51, one end of the elastic member 51 is connected to the arm support 2, the other end of the elastic member 51 is connected to the support assembly 3, and the arm support 2 is turned over to press the elastic member 51 and drive the support assembly 3 to turn over.
As shown in fig. 9 and 12, in this embodiment, the guiding assembly 5 includes an elastic member 51, wherein one end of the elastic member 51 is connected to the arm support 2, and one end of the elastic member 51 is directly or indirectly connected to the supporting assembly 3, when the arm support 2 moves from the flat position to the reversed position, the elastic member 51 connected to the arm support 2 is compressed to generate an elastic force, and the supporting assembly 3 rotates under the elastic force generated by the elastic member 51 to abut against the ground. By providing the resilient member 51, an efficient rotation of the support member 3 is further ensured. Specifically, the elastic member 51 is a nitrogen spring.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the guide assembly 5 further comprises a mounting plate 52, a first guide bearing 53 and a first guide rod 54, wherein the mounting plate 52 is connected with the arm frame 2 through an elastic member 51; the first guide bearing 53 is provided on the mounting plate 52; one end of the first guide rod 54 is sleeved in the first guide bearing 53, the other end of the first guide rod 54 is connected with the support component 3, and the arm support 2 is overturned and drives the support component 3 to move towards the bottom of the vehicle body 1 through the first guide bearing 53 and the first guide rod 54.
As shown in fig. 9, in this embodiment, the guiding assembly 5 further includes a mounting plate 52, a first guiding bearing 53 and a first guiding rod 54, wherein the mounting plate 52 is connected to the arm support 2 through an elastic member 51, that is, one end of the elastic member 51 is connected to the arm support 2, and the other end of the elastic member 51 is fixedly mounted on the mounting plate 52. The mounting plate 52 is provided with a first guide hole, the first guide bearing 53 is mounted on the mounting plate 52 corresponding to the first guide hole, one end of the first guide rod 54 passes through the first guide hole and is sleeved in the first guide bearing 53, and the other end of the first guide rod 54 is connected with the support component 3. Specifically, the other end of the first guide rod 54 is connected to the first support 31, wherein the first guide rod 54 can slide with respect to the first guide bearing 53. When the arm support 2 is turned from the flat position to the turning position, the arm support 2 drives the elastic member 51 connected thereto to move, and at the same time, the elastic member 51 drives the support assembly 3 to rotate through the first guide bearing 53 and the first guide rod 54 connected to the mounting plate 52. Under the cooperation of the elastic member 51, the mounting plate 52, the first guide bearing 53 and the first guide rod 54, the support assembly 3 can be turned over at a predetermined angle, and in addition, the support assembly 3 can be smoothly rotated.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the guide assembly 5 further includes a second guide bearing 55 and a second guide rod 56, the second guide bearing 55 is connected to the arm support 2, one end of the second guide rod 56 is sleeved in the second guide bearing 55, and the other end of the second guide rod 56 is connected to the mounting plate 52.
As shown in fig. 9, in this embodiment, the guide assembly 5 further includes a second guide bearing 55 and a second guide rod 56, the second guide bearing 55 is fixedly connected to the arm support 2, one end of the second guide rod 56 is sleeved in the second guide bearing 55, and the other end of the second guide rod 56 is connected to the mounting plate 52. Wherein, first guide bearing 53, second guide bar 56 and elastic component 51 set gradually on mounting panel 52, and in the transmission, elastic component 51 among the guide assembly 5 can provide elasticity, and then makes supporting component 3 rotate, and first guide bearing 53, first guide bar 54, second guide bearing 55 and second guide bar 56 cooperate jointly to make supporting component 3 rotate according to the predetermined direction, prevent that supporting component 3 from taking place to deflect and can't effectively contact with the ground in the rotation process.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the number of the elastic member 51, the first guide bar 54 and the second guide bar 56 is plural in one-to-one correspondence.
As shown in fig. 9 and 12, in this embodiment, the number of the elastic members 51, the first guide rods 54 and the second guide rods 56 is a plurality of one-to-one correspondence, of course, the number of the first guide rods 54 and the first guide bearings 53 is a one-to-one correspondence, and the number of the second guide rods 56 and the second guide bearings 55 is a one-to-one correspondence, and by providing a plurality of elastic members 51, the first guide rods 54 and the second guide rods 56, the support assembly 3 can be smoothly rotated, and the situation that the support assembly cannot be effectively abutted against the ground due to deflection in the rotation process is prevented. Specifically, the number of the elastic members 51 is two, two elastic members 51 are disposed in the middle of the mounting plate 52, the number of the first guide bars 54 is two, two first guide bars 54 are disposed at the ends of the mounting plate 52, the second guide bar 56 is disposed in the middle of the first guide bars 54 and the elastic members 51, and the second guide bar 56 is coupled to the mounting plate 52.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the wallboard handling vehicle 8 preferably further includes a clamp assembly 6, wherein the clamp assembly 6 is movably disposed on the boom 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in this embodiment, the wallboard handling vehicle 8 further includes a clamping assembly 6, the clamping assembly 6 is movably disposed on the arm support 2, when the arm support 2 is driven by the driving member 4 to turn over, the clamping assembly 6 and the arm support 2 turn over at the same time, and in addition, the clamping assembly 6 can also rotate relative to the arm support 2, so as to clamp each wallboard by adjusting the clamping angle.
