Abstract

本发明涉及一种柴油机涡轮增压系统,该系统在 法国梅尔希奥尔提出的旁通补燃系统的基础上,在其 旁通阀与补燃室之间增设一个回热器,同时增设一个 动力涡轮和控制阀。动力涡轮输出轴与柴油机曲轴 耦合共同输出功率。该系统能改善低速扭矩特性,降 低油耗,降低排气温度,减少红外线辐射,提高舰艇隐 蔽性。

Description

本发明属内燃机,特别适用于船用或车用柴油机涡轮增压系统场合。
法国梅尔希奥尔(Jean Melchior)于1968年提出了旁通补燃系统(Hyperbar System)(图1中的1-2-3-4-5-6部分),该发明虽然解决了柴油机高增压后的启动特性,也使发动机具有良好的低速大扭矩特性,但整个发动机系统的经济性下降,涡轮增压器处在一种十分接近不稳定区域状态下运转,由于排气能量及温度的增加,导致红外幅射和热幅射的增加,使舰艇、车辆的隐蔽性下降。
针对上述现有技术存在的缺点,本发明提供一种回热补燃式涡轮增压系统,以回收涡轮排气中的部分能量,提高整个发动机的输出功率。
本发明回热补燃式系统如图1所示,它由压气机1、中间冷却器5、柴油机6、旁通阀3、补燃室4、膨胀涡轮2构成,在旁通阀3与补燃室4之间设一个回热器7,它与3、4分别连通,并设动力涡轮8,其入口通过控制阀9与膨胀涡轮2入口连通,其出口与膨胀涡轮2的出口连通,动力涡轮8的输出轴与柴油机6的曲轴相耦合。本系统的工作过程为,由压气机1排出的压缩空气,一部分经中间冷却器5进入柴油机6,另一部分经旁通阀3进入回热器7,在此吸收从膨胀涡轮2动力涡轮8排出的废气热量,然后进入补燃室4,从补燃室4排出的高温燃气与从柴油机6排气阀排出的废气汇合后,一部分进入膨胀涡轮2进行膨胀输出功率,其排气引入回热器7,经热交换后排入大气,另一部分经控制阀9进入动力涡轮8,在涡轮内膨胀输出功率。动力涡轮轴与柴油机6的曲轴相耦合,共同输出功率,动力涡轮8的排气与膨胀涡轮2的排气汇合后进回热器7,经热交换后排入大气。
图1为本发明回热补燃式涡轮增压系统图。
本发明的优点:(一)发动机的低速扭矩特性得到明显改善,(二)在低负荷工况下,其燃烧条件明显好转,排气烟度较低,(三)燃油消耗率降低,(四)可降低排气温度,减少红外线辐射,提高舰艇的隐蔽性。

Claims (1)

1、一种补燃式涡轮增压系统,由压气机(1)、中间冷却器(5)、柴油机(6)、旁通阀(3)、补燃室(4)和膨胀涡轮(2)组成,其特征为在所述旁通阀(3)与补燃室(4)之间设一个回热器(7),它与(3)、(4)分别连通,设动力涡轮(8),其入口通过控制阀(9)与膨胀涡轮(2)入口连通,其出口与膨胀涡轮(2)出口连通,动力涡轮(8)的输出轴与柴油机(6)的曲轴相耦合。
