the shunt belt wheel E351 is connected with the auxiliary shunt belt wheel E352 through a shunt belt E350 to form a belt transmission mechanism; the auxiliary shunt belt wheel E352 is fixed at one end of a ninth conveying shaft E490, and the ninth conveying shaft E490 is rotatably assembled with two shunt shaft plates E183 fixed on the shunt support plate E181 respectively;
third rubber impellers E530 are respectively arranged on the parts, located between the two split shaft plates E183, of the ninth conveying shaft E490, and third rubber blades E531 are respectively arranged on the third rubber impellers E530 in the circumferential direction. Preferably, the third rubber blade E531 is provided only on not more than half of the circumference of the third rubber impeller E530.
The fifth conveying wheel E4511 is mounted on the fifth conveying shaft E451, and the fifth conveying wheel E4511 is provided only at a position not overlapping with the third rubber impeller E530, specifically, the fifth conveying wheel E4511 does not overlap with the third rubber impeller E530 in a projection view in the sheet conveying direction. That is, the fifth conveying wheel E4511 is not provided at a position corresponding to the third rubber impeller E530. The design is that when the main page and the sub page of the driver's license are conveyed, the main page directly enters between the fifth conveying wheel E4511 and the fifth sub conveying wheel E4521, and the sub page enters between the third rubber impeller E530 and the conveying bottom plate E130.
The fifth auxiliary conveying wheel E4521 is installed on the fifth auxiliary conveying shaft E452, and the fifth auxiliary conveying wheel E4521 and the fifth conveying wheel E4511 are correspondingly installed and matched so as to clamp the homepage for conveying. At this time, the shunt motor is not operated, and thus the sub page does not move in synchronization with the main page, thereby completing the shunt.
The fifth conveying shaft E451 and the fifth auxiliary conveying shaft E452 are further provided with a third diversion gear E363 and a first diversion gear E361 respectively, the third diversion gear E363 and the first diversion gear E361 are meshed with each other, the first diversion gear E361 is meshed with the second diversion gear E362 for transmission, the second diversion gear E362 is meshed with the fourth diversion gear E364 for transmission, and the fourth diversion gear E364 is meshed with the fifth diversion gear E365 for transmission;
the second diversion gear E362, the fourth diversion gear E364 and the fifth diversion gear E365 are respectively arranged on a sixth conveying shaft E460, a seventh conveying shaft E471 and a seventh auxiliary conveying shaft E472, the seventh conveying shaft E471 and the seventh auxiliary conveying shaft E472 are respectively provided with a seventh conveying wheel E4711 and a seventh auxiliary conveying wheel E4721, and the seventh conveying wheel E4711 and the seventh auxiliary conveying wheel E4721 are mutually matched to clamp and convey a main page and an auxiliary page;
a conveying guide plate E160 is installed between the fifth conveying shaft E451 and the seventh conveying shaft E471, both ends of the conveying guide plate E160 are respectively assembled and fixed with the conveying side plate E110, a conveying detection channel E133 is formed between the conveying guide plate E160 and the conveying bottom plate E130, and the height of the conveying detection channel E133 in the paper running direction gradually decreases. This design is mainly for the convenience of the main page and the sub page entering between the seventh delivery wheel E4711 and the seventh sub delivery wheel E4721.
A sixth conveying transmitter and a sixth conveying receiver of a sixth conveying sensor E660 are further mounted on two sides of the conveying detection channel E133 respectively, and the sixth conveying sensor E660 is the same as the first conveying shaft; at least two of the sixth conveyance sensor E660 and the fifth conveyance sensor E650 are installed on a path through which the main page and the sub page pass, respectively.
When the homepage enters the conveying detection channel E133, the corresponding sixth conveying receiver loses the electric signal, and the homepage is judged to enter between the seventh conveying wheel E4711 and the seventh auxiliary conveying wheel E4721, and at the moment, the cutting motor E240 stops running; and the film taking module F moves the sucker downwards into the bag containing groove E101, takes out the plastic bag and moves upwards to a position where the opening of the plastic bag is opposite to the homepage, and the signal of the second film taking sensor F520 is interrupted at the moment to judge that the plastic bag is taken out in place. And then the cutting motor E240 is continuously started, so that the homepage is input into the plastic package bag through the seventh conveying wheel E4711 and the seventh auxiliary conveying wheel E4721, the plastic package bag and the homepage are pushed into the plastic package conveying channel E134, the light beam of a seventh receiver of the seventh conveying sensor E670 is blocked, so that the seventh receiver loses signals, the CPU judges that the plastic package bag and the homepage enter the plastic package conveying channel E134, and then the plastic package module performs heating, plastic package and output.
After the plastic package module G carries out plastic package and output on the main page, the shunt motor E220 operates, the sub-page is conveyed to a position between a seventh conveying wheel E4711 and a seventh sub-conveying wheel E4721 through a third rubber impeller E530, and at the moment, a sixth conveying receiver signal of another sixth conveying sensor is lost, and the sub-page is judged to move to a position between the seventh conveying wheel E4711 and the seventh sub-conveying wheel E4721; and then the CPU starts a cutting motor, so that the seventh conveying wheel E4711 and the seventh auxiliary conveying wheel E4721 convey the auxiliary leaves to the plastic package module G, and finally the auxiliary leaves directly pass through the plastic package module G to be output.
Referring to fig. 36 to 38, the plastic package module G includes a plastic package top plate G410, a plastic package guide plate G411 is disposed on the plastic package top plate G410, a plastic package transmission channel E134 is formed between the plastic package guide plate G411 and the transmission bottom plate E130, and the height of the plastic package transmission channel E134 is gradually reduced in the transmission direction of the driver's license homepage;
two seventh conveying sensors E670 are respectively installed between the plastic packaging guide plate G411 and the conveying bottom plate E130 and at positions corresponding to the plastic packaging conveying channel E134, and the two seventh conveying sensors E670 are respectively used for detecting whether the main page and the auxiliary page pass through or not.
Two ends of the plastic package top plate G410 are respectively fixed on the plastic package side plate G210, and the plastic package side plate G210 is fixed on the conveying side plate E110; a first plastic package shaft G510 and a second plastic package shaft G520 are further respectively mounted between the two plastic package side plates G210 and near the plastic package conveying channel E134, one ends of the first plastic package shaft G510 and the second plastic package shaft G520 are respectively provided with a first plastic package gear G421 and a second plastic package gear G422 which are in meshed transmission, the other end of the first plastic package shaft G510 is provided with a secondary plastic package belt wheel G612, and the secondary plastic package belt wheel G612 is connected with the plastic package belt wheel G611 through a plastic package belt G610 to form a belt transmission mechanism;
the plastic package belt pulley G611 is installed on a plastic package motor shaft G311, the plastic package motor shaft G311 is installed on a plastic package motor G310, and the plastic package motor G310 is fixed on a plastic package top plate G410. After the plastic package motor G310 is started, the plastic package motor shaft G311 can be driven to rotate circumferentially.
The first plastic package shaft G510 and the second plastic package shaft G520 are also respectively provided with a first plastic package wheel G511 and a second plastic package wheel G521, and the first plastic package wheel G511 and the second plastic package wheel G521 are mutually matched to clamp and convey the plastic package sleeve provided with the homepage, so that the plastic package sleeve provided with the homepage is conveyed into the plastic package gap G101 for heating and plastic package; the upper side and the lower side (two end faces of the plastic package bag) of the plastic package gap G101 are respectively provided with a first heating strip G110 and a second heating strip G120, the first heating strip G110 and the second heating strip G120 are in heat conduction connection with the heating wire, so that the heating wire is electrified to generate heat and then transmits the heat to the first heating strip G110 and the second heating strip G120, and then the first heating strip G110 and the second heating strip G120 compress the plastic package bag and heat the plastic package.
The plastic package gap G101 is far away from one end of the cutting module and is provided with a discharge guide plate G130, and the discharge guide plate G130 is used for conveying the homepage after plastic package to a discharge shield 450. The sub-sheet passes through the mold gap G101 and is directly conveyed into the discharge shroud 450 through the discharge guide plate G130 to be discharged.
All signals are input into the controller for analysis, all control signals are sent by the controller, all data calculation is processed by the controller, the controller of the embodiment adopts a CPU, and of course, the controller can also be an MCU, a PLC and the like.
In this embodiment, the first rubber blade, the second rubber blade and the third rubber blade are all made of elastic rubber materials.
Referring to fig. 49-50, the applicant has devised a recycling module to solve this problem, since the certificates are thrown directly into the recycling bin during recycling of the used certificates, which may lead to the old certificates being scattered in the recycling bin, thereby seriously affecting the storage capacity of the recycling bin.
The recycling module comprises a recycling box 440, the recycling box 440 is divided into a recycling storage cavity 441 and an isolation cavity 442 by a recycling partition plate 444, a penetrating pressing sliding groove 443 is formed in the side wall of the recycling storage cavity 441, the pressing sliding groove 443 and an overturning shaft 621 can be assembled in a sliding mode in the vertical direction, one end of the overturning shaft 621 penetrates through one pressing sliding groove 443 and then is assembled with a first pressing sliding block 661, the other end of the overturning shaft 621 penetrates through the other pressing sliding groove 443 and a second pressing sliding block 662 and then is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a rotary motor 620, and the rotary motor 620 can drive the overturning shaft 621 to rotate 180 degrees in a reciprocating mode. The rotary motor 620 of the present embodiment employs a stepping motor, which has a braking function.
The first pressing slider 661 and the second pressing slider 662 are respectively assembled and fixed with the first pressing belt 640 and the second pressing belt 650, and the first pressing belt 640 respectively bypasses the first pressing belt wheel 641 and the first auxiliary pressing belt wheel 642 to form a belt transmission mechanism; the second pressing belt 650 is wound around the second pressing pulley 651 and the second sub-pressing pulley 622, respectively, to form a belt transmission mechanism;
the first secondary compression pulley 642 is mounted on a first pulley shaft 671, the first pulley shaft 671 is rotatably assembled with the recovery tank, the second secondary compression pulley 622 is mounted on a second pulley shaft 672, and the second pulley shaft 671 is rotatably assembled with the recovery tank 440;
the first pressing belt wheel 641 and the second pressing belt wheel 651 are respectively mounted on the pressing driving shaft 630, one end of the pressing driving shaft 630 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the pressing motor 610, and the pressing motor 610 can drive the pressing driving shaft 630 to rotate positively and negatively.
The part of the turning shaft 621, which is located in the recycling storage cavity 441, is fixed on a pressing plate mounting block 720, the pressing plate mounting block 720 is fixed on a pressing plate 710, the pressing plate 710 is formed by pressing a first pressing plate 711 and a second pressing plate 712, a reset hole 701 is formed in the pressing plate 710, a spring 820 is installed in the reset hole 701, the spring 820 is sleeved on an induction rod 810, a limiting ring 811 is arranged on the part of the induction rod 810, which is located in the reset hole 701, and the spring 820 is arranged between the limiting ring 811 and the end face of the reset hole 701;
the sensing rod 810 has one end fixedly assembled with the sensing plate 730 and the other end opposite to the pressure input end of the pressure sensor 740, so that the sensing rod 810 can apply pressure to the pressure sensor, and the pressure sensor can obtain pressure input. The pressure sensors are at least four and are uniformly distributed on the pressure plate 710.
In use, the platen 710 is in the position of FIG. 49 with its width oriented vertically, thereby preventing the old document from falling. When the old certificate needs to be pressed, the rotary motor 620 is started, the pressing plate 710 is driven to rotate in a reciprocating mode, the pressing motor 610 is started, the pressing plate 710 moves downwards until the pressure sensors detect pressure, the pressing motor 610 stops running, then the pressing plate 710 rotates in a reciprocating mode for 8-10 circles, the thickness direction of the pressing plate 710 is located in the vertical direction, the pressing motor 610 is started, the pressing plate 710 continues to move downwards until the pressure sensors 740 detect that the pressure reaches preset values, the CPU judges that the old certificate is pressed, then the pressing plate 710 moves upwards to the position shown in the figure 49, and the state is recovered to the state shown in the figure 49. This way the storage capacity of the recovery tank can be greatly increased.

1. A control method of a self-service driver license issuing machine is used for controlling the self-service driver license issuing machine and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, inputting an instruction for printing the driver license through the touch of the display, wherein the instruction is classified as a license exchange or new printing;
s2, if the printing is new, inputting relevant information according to the indication of the display screen;
if the driver license is changed, the CPU controls the display to display that the old driver license is over against the camera to acquire the image of the driver license, and the information in the image is identified after the image is acquired;
s3, the CPU collects the head portrait of the user through the binocular camera according to a preset program, then inputs the head portrait into the CPU for face recognition, simultaneously reads the identity information of the user through the identity card information reader, then compares the recognized face image with the face image recorded by the public security bureau, and if the recognized face image passes the identity information, the next step is carried out and the face image is transmitted to the first printer to be ready for printing;
s4, the user confirms the input information, the CPU controls the paper feeding module to feed the template paper into the rotating module, the second rotating sensor of the rotating module detects the signal and judges the paper input, and the paper input is judged until the first rotating sensor obtains the signal, the paper input is judged to be complete, and the paper stops moving at the moment;
s5, arranging a bar code or a two-dimensional code on the paper, wherein the bar code or the two-dimensional code carries the serial number of the paper template, and a scanner arranged in the rotary module reads the bar code or the two-dimensional code on the paper, so that the serial number of the paper template is identified and is sent to the controller for comparison and storage; after the identification is finished, the rotating module sends the paper into a first reversing channel of the reversing module, and then the paper is sent into a first printer for printing through the reversing module;
s6, after the first printing of the first printer is finished, the paper is returned to the first reversing outlet of the first reversing channel, and the second reversing sensor at the first reversing outlet detects the input of the paper, so that the first printing is judged to be finished; then reversely inputting the paper into a rotating channel of the rotating module; the second rotary sensor obtains the signal again, the rotary module reversely and completely sends the paper into the rotary channel of the second rotary sensor, and the paper is stopped to be conveyed until the first rotary sensor detects the signal again;
s7, the rotating module drives the paper to rotate 180 degrees, so that the paper is turned over, then the paper is conveyed to the first reversing channel again, and then the paper is conveyed to the first printer through the reversing module, so that the first printer prints the back side of the driver license; after the first printer finishes printing, the paper is conveyed to the first reversing channel and then completely returned to the rotating channel, and the rotating module carries the paper to reversely rotate 180 degrees, so that the front side of the paper faces upwards;
s8, a second reversing motor of the reversing module drives the reversing plate to rotate, so that the first reversing channel is closed, the second reversing channel is opened, and then the paper is conveyed to the second reversing channel and conveyed to a paper feeding port of a second printer through the reversing module;
s9, the second printer prints the certificate photo of the user on the homepage of the driver certificate, and then the paper is conveyed to the cutting module;
and S10, cutting the main page and the auxiliary page by the cutting module, discharging the main page and the auxiliary page into the discharge protective cover, and discharging the main page and the auxiliary page into the workpiece taking cavity through the discharge channel under the action of gravity.

The control method according to claim 1, further comprising S11, loading the main page into the plastic film: the film taking module sucks and opens the plastic packaging bag, the opening faces to the homepage, the homepage moves into the plastic packaging bag and then is conveyed to the plastic packaging film block, the plastic packaging film block heats and plastically packages the plastic packaging bag, then the plastic packaging bag is discharged into the discharge protective cover from the discharge port of the plastic packaging module, and finally the plastic packaging bag is discharged into the workpiece taking cavity through the discharge channel under the action of gravity; the auxiliary leaf directly passes through the plastic package membrane block and then falls to the part taking cavity from the discharge protective cover and the discharge channel.

The control method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of: s12, if the driver license leather sheath needs to be purchased, the bank card is inserted into the IC card reader-writer, the information of the bank card is read, then the password is input through the password keyboard for payment, and after the payment is successful, the leather sheath is output to the discharge channel from the issuing gap by the issuing module and then enters the pickup cavity.

The control method of claim 1, wherein S5 further includes: when the paper feeding module feeds paper into the rotary channel, the second rotary receiver is firstly shielded, so that an electric signal is lost, the CPU judges that the paper enters, then the rotary conveying motor is started to rotate forwards, so that the paper is conveyed to the position where the first rotary receiver is shielded, at the moment, the rotary conveying motor is stopped, the paper stops conveying, the CPU judges that the paper completely enters the rotary channel, then the scanner is started, the identification code on the paper is scanned, then the identification information is input into the CPU, and the CPU calls the database to compare and store the identification information in the hard disk; after the comparison is passed and stored, the rotary conveying motor is started to input the paper into the first reversing channel of the reversing module.
5. The control method of claim 1, wherein S5 further includes: when the paper enters the first reversing channel from the rotating module for the first time, the first reversing receiver is shielded, the CPU judges that the paper enters the first reversing channel, and then the reversing conveying motor is started, so that the first reversing conveying wheel and the second reversing conveying wheel are driven to convey the paper into the first printer for front printing.
6. The control method of claim 1, wherein S6-S7 includes:
after printing is finished, the paper returns to the outlet of the first reversing channel and shields the second reversing receiver; at the moment, the CPU judges that the front printing is finished, then controls the reversing conveying motor to reversely rotate to input the paper into the rotating channel, at the moment, the first rotating receiver is shielded, the CPU judges that the paper enters the rotating channel, then rotates the reversing conveying motor to reversely rotate, and sends the paper back into the rotating channel until the second rotating receiver is shielded;
at the moment, the rotary conveying motor stops, the paper stops being conveyed, the CPU controls the rotary motor to rotate forwards, then drives the rotary driving wheel and the rotary retaining wheel to rotate forwards by 180 degrees, so that the paper is turned over, the rotary conveying motor is started to rotate forwards again, the paper is input into the first reversing channel again, the reversing module inputs the paper into the first printer again, the first printer retreats the paper into the first reversing channel after the first printer finishes printing again, and then the reversing module sends the paper into a rotary outlet of the rotary channel and shields the first rotary receiver; at the moment, the printing is judged to be finished, then the rotary conveying motor is started to rotate reversely until the second rotary receiver loses signals, the rotary conveying motor stops, and then the rotary conveying motor is started to rotate reversely for 180 degrees so that the paper is reset and the front side of the paper faces upwards.
7. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the step S8 includes: the reversing motor drives the third reversing shaft to rotate, so that the reversing end plate of the reversing plate is driven to be arranged in the reversing through groove, the first reversing channel is closed, and the second reversing channel is opened; finally, the rotary conveying motor starts to rotate forwards, and the paper is input into the second reversing channel;
the reversing conveying motor starts to rotate positively, so that the paper is conveyed into a paper feeding port of the second printer through the rotation of the ninth reversing shaft and the seventh reversing shaft, and the paper is judged to pass through after the third reversing receiver is interrupted and receives light again, and the second printer prints the paper.
8. The control method of claim 3, wherein the step S12 further comprises: when the leather sheath is distributed, firstly, the distributing twisting motor runs to drive the fourth distributing wheel to rotate, the fourth distributing wheel scrapes the fixed part of the leather sheath of the driving license into the distributing gap through the distributing twisting teeth, the second distributing sensor detects an electric signal and judges that the leather sheath enters the distributing gap and is positioned at the second distributing sensor;
the CPU controls the stop of the delivery twisting and transmitting motor, the operation of the delivery extruding motor and the operation of the delivery conveying motor, and the delivery extruding motor drives the delivery push plate to move by the thickness displacement of one leather sheath, so that the rest leather sheaths are compressed;
the second dispensing shaft is driven by the dispensing conveying motor to rotate, so that the second dispensing wheel and the third dispensing wheel are matched to convey the leather sheath out of the dispensing gap.

The control method according to claim 1, wherein in S11, further comprising: when the plastic packaging bags need to be grabbed, the CPU controls the film fetching motor to rotate forwards, the film fetching screw rod rotates forwards to drive the film fetching driving plate to move downwards, and the film fetching connecting plate, the film fetching power plate and the film fetching slide block are driven to move towards the bagging groove in the length direction of the film fetching slide rail; until the film taking position contact end is contacted with the plastic package bag, and the film taking position contact end continuously descends to enable the film taking position contact end to be upwards extruded, at the moment, the film taking position sensing plate rotates by taking the pin shaft as the center, so that the film taking position sensing end rotates out, a film taking receiver of the fourth film taking sensor obtains an electric signal, and the CPU judges that the sucking disc is tightly pressed with the plastic package bag;
then the film taking motor is stopped, the air pump is started to generate negative pressure on the sucker, the sucker tightly sucks one side of the plastic package bag, the film taking motor is reversed, so that the sucker is driven to move upwards, namely the plastic package bag is driven to move upwards, and at the moment when the plastic package bag moves upwards, due to the inertia effect, the side, adsorbed by the sucker, of the plastic package bag, and the side, not adsorbed by the sucker, of the plastic package bag are opened, namely the plastic package bag is opened;
when the film taking sensing edge enters the film taking sensing groove of the second film taking sensor, the film taking receiver of the second film taking sensor loses signals, and the plastic packaging bag is judged to reach the bagging position;
the film taking motor stops rotating, the cutting module conveys the homepage of the driving license into the plastic packaging bag, then the plastic packaging bag and the homepage of the driving license are pushed to move towards the seventh conveying sensor until a light beam of a cutting receiver of the seventh conveying sensor is shielded, at the moment, the bag bagging is judged to be finished, and then the bag enters the plastic packaging module for plastic packaging;
and meanwhile, the film taking motor is reversed again, and the film taking sensing edge is driven to enter the film taking sensing groove of the first film taking sensor to complete reset.
10. The control method of claim 1, wherein S10 further includes:
s10.1, after the paper is printed by the second printer, the paper enters a receiving and sending channel, and after the paper enters the receiving and sending channel, a light beam of a first conveying receiver is shielded, so that the paper is lost in telecommunication, a CPU judges that the paper enters the receiving and sending channel, then controls a receiving and sending motor to operate to drive a receiving and sending motor shaft to rotate, so as to drive a first rubber impeller to rotate to send the paper into a transfer channel, when a signal of the first conveying receiver is recovered, the receiving and sending motor stops operating, and the CPU judges that the paper passes through the receiving and sending channel and completely enters the transfer channel;
s10.2, after the paper completely enters the transfer channel from the receiving and sending channel, the paper respectively enters the induction grooves of the second conveying sensor and the third conveying sensor, so that the receivers lose electric signals, and the CPU judges that the paper completely enters and does not incline;
judging that the paper inclines once one of the second conveying sensor and the third conveying sensor has a signal and the other one has no signal, reporting a fault by the CPU according to a preset program, and waiting for maintenance of the whole machine;
s10.3, after the paper enters the cutting channel, the paper enters a position between a fourth conveying transmitter and a fourth conveying receiver of a fourth conveying sensor, so that a signal of the fourth conveying receiver is interrupted, the CPU judges that the paper enters the cutting channel, then a cutting motor is started, so that a cutting wheel, a fourth auxiliary conveying shaft and a third auxiliary conveying shaft rotate circumferentially, the paper is conveyed to the cutting wheel, the paper is bounded by the cutting wheel, one side, close to a third conveying belt, of the paper is a driver license homepage, and the other side of the paper is a driver license auxiliary page;
s10.4, the paper is cut through the cutting wheel, and the driving license main page and the driving license auxiliary page are respectively conveyed to the cutting channel corresponding to the fifth conveying sensor, at the moment, the paper is judged to be cut completely, and the driving license main page and the driving license auxiliary page are respectively conveyed to the fifth conveying wheel and the third rubber impeller through the fourth conveying wheel and the fourth auxiliary conveying wheel, so that the shunting of the driving license is completed;
s10.5, when the homepage enters the conveying detection channel, the corresponding sixth conveying receiver loses the electric signal, and the homepage is judged to enter between the seventh conveying wheel and the seventh auxiliary conveying wheel, and at the moment, the cutting motor stops running; the film taking module F moves the sucker downwards into the bag filling groove, takes out the plastic bag and moves the plastic bag upwards to a position where the opening of the plastic bag is opposite to the homepage, and the signal of the second film taking sensor is interrupted at the moment to judge that the plastic bag is taken out in place;
