本发明公开了一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,包括板块和用于所述板块之间拼装的连接板,所述板块包括一体成型的金属板框、内嵌在所述金属板框中的蜂窝内嵌层、填充在所述蜂窝内嵌层中的保温棉和密封在所述金属板框上所述蜂窝内嵌层外露两侧的封边层,所述封边层与所述金属板框的所在一侧做平整处理,所述蜂窝内嵌层与所述金属板框的内壁接触,所述蜂窝内嵌层中均匀分布有用于填充所述保温棉的蜂窝孔,所述金属板框两侧相对设有嵌槽连接端和嵌头连接端。本发明的金属夹心面板可以实现快速拼装,将大大缩短建设工期,可以减少建设灰尘和建设噪音,具有更佳的保温隔噪的效果,进而可以达到绿色节能环保的目的。

本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板。
背景技术
随着国家建筑节能标准的不断提高和完善,外墙保温饰面施工技术随之不断更新和发展。特别是它的便捷性、饰面耐久性和美观大方的外部形象越来越受到人们的关注。在国家“绿色建筑、低碳环保”的政策导向下,需要设计一种更佳绿色环保节能的外墙装饰面板来满足新形势下的建筑建材需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决适应当前形势下的建筑节能标准的建材要求的问题,而提出的一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,包括板块和用于所述板块之间拼装的连接板,所述板块包括一体成型的金属板框、内嵌在所述金属板框中的蜂窝内嵌层、填充在所述蜂窝内嵌层中的保温棉和密封在所述金属板框上所述蜂窝内嵌层外露两侧的封边层,所述封边层与所述金属板框的所在一侧做平整处理,所述蜂窝内嵌层与所述金属板框的内壁接触,所述蜂窝内嵌层中均匀分布有用于填充所述保温棉的蜂窝孔,所述金属板框两侧相对设有嵌槽连接端和嵌头连接端,一块所述板块的所述嵌槽连接端与另一个所述板块的所述嵌头连接端相嵌后通过所述连接板拼装连接。

1、本发明中,板块可以在工厂提前加工生产完成,金属板框中加入蜂窝内嵌层后再向蜂窝孔中填充保温棉取代了传统的直接填充保温棉的板块结构,蜂窝内嵌层作为金属板框的内撑层大大增强了板块的结构强度,而且选择采用橡胶材料的蜂窝内嵌层进一步提高了保温隔热的效果,能够更好的达到建筑节能的目的,设有的蜂窝孔的蜂窝内嵌层进一步提高了降噪的效果。
2、本发明中,连接板的设置可以实现板块之间的拼装串联,可以实现快速定位使得板片边沿对齐,另外在连接板中设置了灌胶槽和与灌胶槽连通的溢胶孔,在板块拼装过程中可以通过灌注密封连接胶实现板块之间的快速固定,进一步提高了板块拼装的可靠性,防止板块掉落的风险发生。
3、本发明中,金属板框利用板片材料通过相应的加工设备一体成型,使得金属板框是一个相对完整的整体,提高了板块结构的整体性,提高了板块强度。

请参阅图2、图3和图6,一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,包括板块1和用于板块1之间拼装的连接板2,板块1包括一体成型的金属板框11、内嵌在金属板框11中的蜂窝内嵌层12、填充在蜂窝内嵌层12中的保温棉13和密封在金属板框11上蜂窝内嵌层12外露两侧的封边层14,封边层14与金属板框11的一侧做平整处理,蜂窝内嵌层12与金属板框11的内壁接触,蜂窝内嵌层12中均匀分布有用于填充保温棉13的蜂窝孔121,金属板框11两侧相对设有嵌槽连接端111和嵌头连接端112,一块板块1的嵌槽连接端111与另一个板块1的嵌头连接端112相嵌后通过连接板2拼装连接。板块1与板块1之间采用相嵌合的安装结构,通过连接板2可以实现快速拼装。
实施例2
请参阅图1、图4和图5,嵌槽连接端111上设有相对板块1的板面垂直贯穿设置的一号贯穿槽1112,在一号贯穿槽1112的两侧贯穿位置均设有限位放置槽1113,限位放置槽1113延伸至金属板框11的两侧。嵌头连接端112上设有相对板块1的板面垂直贯穿设置的二号贯穿槽1122。连接板2中设有用于灌注胶水的灌胶槽21,连接板2的两侧板面上皆均匀设有与灌胶槽21连通的若干溢胶孔22,连接板2插入一块板块1上所述一号贯穿槽1112和另一块板块1上的二号贯穿槽1122中,连接板2位于限位放置槽1113中且与板块1的板面平齐,保证板面的平整度从而保证美观度,连接板2上溢胶孔22所在的两侧面与一号贯穿槽1112和二号贯穿槽1122之间均留有2mm的间隙。板块1与板块1之间通过连接板2进行快速固定连接,连接板2放置在限位放置槽1113中实现快速定位放置,连接板2一方面将两块板块1实现了串联,另一方面可以向灌胶槽21中灌注密封连接胶,随着胶水的持续灌注,胶水将通过溢胶孔22溢出,因为连接板2与一号贯穿槽1112和二号贯穿槽1122之间均设有2mm的间隙,胶水溢流在间隙中将进一步实现嵌槽连接端111和嵌头连接端112的固定连接,使板块1拼装连接构成了一个整体。
实施例3
请参阅图1和图4,嵌槽连接端111上设有两个嵌槽1111,一号贯穿槽1112贯穿两个嵌槽1111。嵌头连接端112上设有两个与嵌槽1111匹配设置的嵌头1121,二号贯穿槽1122贯穿嵌头1121。嵌头1121与嵌槽1111的配合可实现板块1之间快速拼装,也方便拼装操作的进行。
实施例4
请参阅图5和图6,金属板框11表面做抛光处理。蜂窝内嵌层12采用橡胶材料制成。抛光处理提高了板块1的美观度,采用橡胶材质的蜂窝内嵌层12能够更好地阻隔金属板框11之间导热,从而提高板块1的隔热保温效果,而且橡胶材质具有弹性的属性可以提高板块1的韧性强度。
工作原理:根据所要拼装板块1的建筑提前在工厂制作适合尺寸的板块1和相匹配的连接板2,在拼装板块1施工过程中,将板块1的嵌头连接端112与相邻的板块1的嵌槽连接端111进行嵌合,准确的说就是将嵌头1121插入嵌槽1111中,随后将连接板2从限位放置槽1113的位置穿插进一号贯穿槽1112和二号贯穿槽1122,使得连接板2的上端面与板块1板面平行,并通过铆钉将连接板2进行固定,接着向连接板2的灌胶槽21中灌注密封连接胶,直到胶水完全溢出灌胶槽21为止,板块1与板块1之间可以进行快速嵌合拼装,连接板2可以实现板块1与板块1拼接处的快速可靠连接,使得拼接的板块1形成一个平整的板块1构成的平面,金属板框11利用板片材料通过相应的加工设备一体成型,使得金属板框11是一个相对完整的整体,在金属板框11中加入蜂窝内嵌层12后再向蜂窝孔121中填充保温棉13取代了传统的直接填充保温棉13的板块1结构,蜂窝内嵌层作12为金属板框11的内撑层大大增强了板块1的结构强度,而且选择采用橡胶材料的蜂窝内嵌层12进一步提高了保温隔热的效果,能够更好的达到建筑节能的目的,设有的蜂窝孔121的蜂窝内嵌层12进一步提高了降噪的效果,本发明的金属夹心面板可以实现快速拼装,将大大缩短建设工期,可以减少建设灰尘和建设噪音,具有更佳的保温隔噪的效果,进而可以达到绿色节能环保的目的。

1.一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,包括板块(1)和用于所述板块(1)之间拼装的连接板(2),其特征在于,所述板块(1)包括一体成型的金属板框(11)、内嵌在所述金属板框(11)中的蜂窝内嵌层(12)、填充在所述蜂窝内嵌层(12)中的保温棉(13)和密封在所述金属板框(11)上以及所述蜂窝内嵌层(12)外露两侧的封边层(14),所述封边层(14)与所述金属板框(11)的所在一侧做平整处理,所述蜂窝内嵌层(12)与所述金属板框(11)的内壁接触,所述蜂窝内嵌层(12)中均匀分布有用于填充所述保温棉(13)的蜂窝孔(121),所述金属板框(11)两侧相对设有嵌槽连接端(111)和嵌头连接端(112),一块所述板块(1)的所述嵌槽连接端(111)与另一个所述板块(1)的所述嵌头连接端(112)相嵌后通过所述连接板(2)拼装连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,其特征在于,所述嵌槽连接端(111)上设有相对所述板块(1)的板面垂直贯穿设置的一号贯穿槽(1112),在所述一号贯穿槽(1112)的两侧贯穿位置均设有限位放置槽(1113),所述限位放置槽(1113)延伸至所述金属板框(11)的两侧。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,其特征在于,所述连接板(2)中设有用于灌注胶水的灌胶槽(21),所述连接板(2)的两侧板面上皆均匀设有与所述灌胶槽(21)连通的若干溢胶孔(22),所述连接板(2)插入一块所述板块(1)上所述一号贯穿槽(1112)和另一块所述板块(1)上的所述二号贯穿槽(1122)中,所述连接板(2)位于所述限位放置槽(1113)中且与所述板块(1)的板面平齐,所述连接板(2)上所述溢胶孔(22)所在的两侧面与所述一号贯穿槽(1112)和所述二号贯穿槽(1122)之间均留有1-3mm的间隙。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,其特征在于,所述嵌槽连接端(111)上设有两个嵌槽(1111),所述一号贯穿槽(1112)贯穿两个所述嵌槽(1111)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,其特征在于,所述嵌头连接端(112)上设有两个与所述嵌槽(1111)匹配设置的嵌头(1121),所述二号贯穿槽(1122)贯穿所述嵌头(1121)。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,其特征在于,所述金属板框(11)表面做抛光处理。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种基于绿色建筑节能环保型外墙金属夹心面板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝内嵌层(12)采用橡胶材料制成。
