本发明涉及铝单板生产工艺领域,尤其是涉及仿大理石包柱铝单板生产工艺。
背景技术
铝单板是指经过铬化等处理后,再采用氟碳喷涂技术,加工形成的建筑装饰材料,其中 包柱铝单板就是用于装饰柱体,所以包柱铝单板外表也被涂上各种各样的涂料,其中就包括 仿大理石的涂料。
但是现在的仿大理石包柱铝单板都是只有仿大理石层,对于一些商家的品牌标志以及文 字都需要另外粘贴上去,导致仿大理石包柱铝单板整体上缺乏美感,难以吸引顾客的注意。

S1,检测包柱铝单板;

S4,包柱铝单板涂覆完成后使用烘干机进行烘干;
S5,仿大理石涂层上雕刻;
S6,进行上色;

S8,检测抛光情况。

S6,进行上色;

S8,检测抛光情况。
