Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a piping connection diagram of a residential wastewater collection and utilization system according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the waste water sources include bath water 1, kitchen water 2, washing machine drain 3, and air conditioner condensate 4. In daily life, the components of residential wastewater are greatly different, the bath water 1 refers to wastewater generated in a bathroom by people, generally the water after bathing, the wastewater generally comprises detergent residues, such as components of shampoo, shower gel, soap and the like, but the residual concentration of the detergents is not large, and the bath water 1 is relatively clean from visual observation, does not contain solid impurities such as silt, particles and the like, and mainly comprises various detergent residues left after bathing, so the bath water 1 can be reused after simple water treatment; the kitchen water 2 is different from the bath water 1, the kitchen water 2 is complex to use, the components of the waste water are diversified, when people wash tableware (referring to the tableware after eating), the tableware after eating usually comprises heavier oil stains due to the influence of Chinese catering culture, after using a detergent such as detergent, the kitchen water 2 not only comprises the detergent, but also comprises oil stains, the content of the oil stains in the kitchen water 2 is closely related to the eating habits of various regions in China, for example, chafing dishes in Sichuan and Chongqing regions belong to heavy oil catering, the content of the oil stains in the kitchen water 2 in the regions is obviously higher, in addition, the kitchen water 2 generally refers to the drainage of a kitchen water 2 tank, when washing vegetables or washing fruits, the kitchen water 2 becomes cleaner waste water, and the waste water does not contain oil stains, only contains a small amount of silt, sand and sand, and water, Dust particles and other impurities, and the kitchen water 2 can be reused as cleaner wastewater only by simple filtration. Therefore, for the collection and reuse of the kitchen water 2, whether the kitchen water 2 contains oil stains is firstly distinguished, and the specific trend and application of the kitchen water 2 are determined according to the distinguishing result; compared with the bath water 1 and the kitchen water 2, the washing machine drainage 3 is basically divided into two types, one type is drainage in a normal washing mode, and the other type is drainage in a dehydration mode, in the normal washing mode, because the laundry detergent or washing powder is usually added, the washing machine drainage 3 in the mode is wastewater containing the laundry detergent, in the dehydration mode, because the clothes during dehydration are basically in a rinsing state, namely the clothes at the moment do not contain or contain a very small amount of detergent (laundry detergent, washing powder and soap), the washing machine drainage 3 at the moment is basically in a clear water state and can be reused without treatment, and therefore the washing machine drainage 3 also needs to be classified for reuse; the air conditioner condensed water 4 has a certain seasonality, namely, only when the air conditioner is started for refrigeration in summer, the indoor unit of the air conditioner can generate condensed water, the condensed water does not contain pollutants such as detergent and the like, and only some dust is contained in the condensed water, so that the condensed water can be directly utilized. In summary, for a house, since the sources of wastewater are various and the wastewater generated by each source is also various, the wastewater generated by the sources of wastewater must be distinguished and classified, and the specific use of wastewater for reuse is determined according to the degree of pollution of the wastewater, rather than simply collecting and utilizing the wastewater.
According to the analysis above, the wastewater collection and utilization system of the present invention mainly classifies wastewater by the concentration sensor and the temperature sensor 28, collects wastewater by the first water tank 11, the second water tank 12, the third water tank 13 and the wastewater tank 7, and guides wastewater to the toilet bowl 5, the mop tank 6, the garden water 8 and the cleaning device 9 according to different pollution levels of wastewater, so as to realize step utilization of wastewater and improve the utilization efficiency of wastewater.
As shown in fig. 1, the water outlet of the bath water 1, the water outlet of the kitchen water 2 and the water outlet of the washing machine drain 3 are all converged at the water inlet of the water treatment device 10, the water outlet of the water treatment device 10 is connected with the first water tank 11, the bath water 1, the kitchen water 2 and the washing machine drain 3 are treated in a centralized manner by the water treatment device 10, the water after the centralized treatment enters the first water tank 11 for storage, the outlet of the bath water 1 is only provided with a water outlet pipeline, while the kitchen water 2 and the washing machine drain 3 are provided with branch pipelines at the water outlet, because the pollutant content in the waste water of the kitchen water 2 and the washing machine drain 3 may be greatly changed under different operation modes (use conditions), for example, when the kitchen water 2 is used for washing fruits or vegetables only by tap water, the waste water produced by the washing machine does not contain detergent, and the waste water produced by the washing machine under the dehydration mode does not contain detergent, therefore, the branch path can be adopted to grade the kitchen water 2 and the washing machine drainage 3, when the kitchen water 2 contains detergent (namely, when detergent is adopted to wash dishes or pots), the kitchen water 2 enters the water processor 10 to be purified, and when the kitchen water 2 does not contain detergent (namely, tap water is adopted to wash the fruits and vegetables), the kitchen water 2 directly enters the second water tank 12 through the branch path; similarly, when the washing machine drain 3 contains more detergent, i.e. the second concentration sensor 26 is greater than the maximum threshold (e.g. the drain generated during the first rinsing), the washing machine drain 3 directly enters the wastewater tank 7 and is not reused, when the washing machine drain 3 contains less detergent, i.e. the second concentration sensor 26 is greater than the minimum threshold and less than the maximum threshold (e.g. the drains other than the first drain), the washing machine drain 3 enters the water treatment device 10 to be purified and then enters the first water tank 11 to be stored, when the washing machine drain 3 does not contain detergent (e.g. the dewatering mode), i.e. the second concentration sensor 26 is less than the minimum threshold, the washing machine drain 3 directly enters the second water tank 12 to be stored, and therefore the level of the washing machine drain 3 is divided into three levels, i.e. high pollution levels: the detection value of the second concentration sensor 26 is greater than the maximum threshold value, the medium contamination level: the detection value of the second concentration sensor 26 is greater than the minimum threshold value and less than the maximum threshold value; low pollution level: the detection value of the second concentration sensor 26 is smaller than the minimum threshold value. Referring to fig. 1, for the drainage 3 of the washing machine, the pipeline arrangement is specifically as follows: the outlet of the drain 3 of the washing machine is provided with a second concentration sensor 26, the pipeline at the downstream of the second concentration sensor 26 is divided into two branches, as shown in figure 1, the left branch is communicated and connected with the pipeline at the outlet of the kitchen water 2 and is provided with a first electromagnetic valve 14 and a second electromagnetic valve 15, and the right branch is connected with a waste water tank 7 and is provided with a third electromagnetic valve 16. When the second concentration sensor 26 is larger than the maximum threshold value, the second electromagnetic valve 15 is closed, the third electromagnetic valve 16 is opened, and the drainage water 3 of the washing machine directly enters the waste water tank 7; when the second concentration sensor 26 is larger than the minimum threshold and smaller than the maximum threshold, the third electromagnetic valve 16 is closed, the first electromagnetic valve 14 and the second electromagnetic valve 15 are opened, and the washing machine drainage 3 enters the water processor 10 to be purified and then enters the first water tank 11 to be stored; when the second concentration sensor 26 is less than the minimum threshold, the first solenoid valve 14 and the third solenoid valve 16 are closed, the second solenoid valve 15 and the fifth solenoid valve 18 are opened, and the washing machine drain water 3 directly enters the second water tank 12 for storage.
For the classification of the kitchen water 2, the kitchen water 2 can be divided into two grades due to the use specificity, namely waste water containing oil pollution and waste water without oil pollution, the waste water containing oil pollution is used for cleaning tableware after meals by using a kitchen water 2 tank, for example, bowls, dishes, chopsticks, spoons, pots and the like are cleaned after meals, and a large amount of detergent is usually added, and the waste water contains a large amount of oil pollution; cleaning without greasy contaminated waste water, i.e. using tap water and without addition of detergent, e.g. cleaning of fruits and vegetables in a kitchen water 2 tank. As shown in fig. 1, a first concentration sensor 25 is disposed at a water outlet of the kitchen water 2, the first concentration sensor 25 is used for classifying the waste water of the kitchen water 2 and guiding the classified waste water into the first water tank 11 or the second water tank 12, specifically: when the detection value of the first concentration sensor 25 is greater than the predetermined threshold value, the kitchen water 2 is the wastewater containing the oil pollution at this time, the first electromagnetic valve 14 is opened, the fifth electromagnetic valve 18 is closed, and the wastewater of the kitchen water 2 enters the water treatment device 10 to be purified and then enters the first water tank 11; when the detection value of the first concentration sensor 25 is less than the predetermined threshold value, it indicates that the kitchen water 2 is waste water without oil pollution, the first electromagnetic valve 14 is closed, the fifth electromagnetic valve 18 is opened, the waste water of the kitchen water 2 enters the second water tank 12 for storage, and the water in the second water tank 12 can be directly output to the mop pool 6 for washing the mop.
As can be seen from the above description, the cleanliness of the water stored in the first water tank 11 is less than that of the water stored in the second water tank 12, i.e., cleaner water is directly stored in the second water tank 12 and can be directly supplied to the mop pool 6 with the water in the second water tank 12, thereby washing the mop with cleaner water; although the water in the first water tank 11 is treated by the water treatment device 10, the water is still waste water with lower cleanliness than the second water tank 12, i.e. the waste water in the first water tank 11 is more suitable for the toilet 5 and not suitable for the mop basin 6.
As shown in fig. 1, a connection pipeline is arranged between the first water tank 11 and the second water tank 12, that is, the second water outlet of the first water tank 11 is connected to the second water tank 12, and a fourth electromagnetic valve 17 is arranged on the pipeline connecting the second water outlet of the first water tank 11 to the second water tank 12. Since the number of people in a house is influenced, for example, in the case of a normal three-family house, the amount of waste water of the bath water 1 is much larger than that of the kitchen water 2, the washing machine drain water 3 and the air conditioner condensate water 4, the volume of the first water tank 11 is also the largest, but for the house, the volume of the first water tank 11 cannot be set too large, for example, 60L is enough, so that a buffer device needs to be arranged for the first water tank 11 to receive the waste water generated by the excessive bath water 1, for the buffer of the tank volume, the conventional arrangement in the art is to serially connect a buffer water tank, but as mentioned above, the water tanks of the house cannot be set in multiple or too large without limit, and the comprehensive factors such as the house area and the house type need to be considered, therefore, the invention adopts the second water tank 12 as the buffer of the first water tank 11, that is, the second water outlet of the first water tank 11 is connected with the second water tank 12, and set up the fourth electromagnetic valve 17, when the water level in the first water tank 11 reaches the upper limit, the fourth electromagnetic valve 17 opens, the water in the first water tank 11 is transported to the second water tank 12, can guarantee that the water of the first water tank 11 will not spill over like this, further guarantee to fully retrieve the bath water 1, especially can fully retrieve the bath water 1 at the peak of bathing at night.
In the case of the second tank 12, when the first tank 11 cannot accommodate a large amount of waste water of the bath water 1, the bath water 1 purified by the water treatment device 10 enters the second tank 12, but the second tank 12 also has a certain volume, and the volume of the second tank 12 is smaller than that of the first tank 11, so that in order to prevent the second tank 12 from overflowing, a second water outlet is provided on the second tank 12 and the second water outlet of the second tank 12 is connected to the third tank 13, that is, if the second tank 12 is not enough to receive the waste water input from the first tank 11, the second tank 12 outputs the waste water to the third tank 13, that is, the third tank 13 can be used as a buffer tank for the second tank 12, and thus the second tank 12 and the third tank 13 form a two-stage buffer tank structure. As shown in fig. 1, a temperature sensor 28 and an eighth solenoid valve 21 are provided on a pipeline connecting the second water outlet of the second water tank 12 with the third water tank 13, and a branch is further connected on a pipeline connecting the water outlet of the second water tank 12 with the third water tank 13, as shown in fig. 1, a ninth solenoid valve 22 and a tenth solenoid valve 23 are provided on the branch, which is finally connected with the waste water tank 7, since the first water tank 11 is used for collecting the bath water 1, and the bath water 1 usually has a certain residual temperature, especially during winter bathing, the residual temperature is high, when the first water tank 11 is full, the water of the first water tank 11 is input to the second water tank 12, when the water of the second water tank 12 is full, the water of the second water tank 12 is input to the third water tank 13, and the third water tank 13 also has a certain volume, it is impossible to infinitely accept the waste water input from the second water tank 12, therefore, when the third water tank 13 is full, the eighth solenoid valve 21 is closed, the ninth solenoid valve 22 and the tenth solenoid valve 23 are opened, the surplus wastewater is directly transferred to the wastewater tank 7, and the wastewater tank 7 is connected with the municipal sewage pipe, i.e., the surplus wastewater can be discharged by the municipal sewage pipe. The water levels of the first water tank 11, the second water tank 12 and the third water tank 13 can be detected by arranging a water level sensor in the prior art, and when the water level sensor reaches an upper limit value, the water tank is in a full state, and the water tank cannot continuously bear wastewater.
For the specific control of the ninth electromagnetic valve 22 and the tenth electromagnetic valve 23, if the detection value of the temperature sensor 28 disposed at the second water outlet of the second water tank 12 is greater than the predetermined threshold value, it indicates that the temperature of the water input from the first water tank 11 to the second water tank 12 is high, at this time, the eighth electromagnetic valve 21 is opened, the ninth electromagnetic valve 22 is opened, the tenth electromagnetic valve 23 is opened, the water in the second water tank 12 is delivered from the second water outlet to the third water tank 13, a part of the water enters the third water tank 13 for storage, and a part of the water finally enters the waste water tank 7 through the ninth electromagnetic valve 22 and the tenth electromagnetic valve 23; if the detection value of the temperature sensor 28 arranged at the second water outlet of the second water tank 12 is smaller than the predetermined threshold value, the temperature of the water input from the surface first water tank 11 to the second water tank 12 is lower and can be directly used for garden water 8 (i.e. can be directly used for irrigation water for a garden), at this time, the eighth electromagnetic valve 21 is opened, the ninth electromagnetic valve 22 is opened, the tenth electromagnetic valve 23 is closed, at this time, part of the water enters the third water tank 13 for storage, and the other part of the water passes through the ninth electromagnetic valve 22 and is directly used for garden water 8, after the garden water 8 is used, the tenth electromagnetic valve 23 is opened, and at this time, the redundant wastewater passes through the ninth electromagnetic valve 22 and the tenth electromagnetic valve 23 and enters the wastewater tank. That is, whether the bath water 1 is used for the garden water 8 is determined according to the temperature of the water output from the second tank 12, thereby achieving maximum utilization of the waste water.
As shown in figure 1, the second water tank 12 is connected with the mop pool 6, the mop pool 6 is connected with the wastewater tank 7, a third concentration sensor 27 is arranged on a pipeline connecting the mop pool 6 with the wastewater tank 7, a branch is also arranged on the pipeline and is directly connected with garden water 8, a sixth electromagnetic valve 19 is arranged on the branch, and a seventh electromagnetic valve 20 is arranged on a pipeline connecting the mop pool 6 with the wastewater tank. The arrangement is to fully utilize the wastewater in the mop pool 6, in daily life, when the mop is washed, the wastewater is dirtiest, the wastewater in the mop pool 6 contains a large amount of pollutants such as dust, silt and the like, and the wastewater does not have reuse value, so that the third concentration sensor 27 is arranged at the water outlet of the mop pool 6, when the detection value of the third concentration sensor 27 is greater than a preset threshold value, the wastewater does not have reuse value, therefore, the seventh electromagnetic valve 20 is opened, the sixth electromagnetic valve 19 is closed, and the wastewater in the mop pool 6 directly enters the wastewater tank 7 and is further discharged through a municipal sewage pipeline; when the detection value of the third concentration sensor 27 is smaller than the predetermined threshold value, it is indicated that the wastewater generated by the mop pool 6 at this time is substantially wastewater in the later stage of mop washing, and the wastewater at this time contains less pollutants such as dust, silt and the like and has a certain utilization value, so that the seventh electromagnetic valve 20 is closed, the sixth electromagnetic valve 19 is opened, as shown in fig. 1, the wastewater in the mop pool 6 is directly supplied to the garden water 8, and when the garden water 8 is satisfied, that is, the garden does not need to be irrigated, the seventh electromagnetic valve 20 is opened, the sixth electromagnetic valve 19 is closed, and the wastewater in the mop pool 6 returns to the wastewater tank 7 to be discharged.
As shown in fig. 1, the outlet of the third water tank 13 is connected to the cleaning device 9, and since the third water tank 13 is directly connected to the air-conditioning condensate 4, and the air-conditioning condensate 4 is the most clean waste water in the house, it can be directly used, and here, the cleaning device 9 may be a car washing nozzle or other type of car washing device, and the invention is not limited in detail here.
